Spring Arbor Senior Living

My mother has been living at Spring Arbor for about a month now, and we are really happy with it. The people who work there are so caring, helpful, and accommodating. They are very good at following up with us and keeping us updated on my mother’s care. The place is very clean. I’ve talked about how clean it is there when we’ve visited. I also like that the community is so active. Once, when I was there, a group of women were in the activity doing chair exercises with 40s music playing. Every one of them was so engaged and happy. They also have outings, and other activities. There’s a beauty salon, girls who visit to do everyone’s nails, and students from the university come to work with the residents as well. Spring Arbor is great, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The reason I chose this community was that it has Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, on lock down (for safety reasons) and Christian based. Everything here has been wonderful and very very nice. I do have to take my Mother out of the community soon because her condition is improving but, if I have to put her back into a facility, I would bring her back here. The staff is very kind, helpful, patient, and lovely. [Removed] are the directors and they have been wonderful to work with. I like that the staff has a good attitude. The community offers activities like live music, arts/crafts, and even painting. They even had a local artist come in and do a painting class. The artist showed them how to do the painting while still allowing them to paint on their own. The food is wonderful and nutritious. I like that the chef is accommodating in getting my Mother her food early if she has a doctor’s appointment during lunch. The rooms are cleaned and the staff has people to do laundry. But, the rooms are unfurnished and I have to buy everything my mom needs including toilet paper. The only thing that I am not happy with is that the facility has a contract with a business that supplies the medication. I cannot fill her prescriptions anywhere else. When my mom fell and broke her arm, we took her to the hospital and got a prescription for pain medication. Since we couldn’t fill it anywhere else, there was an 8-hour gap for her medication and I couldn’t do anything for her. I would recommend this community. They are a solid choice.

Will return to leave our deposit today. Clean and beautiful. Excited over how active everyone is..more like an independent community but care is available. Staff are all smiles and "how can I help you".

I do feel comfortable with my father move to this community. He is safe, and in good hands. They have a good staff, and they are taking good care of him, and his needs. I know he is receiving good care in this facility. Whenever I visit the community, and his room are well-kept. This community has been great to work with, and I would recommend it.

We toured this community due to the great staff and the environment that we wanted for my mom's care. The menu of the meals that are provided would be appealing for what my mom wanted. They have activities for her to participate. The community is clean and nice for her to enjoy. They did not have a room available in my mom's choice at the time. We would highly recommend this community for care for a loved one.

Our loved one is really is loving it at Rosewood Village Greenbriar. She actually taught two of the people who work there so there is an awesome connection. She enjoys her table mates and really likes her care staff [Removed]. I have eaten there and the food is better than what I make at home. Their desserts are great and there are good choices for other options. They have a variety of activities. They range from concerts to offsite dinners and she enjoys it all. They take her out to socialize even if she can't actually participate in the activity. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It has a homey and comfortable feel. It's beautiful the way they decorate for the monthly holidays plus it also helps some of the residents to remember what month it is. They have an enclosed courtyard and an entrance area for residents to sit and enjoy the fresh air. I would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend this community to others.

I like this community for care. We know that the staff is attentive the menu is nice and they offer a lot of variety for healthy meals. The activities are offered to him. He likes being able to leave the community for small trips. This community makes you always feel welcome We would recommend this community for good care

This community is wonderful. It is brand new so everything is sparkling and new and looks wonderful. The community is decorated lovely and the grounds are wonderful so pretty. The staff is amazing so energetic and friendly. My sister is more active than in the past she is going out to lunch and going on day outings and doing activities on the community property we couldn't be happier. The food is wonderful very tasty. I can't say how grateful we are that we had this community to place my sister in.

I am very familiar with this community as my mother had been here, and I felt my sister-in-law would have fit in well. The staffs first priority is making sure their residents are taken care of. There were lots of great Amenities and it is a beautiful place. My sister-in-law felt that she would be better at another community closer to the family. I would definitely recommend this community to everyone.

My friend knew that Waterstone on Augusta was the one for her. We are impressed with the staff and how they interact with the residents and encourage them to take part in the activities there. There is a shuttle that takes the residents on field trips, shopping and even to their churches on Sunday. My friends favorite time is when they go to the dining room for their meals, the food and menu are good and she likes visiting with everyone while they eat. There is also a resident doctor and podiatrists that see them and monitor their meds. I would definitely recommend Waterstone as the staff is really, really friendly and the residents very happy and well cared for.

My husband, and I had a great experience in this community. It is a fine facility, and didn't have any problems during our time in the community. Everyone was great, they have a wonderful staff. They were all polite, and always willing too help. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. They offer good activities for the residents, and provide nice meals. The experience went very well, and this is a community I would recommend.

I really liked the design of this place. The layout was very unique it was in the shape of a triangle and on every corner there was a nurses station. The appearance of the place was just as outstanding very bright and colorful paint on the walls and the decorating was extremely well done. The staff was helpful and accommodating on our tour. The reason we didn't go here is it was a bit out of our price range other than that I would definitely send anyone here to take a tour. Fabolous place!

The care at this community is wonderful. I like the staff and they keep me informed on any changes she may be going thru. The community is clean and she likes the environment. I have had meals here with her and the variety is good and healthy. The staff offers her a lot of good activities that she is enjoying. We would recommend this community for the care and value to other families.

This is a nice community and is getting very attentive. The menu is good and appealing with a nice variety. I like knowing that she is getting involved. This is a small community and they make it very safe. A nice home atmosphere and other families would be happy with the care and value and environment for a loved one.
