Spring Arbor Senior Living

The staff was very attentive and helpful. We could tell they really cared about our mother. Her room was very nice and clean. She told us there wasn't much to do though. Overall, she had a pleasant stay there, although it was very brief.

The staff are very friendly, professional and strive to know each resident's needs and to assist as needed. The facility is in excellent shape and the maintenance staff responds quickly. The housekeeping is good, my only concern is that public areas are serviced daily while living areas are serviced weekly. The administration and staff stay in good contact with family members. The meals are mainly 4-star with good variety. I would highly recommend this facility for respite or long term care!

Spring Arbor has been a blessing to say the least. My father has been a resident in memory care for about a month. The staff has gone above & beyond to make him, my sister & I all feel comfortable with this decision. They genuinely are concerned with him as an individual and he is treated with respect. The staff has been very attentive to all our concerns. [name removed] welcomed us as family from the 1st phone call. We visited several places before deciding on Apex. The facility is very clean and safe. Memory care is a tough decision to make but the entire staff has taken any guilt feelings we had out of the equation. Their communication with the family is awesome and they are easy to contact or at the least respond promptly. I would recommend this facility for assisted living (we did a very tempory stay) or the memory care for any family looking a clean, safe and accommodating facility for their loved one.

The community is very caring, compassion and has dignity. The staff was great at communicating, which was regular, and frequent communication. I would recommend to other families. It's the best that there is.

We could have not had a better experience! Mom almost never had to wait to get care. It was immediate! They would even sit in her room with her when she was afraid or lonely! Excellent care! It was a relief to know there were 2 caregivers, not 1. [name removed] were informative and kind to all family members visiting. Family felt welcome to come by at any time. It couldn't have been a better experience all around! There is no better choice! The care from both caregivers was loving and caring. My Mom rarely waited for help. The food was very good! The entire home was always shining clean. If someone wet the bed, they were changed and cleaned immediately in a loving way. I had not experienced this level of care anywhere else!

This place is awesome. I would recommend to anyone. My mom is doing so well there. They take such good care of their residents. They pamper them with polishing their nails, etc.

It was an easy move in process with friendly and supportive staff that were very communicative. The room sizes in memory care are small, but that is a good thing for those residents. I would recommend Rosewood Village at Hollymead to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour with Spring Arbor of Wilson and we thought the tour experience was great, but we needed to move our loved one in fairly quickly and they just did not have a bed available at that time.

Spring Arbor has been excellent in meeting my brother in law's needs. The communication has been very good and the staff all seem very kind and caring to all their residents. I stop by at various times and see them in action. I would definitely recommend to other families.

We didn't really look or considered any other place. I did Google other places but we visited Spring Arbor and that was it. We were so impressed with the appearance, the cleanliness, the warm reception. I had been to other places to visit others, but this time I had to select a place for my family member. Only if I had to would I have selected one of them. Payment is a little tight but we sacrifice for the service rendered. Family is quickly informed of issues when they arise. Family is welcomed to visit and participate at any time.

I am impressed with the staff, cleanliness and comfort given to patients in this facility. My loved one is a difficult case and he's treated well, with respect even he probably doesn't deserve it. I believe my loved one is in the absolute right place.

I toured this location and the other location the same day. They are designed the same. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and through with me. I met the owner at Greenbrier. it was so nice to know they are family owned. After a bad experience with [facility name removed] I wanted to place my mother quickly. Rosewood village was so great to work with. I am happy to have found a great place for her. They worked with her budget and gave her piece of mind.

They have great staff. I wish the doctor was more attentive. With activites, some days is better than others, and they have mostly music. Mom likes the breakfast menu the best. Lunch and dinner or kind of hit or miss with her. She doesn't enjoy the soup or salad that's offered before the meal. I would recommend to others.

What we really like about this community is that they pay attention to small details. They remember that lemonade is his favorite drink. When one of the residents get anxious, they have a song they sing with her to calm her down. When another resident gets confused, they switch to speaking to her in Spanish and it calms her. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend Rosewood Village Greenbrier to other families.

We think it's a great place, and Mom is happy there. The chef resigned and it's taking too long to bring the quality of food back up to standard. Overall, I would recommend to others.

Housekeeping, lots of activities and even out to eat if you are able. Staff that I have seen are very sweet to the residents. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

Should provide a staff to be present when moving in to answer questions and orient to schedule, resources, etc. The staff was great. Only had a bad experience with one staff member. Spoke to the director to resolve the issues. Would recommend a better communication process with the MD and NP. Otherwise, it was a great facility and I would recommend it to anyone!

I have been pleasantly surprised at Spring Arbor. The staff are caring and friendly and the residents seem well cared for. I would recommend them to anyone needing Assisted Living or Memory care services.

We are so very pleased with caring staff at Spring Arbor Rocky Mount. It is hard when you have to find a place for your loved one that you know they will be loved and cared for. We have had a very positive and loving experience with all of the folks at Spring Arbor. Everyone is very positive, and willing to work to make my mother in law comfortable and feel at home.

We are so thankful for the staff at Spring Arbor I. Rocky Mount. They went out of their way and above and beyond in order to assist us in transitioning our precious mother to Memory Care there. It was truly the hardest decision we have ever had to make, but their sincere warmth and care helped to ease the process so much. She is doing well and she is settling in, we are at peace that she is in a safe environment and engaging I therapeutic activities with the other residents there. Would recommend this place if the need is there like it was for us.
