We chose Rosewood Village at Hollymead because it had the best reviews. Everyone in every department was kind and helpful. No complaints.

The facility is beautiful and well maintained. Perhaps a little short staffed in the memory care unit but the staff was helpful, kind and willing to try suggestions for better living

Food is excellent, safety(doors are locked daily at 8:00 on weekdays and 6:00 on the weekends), management is very helpful for issues you may encounter,

Spring arbor was the nicest facility that we came across. Very gracious entrance and nice area for sitting. The staff were wonderful and we felt very fortunate to have found this place.

I'm very happy with Dominion. The staff is very kind and helpful. The facility is really very nice. The rooms are big enough. They are all so patient and kind with the residents.

Overall, we have found certain members of the staff exceptional: NP, OT, administrative staff exceptionally kind and helpful, especially with the stress and emotional turmoil with a demented family member. Very thankful for Rosewood Village. Would recommend Rosewood Village community without hesitation.

We love the staff members at The Canopy a t Boynton Ridge and they always have different activities going on for the residents there. The way the staff treats & care for the residents & the other residents making them feel welcome

My experience is with Memory Care. The staff are all very kind and thoughtful---and on their toes. There is a lot of personal interaction and I think the residents feel happy and content. My Mom likes the food. Communication is excellent. Move in was smooth and the staff was very helpful. Thank you for making my Mom feel so at home.

The staff is just really something else and I would hate to see you guys cut salaries or any kind of thing like that you got to have good pay to attract good people and everybody there is really good people Overall the staff's been amazing, especially the nurse the facilities are always clean I've been in others where there is typically an odor that's never been the case there [name removed] is really happy the room is really nice it's just been overall a wonderful experience and I hope you make absolutely no changes to Staffing or facilities unless you find something that actually makes it better

It's a great place and I know my mom is safe. Picked this place cause it is 5 minutes from me and I can see her everyday.

What our family likes the most about the Spring Arbor of Severna Park is that all of the residents there are being taken care of by nice people. We would recommend this community to others based on the experience we have had so far.

Finding the right place to care for your parents is not an easy task. After visiting 10+ locations we scheduled a visit with the new facility, The Canopy at Boynton Ridge. From day one The caregivers and staff have always strived to treat the residents with respect and dignity. The rooms and common areas are always kept clean and smell fresh. No lingering odors like we found in many of the other facilities. The floors are always freshly swept and mopped and tables in the dining area are cleaned as well. Thank you Canopy at Boynton Ridge for your hard work.

The staff at Spring Arbor of Cary were very helpful with the move in process for my loved one, even giving us temporary furniture until we could move my loved one's personal items in. The staff are very kind and supportive and the facility is very clean. There were initially some issues with the shower and laundry schedule, but it was addressed after I requested a meeting to discuss it. The director was very proactive about addressing all issues and even came up with other ideas to support my loved one with this big transition. I would recommend Spring Arbor of Cary to others.

My husband was not at The Canopy at Warner Robins for very long, however all of the categories listed about would receive all 5s. We would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

Wish it could be a little cheaper but is a VERY nice facility. The friendliness and camaraderie is what our family likes the best. My Daddy even worked with a couple of the residents. They encourage socializing strongly and he flourishing there with less stress, new friends and 3 good meals a day while still having his own apartment. Best of both worlds.

The front staff and nursing staff, went above and beyond. They eased my mind about my mothers care, and each and every person went above and beyond. At no time did we worry about her safety, care or attention. We were called any time they needed information and they partnered with us to care for my mother as extended family members. We will forever appreciate the love and support they showed our entire family!
