Spring Arbor Senior Living

My parents have both been recently using this home health care company and so far we are pleased with how things are going. The staff are very kind to them and always on time to there set appointments . They have taken the time to get to know them on a personal level and remain professional in there work. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a home health care company.

Unfortunately we did have to move mother to another community. Due to her needing more care. However our experiences in this community were nice. The staff was kind, and helpful. We have nothing, but good things to say about this community. I would recommend this community.

My husband is now in the dementia floor. It's a good facility, generally speaking. The assisted living is very good. The dementia unit is good and the care is sufficient from what I saw. It is clean and there is no urine smell through out the community. Compared with what I have seen around, they are a much better place.

The staff are awesome and friendly. The aids were conscientious about checking on dad often. They were quick to respond when he needed assistance. They offer many social activities. The food was good overall. This community is clean, inviting and I would recommend it.

The tour experience was fine. I got to meet really nice people here. The person who gave the tour was ready to show us and they were answering any questions we had. It looked like a nice place but they did not have what we were looking for.

This is a beautiful community, and my tour of it went very well. They are very well staffed, and everyone was very kind. I enjoyed the fact they have onsite chef, and he was very friendly. Unfortunately the location wasn't convenient for our families to travel too, but my tour was a good experience.

This looked like a nice community when we visited. The people we met were nice. This community was one of our choices, however they did not have an opening when we were looking.

The facility is brand new so it is just about to open. There are only three prices based on room type and all assume fullest level of care. There are no kitchen facilities in the rooms. There is a nursing station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful commons and dining rooms.

There are a few activities available for the residents. He is pleased with meals. My mother will be making the move into the very soon, so we are pleased with all they have done for us.

This is a beautiful community in a good location with a diverse activity and care program. We may have chosen this facility for my sister-in-law, however there was a waiting list for a single room. She did not need two bedrooms and we could not wait to move her; she needed assisted living immediately. I would highly recommend this community for those who are a little less dependent. vf

The entire staff is excellent. The director is very caring and hands on with the residents. He has been checking in on mom while she has been in the hospital. The food is good and they offer good portions. The community is well maintained. They do offer daily activities and I would recommend this community. The price for this community is all inclusive so it will not increase as her care needs change.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Spring Arbor of Salisbury was a very nice looking community, and near the top of our list. My loved one has only been here a short time, but so far everything has gone very well with Rosewood Village! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff here is very friendly and professional. I'd definitely say they're worth a look, if you're looking into options in the area.

I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. My mother's primary complaint is that there isn't anything to do. Apparently there isn't near the amount of activities associated with the senior living apartment facilities at the Shores compared with one of her good friends who is living in a different but similar facility.
