The staff are friendly. They know my name when I visit and are super happy to see me. They help me whenever I have a question or need information. The activities are fun to be apart of and the facility is well kept.

Spring Arbor of Cary was such a clean and inviting community as soon as I walked in the front door! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were also residents engaged in a music program in the living room and were happy!

I enjoy living here. I like the activities and being able to walk the walking trail around our community. I enjoy bible study and the friends I’ve made here. I would recommend Spring Arbor of kinston to my friends!

Even before we moved my Grandmother, the staff was very compassionate and eager to assist with all of my MANY questions. They never seemed bothered by my never ending questions. They made this transition pleasant and family oriented. I highly recommend them to anyone looking a family like atmosphere for their loved one. Amazing building of caretakers and staff always are doing events. They continually have fresh flowers all throughout their building. I would highly recommend this community. I would recommend this community to my family members and grandparents.

They were a wonderful community for my mother. She loved the people that cared for her and was happy there. They were able to do so much for her in the short time she was there and I am very thankful we found them in such an urgent need. I would give them 10 starts if possible. My mother is now in Spring Arbor Senior Living for 24/7 care. She is settling in very well there. Mom loves the staff who are so kind and helpful. The facility is clean and beautiful. Mom plays Bingo, eats with friends, gets her hair done every week in their state of the art Beauty Salon and gets her nails done every Monday. I highly recommend Spring Arbor Senior Living!

My in-laws live at another Spring Arbor location, so when they bought something near our home, we had to go in for a tour! They are making a ton of improvements to the community and the team is so welcoming. We can’t say enough great things about our interactions with Spring Arbor.

Staff is thoughtful and caring of the residents. When issues occur whether impacting residents , staff or both, solutions are offered. Safety , good health and fun are priorities. Our family is very glad we chose Spring Arbor after interviewing various faculties in the area for our love one. And he made the choice!

My mom's sister was at the Piper before mom was so mom and my sister would go up to visit Aunt [name removed]. Every time they were there it was always the same. Staff was pleasant and always acted like they loved their jobs. Place was clean and interacted with all of the patients. That is why we chose The Piper and mom loves her new home. My sister visits weekly but I live 600 miles away so I do daily phone calls. Mom has only good things to say and participates in almost all of the activities. They knock on her door and off she goes. Is hard to catch er in her room sometimes, she is so busy. Would recommend The Piper and hope mom can live the rest of her life there. She's happy and that makes things easier for everyone.

Spring Arbor's staff have been absolutely amazing from our initial visit 2 months ago to having my mother-in-love in place within 3 weeks. They accommodated everything we could need. They held a room for her, they allowed me to park my car while I moved her belongings from Oklahoma to Virginia and more. The grounds are pretty and clean, near a park in a nice neighborhood with a wide range of medical services on-site and nearby. The staff is off the chart professional, friendly and caring -- everyone we met. The move in couldn't have been smoother. We ate there twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Both meals were delicious and again the staff was attentive. The medical staff and assistants go extra lengths to care for mom as an individual worthy of respect unique needs. Similarly, there are many activities and they are encouraging without being pushy, and families are always welcome. We couldn't be happier having mom's new home with Springs Arbor.

I led a Bible study for about 15 weeks at Spring Arbor. I found the residents well cared-for, happy, and delightful to be with. They genuinely appreciate the opportunities they have for personal enrichment. The facility itself is clean and cheerful, and there seems to be plenty for the residents to take part in. I thought the rooms I used were comfortable and well-appointed. It was easy to volunteer and to get help when I needed it. Anyone who is looking for an opportunity to volunteer should consider Spring Arbor.
