Spring Arbor Senior Living

this is a great place for my dad. My parents were married for over 60 years and she recently passed away. The manager over the community has been nothing short of a miracle. She is kind and caring. The food is delicious and my dad enjoys his activities with [Removed]. If I had one concern it would be that they just can't get the billing right since 2015 when we starting using our long term care insurance. There have been many changes and I am happy to see things had finally settled down. The owners of the lodge need to wake up and leave well enough alone. Let my dad enjoy his last days on this earth as happy. I don't want to have to move him out.

I am very happy with the care that my mom is getting here. The staff is outstanding in every way. She is getting great meals and a good variety. The are offering her activities to stay active. We like the cleanliness of the community and would highly recommend other families for the value and care.

The entire staff know mom by name and got to know her needs quickly. They offer activities throughout the day as well as occasional trips off site. The food is good they offer snacks throughout the day and they stay hydrated. This community was designed with assisted living and memory care in mind. This community is diamond shaped so the nurses stations can see the entire hallway. They have a relationship with a senior medical group so someone is there once a week.

Absolutely beautiful, thought so 4 years ago when her husband would not let us move her ther . However, no memory cottage availableat this time. Would need to put her in the open facility and that would be too much for her. Not too reasonable $8200/month

Very nice rooms, one bedroom with living space is nice, although bedroom is small. They do accept small pets for an additional fee. There are musical groups that come. It is one level. They have several couples in residence.

Met [Removed] [Removed] who provided on-site tour & overall information regarding memory care as it affects mom. She provided digital info so I could send to my brother via email. She also provided recommendations for mom i.e. shared room. She invited us back for a seminar regarding memory care/Alz. I will be heading to Philly for Thanksgiving to further discuss the Florida options. At this time, he wants to wait until after the holidays to make a decision as to whether mom would stay in Philly or come to Fl. I rank this center as highly as I consider mom's welfare & comfort but again no decision will be made at this time & I have advised [Removed] directly.

You cannot beat Dominion Crossville for cleanliness, safety precautions, professionalism, friendliness and varied programs. Feedback from the staff is greatly appreciated. It reassures families that those who have direct contact with our loved ones are alert and truly concerned about their residents. It's a godsend.

From the outset, my first unannounced visit to Rosewood Village Greenbrier I had every confidence that it was the best place for my mother. During her time there that feeling has grown stronger with every visit. It seems that everyone on staff instantly knew everything about her. I have yet to run into anyone who didn't treat both of us like family. It has only been a couple of months, but her transition into the facility has been utterly seamless. I am now able to relax knowing that she is well cared for and safe as well as entertained and VERY well fed. Could NOT be happier.

I recently had the privilege to tour this stunning Community and will be providing this as my first pick to my siblings. The views of the water from the rooftop lounge and the courtyard pool area were gorgeous.

Beautiful clean facility. Staff is knowledgable, pleasant, and go out of their way to make things easy on the family.

My father Tom moved into Dominion Senior Living in April of 2013. Over the course of the past 3 years he blossomed back into the father i knew many years ago. The facility itself is beautiful and well kept. the staff nothing but caring and welcoming to any and all that pass through the doors. Activities brought the social man my father was back into the sunshine and allowed him to share that with the other residents. I cannot say enough kind words or give enough support to the facility. My father passed last week and his wish was to do that there in the love, caring and comfort of his "second family", I enjoyed visiting with my Dad knowing all the good folks there would be happy to see me and my family as well, truly a second family. I can only hope when my time comes to need assistance that Dominion is around Cincinnati, Ohio to help me in my transition of life. God truly does provide all!

Rosewood Village at Hollymead Town Center (Charlottesville Va) is a lovely, comfortable facility. The staff have have been loving and attentive to our parents, and flexible in dealing with their different needs while allowing them to stay together. The physical therapy is especially good. I recommend this facility without hesitation for seniors who need some extra care, including memory care and personal care assistance.

I like the attention they give to the elderly. It is very friendly and warm. The facility is warm and inviting. We're really pleased with the services they provide there. The facility is very clean and they take great care of it.

I moved mom from Brookdale Sevierville next door to Dominion. Best move we could have done. The food is so much better and the care is far better. At Brookdale we never saw the ED but at Dominion the ED talks to us every time we ARE there. Mom is so much happier. I will say that the activities program at Brookdale was GREAT but Dominion is working on it.

Our experience with Rosewood Village has been a very good one! It's a nice looking place, and the staff is friendly and very accommodating! My loved one can be difficult to work with, and they've been nothing but helpful and caring. They were even able to recommend a better physician for us when we were having trouble communicating with the one we were using previously. It's just been a very good experience overall!
