This facility is very good. I really like the Physical Therapy group. I have had problems with upper management returning my calls. I've had a few issues to discuss (with financial/paperwork) and can't seem to get a call back. However, the care staff is great. Housekeeping does a very good job and seems to be always cleaning. Walking into this facility, it always looks and smells fresh and clean. The food is good, both quality and variety. I have recommended this facility to family and friends and will continue to do so!

They had staffing problems, which have seemed to level out. They are working hard. The food could be better. They can improve by adding, more fresh veggies/fruits. The staff is very friendly, and thoughtful. They havel limited outside space, and the residents don't have transportation. So those are other things, that theycan improve on.

They are always willing to offer suggestions, and work together with the family. The financial assistance, could be improved. My mother has adjusted to her new living environment at Spring Arbor largely due to the caring and wonderful staff and friendly people who live there. The nursing staff in particular are great and they have given me reassurance through their care that moving Mom to Spring Arbor was the right decision. Mom loves the food. She has complained about gaining weight (which is not a problem for her)! Variety is part of the meal planning with an emphasis on healthy, nutritional meals. This is important to Mom and she appreciates the attention to healthy meal planning. If there is a constructive comment that I could make it would be to add some new and different activities to the roster such as tutorials on use of technology, guest speakers on a variety of topics, and resuming the bus tours of close-in places of interest.

When we first got there it was great. And then they went through some administration issues (corporate taking over billing, chef changes etc.) although I think they did the best they could throughout. It was a very nice atmosphere overall. And the care was pretty good.
