Spring Arbor Senior Living

Everything is going great! The facility is clean and the staff take great care of my loved one! He is receiving great meals and likes to participate in activities! We have no complaints!

My mother was a resident at Spring Arbor for three years until she passed away recently. Mom was a really great person, but she was not easy to satisfy. She had been in a few assisted living facilities and her standards were high - as were mine for her. Spring Arbor met all of our high standards - and then some. The staff is extremely well-trained and very kind and helpful. They genuinely loved Mom and it showed. Mom raved about the food. There were always activities going on. The place is spotless and the staff is so friendly. If I ever had a concern, they jumped right in and addressed it. Honestly, I can't imagine Mom being in a better place and I'm so glad she lived there.

Crane's View Lodge is a beautiful place for my mom to call home and enjoy her remaining years. The staff are wonderful and helping her to participate in activities. The food is great. There is so much for her to do. It's an amazing place I would recommend to anyone looking for a home to age in place A Place for Mom was instrumental and fantastic in helping me find the right place for my mom.

I liked what I saw from the tour we had. It is a really nice place. They gave us a good tour. We were going to select the community but she got sick and we went to a different facility. They were real nice and gave information about what they offer.

We feel so fortunate to have such a high quality Alzheimers Care facility so close to my mother's lifelong hometown in Central FL. The architecture is very uplifting + thoughtfully laid out. It resembles a classy mountain Ski Lodge in the public spaces. We felt comfortable from our first visit that it would be a positive environment for our Mother to live & receive attentive nursing supervision & care. It is located on a quiet lakefront property just down the street a few blocks from the main Lake County FL Waterman Hospital, which is convenient & additional peace of mind. The staff have been very responsive to our family's requests & our Mother seems to feel right at home there. The activities available daily are impressive & inviting. The meals are nutritious + prepared by the same kitchen that serves the Assisted Living Residents & guests. They have a large, relaxing rear screened-in patio area with ceiling fans, plenty of seating options, and a lovely landscaped back yard space with sidewalks + bird perches, along expansive views of the calm lake. *I do recommend that family members & friends escort their Resident from the Memory Care wing to the Atrium great room and Back Patio area to sit & visit together there + share the fresh air with their loved-one. Then join them for a meal in the main dining room. Just let the reception desk know you'd like to purchase a reasonable meal ticket at the entrance lobby when you arrive. The two mealtime seatings are first come/first served, but all have views of the back patio & lake from the dining room. We look forward to & enjoy our visits with our Mother at this nice facility!

I am thrilled with my mother's stay at Crane's View! The facility is very well maintained and the staff are very welcoming. My mother has plenty of opportunities to participate in activities and socialize as well. None of the other facilities compared to Crane's View!

My dearest friend and neighbor has been a resident of Cranes View for almost a year. It is an excellent facility and she is receiving great care. The staff are very friendly and caring and always have her best interest at heart. Her room is always clean and they respond to her needs quickly. She is getting excellent care there and I couldn't be happier with the staff and the facility. No one likes to have their love ones go to an assisted facility, but Cranes View is as close to being like home as they come. It's a shame that some people who have never even been there to see first hand what goes on can post such horrible things. If you don't care enough to visit you shouldn't write reviews. Thank you to the staff for all they do for someone who is like a mother to me.

We toured this community for my mother's care. The staff was helpful and very nice. The community was clean and we were happy with the appearance. They offer a nice menu and we were happy with the list of activities that are offered for the residents. We suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I like that Clover Hill is very secure but it's also an open environment. It's a good environment for my mother-in-law because she can roam. The staff tells me she walks daily and sometimes as much as 5 miles a day! The staff is impressive because they are so friendly. The director knows everybody and addresses residents by name. It's a homey environment.My mother-in-law likes going outdoors and now that it's spring and she can garden they have a garden with vegetables. I would assume they use the fresh produce in the kitchen. They have a well trained chef who actually cooks really good food. They offer an activity for anyone. A few weeks ago [Removed] came in and taught a cooking class. They had a pastry class as well and I'm sure my mother-in-law would have loved that because she loves pastries! They have an art class and during Valentines they made collages and paintings.They have exercise classes. It's also a Christian community and they have morning devotion daily. I am satisfied with Clover Hill and it's a good fit for my mother-in-law.

For anybody looking for an outstanding assisted living facility, this is the one! Great accommodations and first class facility. Always checking on my mother and in constant contact with me on any issue or concern. Nursing staff and attendants are personable and ready to fill any need. Very accommodating to my mom who is 87 and unfortunately not in great health. They get her to all her appointments on time on any day. I could not ask for better people to work with. [Removed] head nurse is awesome and very caring! She is always available to me. Feels like home the way it should be!

My aunt is doing well at Clover Hill. They offer a lot of activities and she is happy with the food. They offer a good variety of healthy choices. The community is spotless. The staff treat her like family. We liked that when we toured there was a good atmosphere as the staff seem to like what they are doing. I have already recommended this community.

Spring Arbor was a very lovely facility.What turned my dad away is they seemed to be understaffed when we toured. They were all in meetings and couldn't answer our questions. One perk for those are need more care is they offer a lot of handicapped rooms. My Dad didn't think he would fit in because a lot if the residents were sitting in wheelchairs. It's a gorgeous community but it felt more like a nursing home.

My wife is a resident here. They seem to have a enough staff and I saw an ad in the newspaper they are hiring more.She can be stubborn at times but they encourage her to get involved and join in. I've tried the food and they have a pretty good variety. I don't think it's necessary to have three full meals a day but that's my preference. They've treated me very well and I'm considering moving in myself.

We have been very pleased with every aspect of Spring Arbor. My mother is getting wonderful care. There are many great activities to keep residents busy and engaged. The food is good and plentiful. I highly recommend Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg.

We really liked the layout of the memory care unit and the personnel. Very friendly and personable.

There are so many reasons we are grateful to have found Osprey Lodge. The assisted living side is beautiful with rich woods accents and cabin in the mountains atmosphere. The back lanai and patio over look Lake Frances. I have seen the menu but have only tasted the chocolate covered strawberries and they were pretty amazing! My father is a resident in the memory care facility. The rooms are large and most have a nice view. We enjoy spending time in the lanai and inclosed courtyard. The courtyard has a nice 2 person swing, picnic tables, flower gardens and is nicely landscaped. From time to time we also get to see a seaplane fly overhead. From the director to the cleaning crew and everyone in between have been a pleasure to work with. They get to know the family members of their residents personally. The MC nurses are providing care for my father far beyond any care I could provided. The staff is helping my family cope with the Alzheimer's process by providing their knowledge and understanding of this terrible disease. I know my father is in good hands.

The facility was fabulous. Exactly what I was looking for. It surpasses where she is at the moment and I can see my mom adjusting well to this caring environment.

My Mom is now a resident of Spring Arbor. We have been very pleased with her care. She enjoys all the activities that are provided each day. All the staff are very caring and accommodating.

I am happy for the care that my mom is getting here. The community is brand new and modern. My mom loves her room that is bright. The dining is and the meals are really nice and a good variety of meals. They have someone come in once a week to do her hair and that is something that she truly enjoys. We would recommend this community to others for great care.

This is the first place I have toured. It was bright, cheery and clean. Everything looks recently painted. Outside landscaping is attractive. The dining room looked like a lovely restaurant, tables of 4, nice fabrics on chairs and curtains. They emphasize friendliness and dignity (an alternated eating room, if there is embarrassment about being helped with food). There seem to be many activities. Also, quite a few sitting areas, with or without TVs.
