The facilities appearance is beautiful. Great staff. Medication management has been a hassle. Meals are not always great.

Every one of those would be a 4+ or a 5. I am very satisfied and feel this is the best place for him. What we like the most about Rosewood Village is their very caring staff who seem to genuinely live/love their charges. Very helpful administration.

This is a special place. So grateful we found it. Advocacy for your family member is important for any facility. The activities and the people who work so hard make it extra wonderful! Admin can be hard to get responses from but everyone here works hard and are nice.

Mom is staying active, she says the food is good. The staff is professional and friendly. Someone did break her TV, they replaced it until I got her a new one, but I did not find out about it until I visited mom.

I like that they check on the residents often, it's all inclusive, and have chauffeured shopping trips. They could improve on medicine dispensary.

I like that its a locked unit and has small resident population of ~40 or residents. Its very convenient and has a very homey feel to it. The staff are super friendly, they take residents on outings and do fun activities, they have family celebrations for the holidays, and the food is good for a facility.

I liked that the weekday staff had low turnover. In general weekday staff was better/more helpful and knowledgeable than weekend staff.

Love everything about the facility except for the food. Great staff, beautiful apartments but my dad hates the food?? Conveyed concern in a meeting but nothing has changed. Many residents complain about the food

Facility is very nice with a beautiful view of the mountains. Staff are very friendly and helpful in all situations and willingly accommodate any requests as much as practicable. Lots of fun activities with the guests. My mom has a private room that is about the size of a medium bedroom with its own full bathroom. I would say size is appropriate for a memory care facility.

They sent me a bill for over $[removed] & my mother hadn't moved in yet. They did make some changes & got it down to just over $[removed]. It was due to the clock starting. They seem really slow on taking orders & serving meals. They seem to be true with checking on her twice a day & twice at night. There seem to be plenty of medical people checking on her.

My brother was very comfortable in his room. He enjoyed getting out for his meals and socializing. He commented many times to me about the kind and caring staff.

The facility overall was a good place. Clean, friendly, good to residents. The bad points are as follows - food so so, communication was not good at all. Returned calls were not consistent and I would have to call numerous times to get a response. Residents would go in and out of other resident’s rooms and take things, which we would then have to replace.

Mother is no longer at dominion. She has been moved to a place that can help her more now that she is immobile. Dominion was a wonderful place . I highly recommend the Crossville facility. Helpful to the family and the loved one.

We were attracted to them because of the room layout & size & location from my house. My parents are definitely high maintenance, which is not the case for many. Yes, I would certainly recommend Waterstone to others.

Be sure they get the medications straight and not order meds that are not needed. Also the mail order pharmacy will price match vs. other sources. I'm told the food is very bland so my mom takes her own seasonings.

Respite care was good. Staff was friendly. Always smiled & spoke to my husband. It took time to get his meds correct since my husband takes a controlled substance. This created multiple phone calls. The meals were good & my husband participated & enjoyed Bingo & movie time. I would recommend Spring Arbor for 30 day respite.

Nice and genuinely seemed to care about daddy. So many came through to hug him during his transition and hospice care I would recommend Wickshire Creeks Crossing.

The facility knew my parents were vegetarian before they moved in. It took about 2 months before they were always offered vegetarian choices and I still don't think the food is that great. I am not happy with the dentist that comes to the facility. I have had trouble with information not being past on the next day to other staff members. I am constantly checking to make sure that things are being done right. Frequently the trash is emptied and the trash bag is not replaced.

The size of the facility led me to think the service would be more personal. The staff was wonderful and the directors of the facility and the memory care unit were attentive and caring

Mom can be very difficult and belligerent sometimes. The staff are excellent dealing with her and redirecting to calm her down. They take good care of her even when she is in her moods. I feel welcome when I visit and they let me know what is going on with mom.
