The only thing they can improve on is their entry and exit into the facility, because somebody has to be there to let you in and out and sometimes that is not very convenient, depending on what time you are there. You have to wait until someone comes to the door. Everything else seems to be fine though.

We don't really have any concerns at this point. The cost is always an issue, for the whole industry, but they were comparable to others in the area that offer similar services. The outside ambiance of the facility was more naturalistic, and we really liked that.

So far I have been very happy with the care of my dad. He had a fall from his bed one night, they called me. They used a lot of common sense. They bandaged his arm. They took care of him. The facility is very, very clean. It never see any mess. The staff has been great. They are always friendly and willing to help. The residents seem happy. I also appreciate "A Place For Mom". Very pleased with the organization.

My wife was in Spring Arbor for only 3 days before she passed on. I could tell by those days that this is a really caring community and the staff is dedicated to the residents. The food is outstanding and the dining experience is well organized. They do not have enough staff to cover the residents there. If I feel the need for a community in the future this would be the one for me!

We had a great experience for a respite stay. The people were great to work with an caring. It was good overall. Will consider for longer term as needed.

We have been extremely pleased with the care my father-in-law has received. They are very patient and deal with his confusion and agitation with calm redirection and distraction. Dealing with Alzheimer's can be very frustrating for family members, but allowing someone else to provide his care we can now be his family again. They have an amazing staff an a very spacious locked unit. When we leave him, we know he is safe.

My mom is a resident at The Crossings and I couldn't have found a better place for her to live. Every single person in there has been caring, kind, accommodating and loving. She loves it there, loves the residents and the staff. I have piece of mind knowing she's being well-taken care of day and night. The facility is clean, beautifully decorated and managed well. I am thrilled to have my mom there!

We toured this community. Overall we felt that it was homey and pretty clean. The staff seemed to be pleasant and responsive, and they seemed to have a lot of activities for the residents. Overall we thought it was excellent, and would probably be a good fit for our loved ones.

It's just been absolutely awesome, we are just thrilled. Everyone is ever so helpful, he has settled so well, we are so happy. We had lunch last week it was fabulous. We were so impressed with them, we didn't even look anywhere else. He is very content and very happy, getting along with all the staff.

We are pretty happy with it. We chose this community because the knowledge and expertise of their leasing manager was just outstanding. We also liked the location and the setting with the woods and the lake.

They are doing great, they are happy with the community. I don't have any complaints about anything.

Mary Stone made this tough situation incredibly easy. We are unable to be near my mother-in-law, so trusting her care to someone else was anxiety inducing. Mary at A Place For Mom emailed some homes right away and we found one the next morning. My MIL is SO happy there! It's been a long time since I've heard her this thrilled.... So, thank you Rosewood Village, Mary and A Place For Mom!!

So far I've heard only positive things from my loved ones about the care and staff at Wellspring! It's a nice looking place, and the staff are all very friendly and really go out of their way to help the residents and their families. We've had some difficulty getting things sorted out with the insurance company, but Wellspring is really putting in a lot of effort and helping in any way that they can in working with our insurance.

The staff are all very friendly, but there's been a lot of turnover. It's a brand new facility that opened in 2013, so it seemed like they were working out the bugs for a while. It was a little rough at first, but hopefully the new directors will stay! Consistency of staffing is important for the elderly, so hopefully that will happen soon! Other than that, it's a beautiful place! The rooms are big enough to fit furniture! The dining room is lovely and the food is good! Also, they have all sorts of activities and I've seen them actually happen!

This was a nice community, it was clean, and the people were really nice too. It seemed like it was more active than a lot of the communities I visited. I don't know if they actually had more activities, or if it just looked that way, but it gave it a nice feel.

Mary Jass, the rental agent was so helpful and sensitive while helping us. The building is beautiful and everyone is friendly. The food in the dining room was also very good.

I chose the Rosewood Village after doing online research and speaking to people in the area who recommended them. So far they've been great!

Very impressive..staff friendly and informative. Patients seem happy and productive. Clean, odor-free (newly opened), homey. Gazebo and safe "outside" area for patients. Good security. All staff (hands-on as well as cleaning) trained with some ALZ classes.

Brand new property, very nice sized rooms, 1 to 5 ratio as compared to states requirement of 1 to 8. Very nice grounds.

Mom seems to likes the food. Overall, the staff is good and caring. The rooms could use more updating. It would be nice if mom could have more outings, in which she can interact and be more independent.
