Spectrum Retirement

At moment, there is a lot of personal transformation - director and chef left and people are complaining about large rent increases. The food service could be better, but we have been seeing improvements recently. We love our apartment, it is a 2 bedroom and is perfect for us although it is on the expensive side. Overall we are happy here.

I would give the Enclave a 5 out of 5 rating in every category. My mother was at another independent living facility before moving to Enclave. This is a huge improvement! There are plenty of activities, the food is good, the dining room is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly as are the residents. They've been very inclusive. The atmosphere is bright and airy. Housekeeping has been very good, and someone is always working on maintenance projects. I've seen them power washing the outside entrance, touching up plaster and painting in the hallways to name a few. My mother fell recently, and one of the staff stayed on the floor with her and calmed her until the EMTs got there. I give the Enclave an A+.

My mother has been living at WCAL since [date removed] Mom is 93 years old, and while her mind is still sharp, she is physically challenged since a serious stroke in 2007. We love WCAL because of its size, it is small enough that mom can get around easily in her motorized wheelchair. Mom is often out and about, playing cards, working puzzles, attending cooking classes and happy hours! Or perhaps she is out enjoying a concert or dinner out with her friends. My mother has found independence like she hasn't enjoyed since her stroke. She has more friends and activities than she has had in years. All this because of the great staff that lovingly cares for my mom. The caregiving staff is very attentive and loving. The Director works very hard and wears many hats. The sales director is amazing. She is a shining light, and is loved by all the residents. She goes way above and beyond to lend a helping hand to the residents. She shows a very deep level of love and dedication to the seniors.

Thank you for the wonderful help from all of your staff. The lady that we worked with was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful! Based on the experience we have had with Westerville Senior Living we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Our family had an in person tour with The Enclave at Chandler Senior Living and overall we thought the tour experience and all the staff members we met with were excellent so overall it was a really nice experience but the budget was just a little too over priced.

We toured Silver Glen Senior Living and it was a great tour and a great facility! Everyone was friendly and engaging during our tour. They were also very informative!

West Chester Assisted Living and Memory Care has been a wonderful experience! We liked everything about the staff. They did everything they said they were going to do and we were not disappointed about anything. Based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend this community to other families looking for a community for their loved ones.

Silver Glen living is an absolutely stunning and beautiful facility for your loved ones. I myself would love to live there one day. They have thought of every thing that you might need. It is absolutely beautiful. The staff is wonderful. It is pristinely clean. You could not ask her anything more.

This community seemed like a very great, clean, and inviting community. My loved one couldn't go to the memory care unit. I believe the minimum age was 62. My loved one is/was too young.

Las Soleras Senior Living is a great community, and what has made it so great are the staff, the meals and the other occupants. Based on my experience so far I would recommend this community to other families.

1) I would tell a friend that they go above and beyond to find the best space 2) The community was able to handle a quick move in due to my moms health 3) staff communication has been amazing. They keep me up to date on how my mom is doing.

My feelings are they are overpriced - not just them - Assisted Living in general - paying way more than what I feel is right. For money paid- and what we get- way over priced. Just my two cents. The food rating is based on what my loved one has told me.

Staff is amazing and so very patience with Mom and any elderly person living there. I was attracted to the facility as it was very modern, new, clean, presented itself extremely well, and the prices were the most reasonable out there too.

The Oaks at Algonquin was a little too modern and cold feeling, if that makes sense? I felt like someone my age could be very comfortable there, but it was not as homey as [facility name removed]. It was really just a matter of finding the place that seemed right for my dad's age and personality.

We chose Green Oaks Senior Living for Independent Living for my parents who no longer drive. We are very happy with our choice. We were looking for a two bedroom month to month lease, meal plan, location, and apartment amenities. The fact they offer therapies right in the same building has been a huge blessing. The staff is warm and friendly. The public areas are super clean and well furnished. The residents are engaged and happy. Management is very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

The facility is beautiful. The staff are courteous, attentive, and very welcoming. They do a great job of engaging the residents. Based on our experience with this community we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

The staff are very friendly. I would tell other families, to consider Cedar Lake. It's a smaller community and they have plenty of options for activities. My mom loves the food !!

Our family had an in person tour and with everything we saw on the tour and all the different staff we were able to encounter made it a very nice experience, but the community itself was just a little to big and we felt a smaller community would of been a better fit.

What really stood out to us about the Westview community and what has really made it such a good experience would be the staff team - we really liked their overall attitude as well as their friendliness. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.
