The tour experience with Palmilla Senior Living was great - this facility was in our top 3 choices. We ended up deciding that we wanted a residential care home just so our loved one could get that one on one attention in a smaller setting.

Great tour, warm, friendly people and staff. Residents are friendly too. Very elegant and well maintained common areas and rooms too. Lovely gardens. Nice apartments.

I toured several senior communities for my mother, and very quickly Burr Ridge Senior Living rose to the top of the list, being head and shoulders above all the others. It is a newer community, just under four years. The facility is impeccably clean! It’s contemporary, spacious, and filled with light. It’s clear the vibrancy of the community carries over to its residents. My mother is in a one-bedroom apartment in Independent Living. Her second floor balcony overlooks beautiful landscaping and walking paths. The facility offers far more in-house activities than any of the other places I visited. There’s also off-site trips for local shopping as well as outings to local attractions. Lastly, I can’t say enough about the incredible staff at Burr Ridge Senior Living. These folks are extremely kind and caring. They know all the residents by name and are extremely responsive to any questions or requests. I would recommend Burr Ridge Senior Living to anyone without reservation.

I am a new resident of Palos Verdes. Our community is very warm and welcoming, and the staff and residents are always friendly and very accommodating. These are the main reason I chose to move into this community.

Burr Ridge Senior Living was one of five properties recommended to me by my "A Place for Mom" contact. It was the first I visited and, frankly, the only place I seriously considered. When I first spoke with the people at Burr Ridge, and told her what I was looking for, they told me they could "check all of my boxes', and they certainly did. The tour I took later with [name removed]sealed the deal; I never seriously looked elsewhere. I moved in November lst and am very happy with my choice. I love my apartment. The common spaces ae beautifully and tastefully decorated. There is a range of activities that can satisfy everyone's interests. The staff is wonderful, the food is restaurant quality, and the residents in the community are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. There is nothing I wanted that I don't have. And after only a month, I feel like this is home. I definitely made the right chice and highly recommend Burr Ridge Senior Living to others.

So far it has been a wonderful experience. My mom feels very comfortable and safe there. Everything seems to be working out well, and she seems to be a lot happier. The apartment is very nice, although it doesn't have enough closet space (that's the only downside for her). They have TONS of activities. And the staff have really worked hard to make sure she feels comfortable and welcome.

Everything was really nice, we enjoyed the food. However it was just a little bit to expensive for us at the time and we were wanting a two bedroom.

We toured this facility and we liked it. It was a great place, we actually loved it. Very clean, everyone was friendly. It was just more expensive than we were looking for or able to do.

Palos Verdes community is very clean, and I was met with big smiles from the staff and the residents are visibly happy. Everyone had a great attitude, and its obvious its an amazing community enjoyed by staff and residents.

Walking into the community, I was left in awe. Palos Verdes is probably the most "clean" senior living I have volunteered at. I was greeting with nothing but smiles and great hospitality. Great experience all around, everyone is willing to help and lend a hand. Best location to volunteer.

The Enclave at Chandler was our next pick. The only reason we chose another place was because they were having a huge promotion. Otherwise we would have chosen The Enclave. They were both really very similar, and based on our tour at The Enclave, we did not find anything wanting.

The quality of the rooms, community rooms, and services included, and/or available, is definitely better than I expected. I am impressed.

The staff has been so kind and helpful throughout the move process. They are very responsive to questions, warm and friendly.

The staff and caregivers at Palos Verdes Senior Living are such caring people - this an outstanding community! I couldn't be happier to be living here and couldn't imagine living anywhere else but here.

I toured with The Enclave at Round Rock Senior Living and I did really like the facility. All of the staff were very friendly. It was a lot more expensive than the facility we ended up choosing. The location was also further and I wanted her to be closer to me.

They have really great caregivers and some have been there since the community opened. I would highly recommend the community to others. The staff keep the family updated on our loved one's evaluations. My loved one loves the activities and being in the community. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices to choose from. The community keeps the residents engaged with social activities with other residents to keep the residents out of their rooms.

My loved one was here a short time, but the staff and residents were very friendly and helpful. (name removed) and (name removed) were great to work with!

We had a very positive tour experience with The Enclave. I like that they offered 3 levels of care, independent, assisted living, and memory care. The facility was very small with only about 24 residents in memory care. With it being so small, they are able to tailor the care to your loved ones needs. The facility was very clean and nice.

Very nice....good food....fun activities....nice residents and staff! I moved here from southern CA and I'm very glad I did!

Respected for ideas and allowed to be a separate person. Encouraged to have friendships and activities. Being safe feeling environment and staff assists mandatory. Too much influence of corporate on friendships and devices (needs to be local). Emphasis on kindness and cooperation.
