All 5 stars. Lone Mountain Memory Care is a kind, caring, family atmosphere. The staff are very accommodating. Room size is spacious and clean. We have a large studio. Amenities are excellent as they tailor the care to the individual needs. It is an ideal facility for those looking for memory care.

My Mother entered memory care almost 2 years ago. She passed recently. From the beginning, it was clear that the key to the Memory Care Unit was the Unit’s leader, [name removed], and the Unit!s activities director, [name removed]. They were actively and genuinely engaged in making my Mom’s experience as meaningful, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. As her condition declined, their devotion to these objectives increased. Making it as easy on my Mom and her kids as possible. We are very grateful to their devotion. Additionally, the nursing and caregiver staffs were exemplary, demonstrating professional skills and genuine compassion- particularly during the challenges of Covid and the limits it imposed on personal interactions. Kudos to all. The Westbrook Memory care staff was exemplary. The property is well maintained and peaceful. I highly recommend it.

Even though unfortunately our stay at Westerville Senior Living was very short lived, the staff here did take very good care of my dad.

We picked this community because, of the location, services and amenities offered and size of the rooms. They are very supportive and attentive. I feel very confident that my mom is in a safe and supportive place. I am never worried about her and although she is still adjusting to living there also feels safe there.I would recommend it.

We thought that how the facility looks was very important because my mother is very aware of her surroundings and what things look like and we thought it was the prettiest one and I also like that when we were walking around we could hear music and I think that's as I said before. Very important the garden. The outside is very nice and pretty too. [name removed] is great, she always has activities going on and she's very friendly and fun with the residents. My mom really likes her. I also really like Wynn who comes in to sing. They all love it. Actually, I think it's very important that there is so much music at Westbrook all the time. It's very good for the people. The caregiver who wears orange Crocs is wonderful.

There has been a complete turnover of management in the past month. There is a new management team that is coming on board. I am very hopeful there will be some changes. The housekeeping in the residents rooms needs a lot of attention. The food is fine, but they said the residents would order from a menu. This is not the case in memory care.

LifeLoop is a great perk because I can see pictures of what activities there are for the day! My granny also loves the church services on Sundays and Wednesdays. She has a studio apartment now I think it's 400 square feet, but we are on wait list for a one bedroom. [name removed] is the one who helped us from Cedar Lake, but we have loved everyone on their team! [name removed] is my granny's favorite therapist. We have been very happy with the whole experience.

Great facility from people to the landscaping . Very happy with making Green Oaks my Dad's home. Highly recommend Green Oaks!! We picked this community because, of the clean, open spaces, bright & cheery vibe.

Palmilla Senior Living was one of the first places I visited. I was so impressed until I saw the rooms in their memory care. They were like a jail cell. Tiny and institutional like.

The only way I can describe the place is, this is one of the only places I toured I would personally live in myself if I could. It is that nice.

I give Westbrook Senior Living 5 stars. My Mom is receiving phenomenal care. She has adjusted well and is thriving. A huge thank you to all of the staff especially, [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]. We are grateful for all of your wonderful, loving help with my Mom. Thank you all so much!

Lone Mountain Memory Care is a wonderful loving and safe environment. The staff/caregivers truly care about the residents and treat them as family. The staff are also very supportive of the family members who have made the difficult decision to place someone into the facility. The facility is lovely and very clean. There are many activities daily along with nutritious prepared meals in the onsite kitchen. I highly recommend Lone Mountain Memory Care.

Overall, I can say that I feel my wife was in a caring, loving fertility, other than Home. The facility is very conveniently location to me and really stuck out over others that I looked into at the time. Based off of our experience, I would recommend Westbrook Senior Living to others.

The one thing I noticed throughout this community is the Sunshine illumination via the windows. This gave this facility a bright cheerful atmosphere. Also the staff and residents were friendly and full of life. This is a very clean community which offers plenty amenities. Brenda was knowledgeable in answering all of my questions honestly. She followed up to see how the family was doing as well. Unfortunately, there is a wait list; which actually says a lot about this community.

Palmilla Senior Living is an awesome place, just not independent living. The apartment sizes and amenities offered here are amazing. I would recommend Palmilla Senior Living to others without any reservations.

I would highly recommend them.It's just a great community. It's personable and welcoming. We picked this community, because it was close to my home, and smaller.

My 93 year old father moved into Three Oaks ten months ago. I have been very pleased with the staff and care he has been given on a daily basis. He loves to sit outside and be with nature when possible and really enjoys the garden setting and landscaping that is there. I can see the joy on his face when everyone greets him by his first name as we walk through the building. I’ve even heard him say at times when he sits back in his recliner that he’s “ Happy To Be Home”! A validation to my choice on senior living and care for him.

Finding a caring, safe environment for my mother was a challenge, and I am happy to say I am very pleased with Three Oaks. Response to any concerns has been excellent, with priority given to open communication with family and residents (through Town Hall meetings). Mom enjoys the many activities available, and occasionally, we enjoy social events with her. After nearly two years of Mom residing at Three Oaks, we have seen not only maintenance, but improvement in facilities, food, and activity offerings. The smiles I see on the faces of my mother, the residents, the caregivers, and the staff tell the real story!

The staff at Westview at Ellisville Assisted Living is very caring about the residents. They are patient, kind, and try very hard to accommodate the needs of the residents. They are friendly and make a point to develop a relationship with the people that they care for. Our mother's apartment is always picked up and clean, and her laundry is done weekly. Communication with the family is excellent. We are immediately informed of any change in our mother's routine or her health. They really do make a point of talking with you when you visit to let you know how your family member is doing. They take the effort to know who belongs to whom. They have several choices of activities daily for their residents. They also have PT and OT available for those in need of those services. The food appears to be tasty and a variety of entrees are available at each of their three meals a day dining room. My family and I would strongly recommend Westview Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. We toured other facilities before making our decision, and for the money and the services provided, we felt this was the best choice for our mother and for our family.

The activities at Shawnee Hills are wonderful. I especially enjoy playing bingo and going on the restaurant and casino outings. I also like to play the resident led activities like mexican train and rummikub. I love that the activities department also offer transportation to and from doctors appointments and to the store. Overall I would rate activities as 5-star!
