Shawnee Hills is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly and knows every resident by name. The activities are set by the residents and very much enjoyed. The food is outstanding. The building is very clean. The housekeeping staff is very efficient. My mom is happier there than she has been in years! I would highly recommend it.

My husband and I were very impressed with this facility. The Executive Director was so friendly and helpful. It was a very clean and modern facility. We loved the views, the out door area by the pool. The layout of the apartments was just what we are looking for. The residents we talked to really loved their stay there and the activities provided. This very affordable Independent living facility is at the top of our list for a place to live.

I am currently a resident at Burr Ridge Senior Living and most everything has been great for me so far at this facility. The facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly. I feel comfortable and safe here. I am pleased with everything except for the food, which needs some improvement. I am aware that 100% is not always easy anywhere, however Burr Ridge Senior Living is among the top percentage.

The staff at Burr Ridge Senior Living is excellent. They want to work here and are not just here because it's the only job that they could find. They know every resident's name and interact with them when they see them. The move in was a little difficult because you have to use the front door and my unit was as far from the front door as can be. But they were very helpful solving minor issues on move in day. The food is good and I like my meal plan because I get any two meals per day. It's very flexible. I would recommend Burr Ridge Senior Living to others and am trying to get a couple of friends here.

We are really happy with the Mountain Park Senior Living community and I am so glad mom is back here. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Our loved one is so happy there, and that's what counts. The community is very clean and welcoming and the activities keep her busy every day. Had lunch with her the last time I was there and the food was excellent. She did not want to move our of her house but changed her mind the second she walked in the door

I have been very happy at Green Oaks in Libertyville IL. Everyone says hello as you pass by. It’s as if they’ve known you for a long time. The staff is excellent, particularly [name removed]. She makes you feel like you’re the only one she has to look out for in Green Oaks. I would highly recommend this facility.

Excellent food, great staff. My favorite thing off the menu is the lamb chops! The building is always clean and everyone knows your name. The staff has great attitude, and being here keeps me smiling.

Our family had an in person tour with Palos Verdes Senior Living first and this community was gorgeous but the price was just to far out of range for us.

Our loved ones doctor things she is doing great and even her friends have commented on how good she is looking. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Southview Assisted Living community to other families

My loved one is currently a resident at The Oaks at Algonquin and her experience with everything at this facility has been great, so far. The facility is practically brand new. The staff is very helpful. The food is really good. The Oaks at Algonquin is definitely the most reasonably priced Independent Living facility in the area. I checked out five other facilities in our area during my search. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. I would recommend this facility to others.

My Mom has been in M.C. at Westbrook Senior Living for over two years. I can't say enough for how wonderful the experience has been! The Director of M.C., the caregivers, activities and nursing staff all go beyond the call of duty. They are extremely dedicated with very little turnover. They have found several misplaced items such as library books, eyeglasses and hearing aids that we thought were lost forever! On a daily basis my mother has thanked us for finding this new home so close to our house. She tells us how much she loves it there and is grateful for wonderful friends. It is so gorgeous, elegant and clean that she thinks she is living in a hotel! And as a bonus, there is a patio/garden steps away where she spends time reading. As for the activities, Mom attends them all! I am updated weekly on an app and email from LifeLoop. We would highly recommend Westbrook and are grateful for the loving care given to Mom and enabling us to have peace of mind.

It's been nice and my stepdad has acclimated well. The residents seems to be quite happy and I think that says a lot about the community. The food is good but the service is a bit slow. I would definitely recommend The Enclave at Cedar Park! We picked this community, because of the overall feel when I first arrived. It is bright and airy and felt like a great place to be. I also liked the levels of care they provide in the event our situation changes.

All 5 stars. Lone Mountain Memory Care is a kind, caring, family atmosphere. The staff are very accommodating. Room size is spacious and clean. We have a large studio. Amenities are excellent as they tailor the care to the individual needs. It is an ideal facility for those looking for memory care.

My Mother entered memory care almost 2 years ago. She passed recently. From the beginning, it was clear that the key to the Memory Care Unit was the Unit’s leader, [name removed], and the Unit!s activities director, [name removed]. They were actively and genuinely engaged in making my Mom’s experience as meaningful, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. As her condition declined, their devotion to these objectives increased. Making it as easy on my Mom and her kids as possible. We are very grateful to their devotion. Additionally, the nursing and caregiver staffs were exemplary, demonstrating professional skills and genuine compassion- particularly during the challenges of Covid and the limits it imposed on personal interactions. Kudos to all. The Westbrook Memory care staff was exemplary. The property is well maintained and peaceful. I highly recommend it.
