Crestview is a lovely, active retirement community. There is never a dull moment unless you want it to be. The staff in every department work to make sure you are happy in all your needs. The facility is beautiful, you feel like you are in a grand hotel. The food is very good and a wide variety of choices! What I love most are the other people who live there! Everyone is so friendly! You will have many friends if you so desire!

My mother moved into her apartment in April of 2024. She picked this facility out of the 4 we visited and 10 we reviewed on-line. She loves the food and food choices. She is enjoying the activities, especially chair yoga. She also loves the happy hour on “Thirsty Thursdays”. Her neighbors have all been very welcoming and she looks forward to visiting with them every day. I have been very happy to see her enjoying herself every day. Her apartment is beautiful and she loves her balcony.

Based on the experience we have had so far, we'd say 5 for all as Mom loves it there most of the time. However there are a few things. Food-recent changes in food options/availability due to inflation are disappointing for residents. Activities are fantastic and well attended. Cleanliness is above average dining experience is above average

Rigden Farm is a clean, comfortable and welcoming community. The friendly staff has gone out of there way to make her feel at home. The interaction with management has all been positive. The food is good and choices are extensive. Specials for lunch and dinner each week are a plus.

I would recommend Las Soleras Senior Living to others looking.

Everyone seems to be kind, friendly and helpful. Mom said the food has gotten worse, nothing specific, just kind of bland and just not that good. She said it changed when the old chef left.

Las Palomas is a wonderful place for [name removed] parents. They are very happy there and are well cared for. We are very pleased with Las Palomas. We would absolutely recommend them to other families. Their Assisted Living accommodations are very good and their Memory Care accommodation's and staff are excellent. And the Business staff and Front Desk team are A+++.

Ive been here for 2 1/2 years and i love living here. My apartment is very nice, the residents and staff are wonderful. Food is good. Activities are great with lots of options. If i need fixing in my apartment, maintenance comes fast! Location is fabulous. Near doctors, grocery stores, restaurants and library. Great gym facility with physical therapy, occupational and speech therapy options. Swimming Pool is a great plus. Definitely recommend!

My loved one is currently a resident at The Oaks at Algonquin. I would highly recommend this facility to others. The meal choices are really great. The staff is friendly. They offer great projects for those who are interested in crafts. The atmosphere is light and bright.

I've been very pleased overall. I don't live in the same state, so I haven't personally witnessed any of the above. I've always received prompt, friendly and positive responses on the phone. And, my brother hasn't had any complaints. At times they have given him extra help with personal business issues. He seems to be happy there. So from my perspective, I would answer 5 to all.

My Mom fell at her old place and needed to be moved to an assisted living place, my wife and I looked at several places that were nice but when we toured here it was like a whole new world! Everyone is so helpful and got to know my Mom right away. The first meal she had she asked for diet caffeine free soda, they said all they had was decaf coffee but the next meal they had a few choices for her! Now every time I go visit her they all know me and who my Mom is I highly recommend Peakview

I feel they care and listen to your needs..my mom started in independence but had to go to memory care and they are so good to her. They really care. . Independent apartments- they are great size and a few to choose from. Memory care is small but they have there own bathroom. But they try to keep them out of room to do things...

This facility is very flexible with responding to individual needs. My husband has Alzheimers but I am not yet ready to place him in Memory Care. They allow him to attend the activities in Memory care during the day and then let him come back to the AL side during the rest of the time. The building is very clean; the Aides are kind, caring and polite. The food is absolutely superb!!

What our family likes the most about the Palos Heights Senior Living is that they have 2 selections of food for lunch and most of the time for dinner. There is a shower in our loved ones room. The staff: nurses and caregivers and manager is on site, not off at another part of the building.

If this place were closer to my sister and my mom’s neighborhood, I would’ve selected this location. When I left the facility, I felt confident that this place would handle her care with utmost care and compassion.

My mom decided to move here and loves it. Her apartment is bright and lovely and has a washer and dryer included. They have many cable channels included. The food is great and they try to accomodate their residents. My mom left Brookdale of Vernon Hills to move here because Brookdale would ignore her suggestions, their food was cold and they had box dinners on Sunday and the sandwiches they gave you in these box lunches weren't even wrapped in cellophane, so everything was dry.

Everything is a 5! Dad is very happy there. The residents all seemed so happy to be there. They were really engaged and friendly. Also the brightness of the light and cleanliness of the building was very comforting.

I love my apt and my new friends. Shawnee Hills is a great place to live, Not expecting to live anytime soon!!!

Everyone is friendly. Lots of fun activities.
