When it was time for our folks to move from Independent Living to Assisted Living, we found the fit was not good at their current facility. Burr Ridge helped to outline the options for both assisted living, as well as the Memory Care options we may need to tap into going forward. We appreciated the transparency in both the base costs and costs at additional care levels. The move to Burr Ridge Senior Living was completed successfully in a matter of weeks. We have been happy with how friendly the staff has been and responsive to working with our folks to help them feel at home and answer any questions and implement desired changes. Quite a bit is included in the base cost that was not at the other facility related to maintaining and improving their health. In the month that they've been there, our folks are both healthier and happier, with a care plan to keep them on this path, regardless of the health issues that may be coming in the future. It is a very vibrant community!

My loved one is currently a resident at Green Oaks Senior Living and everything about the experience has been great so far. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

What I like the most about the Palmilla Senior Living community is the staff team. The staff members are very friendly and there are good people living here. It really has a community feeling to it. The place is clean, bright and sunny. The food staff are awesome. Food is quite decent. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

You definitely need to ask a lot of questions (no matter where you go). You need to go over every bill so you understand what you are being charged for. There were some hidden fees that we were not aware of. Also we were charged incorrectly for the first 2 invoices and while we finally got them to reverse the charges, it took a lot of back and forth to do so. We LOVE CCAL as does our dad but you have to read everything with a fine tooth comb and if you do not understand your charges you need to ask. The people are super nice, both the residents and staff but staff turnover can be high here (I suspect this is probably true for the field).

What I like the most about the Westbrook Senior Living community is the staff members and the other residents, they are very friendly. I also like the size of the apartment. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend the Westbrook Senior Living community to other families.

5 on all. Easy place and employees to love! My mother-in-law loves her place there and the people! The staff is wonderful, always willing to answer any questions or help in any way needed. This was the first place we checked for my mother-in-law and loved it from that time on because of the kindness of the staff.

This a very welcoming place to live. The people are friendly, the staff is helpful, and the food is good. I enjoy being here. They are so kind to my dog and treat him like family just as much as they do to me.

I love the people here and the staff are so kind. The food has greatly improved since I’ve lived here for the past 6 years and will be the last one to leave here! The activities are always fun. I recommend it to anyone looking for senior living

What a bright, clean, amazing community! All of the staff and residents we met on our tour were so warm and friendly. The apartments were so much larger than others we had seen and the floorplan really worked for us. Everything feels positive and friendly!

My loved one is currently a resident at Cedar Lake Assisted Living and Memory Care. I feel some communication is not very well, in regard to some of the procedures and for physical therapy and or how things are going in general.

My mother is currently a resident at Palmilla Senior Living. Everything has been great for her at this facility, so far. Based on my mother's experience, I would recommend this facility to others who are looking for Memory Care.

My sister lives at Cedar Lake and she loves the place. It is an outstanding operation. She says that they provide a lot of great entertainment. I absolutely recommend Cedar Lake.

My mom is currently a resident at Dougherty Ferry Assisted Living and Memory Care and most everything has been great for her. We are very happy with the placement. I would recommend this facility to others.

We have been at Las Soleras for 20 months. We (my wife and I) are happy. Great amenities, good management, good value.

I would say that the cooperation of all departments of the staff is very commendable. In other organizations, with this many different department, heads and responsibilities, there tends to be some siloing that happens. It appears to me that the enclaves form of inner office communication really mitigates that, all members of the staff seem to focus on their residence needs comfort and happiness.

The facility is clean and well maintained. It is decorated in a pretty and welcoming style. Residents are offered lots of activities and the food in the dining room is tasty! My mother is very happy here and receives great care!

I would recommend it if you can afford it, which I'm not sure how anyone does. The clock is ticking on my loved one's time there. The staff all seem friendly. Very clean environment. There is no communication with the family, unless there is an issue. I have not heard many good things about the food.

Three Oaks took excellent care of my parents. They were very kind to them and to our family. The location was perfect for us and the doctor on staff was from my parent's regular office. [name removed] was excellent! The caregivers were wonderful. Food Was very good too. Everything was very clean. Communication was excellent as well.

I would definitely recommend Silver Glen Senior Living to others. The facility itself is great, the rooms are really nice, and everyone seems so nice and welcoming. Another great thing they have is they work with a company that provides Physical therapy, Speech and OT on the premises.. so we've been taking advantage of that with my mom. So convenient to have that in-house and not have to drive to appointments!

My brother is currently a resident. Silver Glen Senior Living is an excellent facility, per my brother. The value for the cost is excellent, most of the cost being covered by Social Security.
