I moved here September of 2023 and have been very happy. Everyone is friendly, happy and nice. It’s been a positive experience moving from my home and everyone cares here. The activities we have are fun and some you learn new things. Lots of laughter here. I love my apartment! Great view and spacious.

I have lived here for almost two years now and enjoy it. I like all the employees here, the other residents are great and I have made a lot of friends. Any time I need something there is always someone here to assist. They have great activities and fun events for us. I would highly recommend this place as your new home.

After a lot of looking at places for mom, Green Oaks Senior Living just seemed to be the right fit. One super unique aspect is that the property is located adjacent to the Old School Forest Preserve so the residence can stroll there or they can just stroll around the lake on the path that’s on the grounds of the property. The interior decorating has some of the best aesthetics I’ve seen at any place. It is very light filled high-quality construction with nice architectural details. There are a lot of common spaces where residents can have a place to go to to relax outside of their apartment or meet with visitors or participate in the activities provided to the residence.

Friendly, helpful, cheerful staff and environment. We have a Casita. It is perfect for us! The apartment that I visited was perfect size for one single person.

The staff is well trained, caring and work exceedingly well as a team. The facility is bright, cheery, clean and well maintained. The food is good and offers a nice balance of options for its' senior population. The health, safety and well being of the residents always appear to be their top priority. Management accomplishes this without even the hint of an overbearing presence. As a 40 year manager of apartments and condominiums, I am truly humbled. They have earned my complete confidence in the care of my step-dad.

I would say it was a great experience for my mom. She loved the personnel, activities and residents. She would not have moved except for her deteriorating condition.

None to compare. Facilities are clean, safe, and upscale decorated. Staff is professional, courteous, helpful, front desk staff is present at all times. Backyard is lovely for sitting outside. Dining room is well-furnished: food does not meet all tastes with specials—there is a menu. Transportation: excellent. Activities carefully chosen: hence good attendance. Library: books for take out. Wellness Center: well—equipped. Theater: movies, lectures, and communion. Musical entertainment. Hallways: clean and safe. Lovely independent living. Choose Las Solares.

My mom passed in January. The place was awesome for her. What we really liked about Palos Heights is the friendliness of the staff and residents. Yes, based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

The overall experience has been excellent and the community is very clean. The staff are interactive and very kind and they provide excellent quality of care. The meals are very good and they have great options. The have great activities as well and the value for cost is good. I would most definitely recommend this community to other families based on our experience we have had.

Most of the top officers have recently been replaced with new, very competent people. I am hopeful that some positive changes are underway. New Director of Sales: [name removed]. Executive Director [name removed]. And wonderful new Director of Entertainment & Programming, [name removed]. Food Service is under major overhaul; both cooks fired. My personal observation is that the Corporation needs to purchase from a better food supplier. NOT CISCO! Cheap cuts of meat, fruits & veggies that are NOT fresh ; too many pre-prepared (frozen) entrees that are simply pitiful! Meats too tough to cut with a knife (full of fat & gristle). Too easy to attempt to hide or disguise... a new sous chef is being brought in in addition to a new regular chef. I just received this information today. The facility is kept in pristine condition; everything very clean and well- maintained. The grounds have lovely gardens with flowers maintained year-round too! Activities are expanding & becoming more creative. We have a pool: no water aerobics or exercises offered. Why? Too hot? Too much liability? Oh well, we have excellent OT & PT offered in our second floor gym! I am benefitting from them; have graduated from a wheelchair back to my walker!! Hooray!

What we like the most about Crestview Senior Living is the convenience, no changes. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Everything so far has been great. Great overall experience, perfect size place and not too fancy for mom's taste. Everything seems clean as far as I can tell. Staff is friendly to mom and the family. Mom seems well taken care of and happy. Mom never is late or misses a meal, or complains. Mom is very active at Southview! Loves bingo, balloon volleyball and drumming. And I love the LifeLoop app so I can see how active she is during the week. I feel like we are getting a great value for the cost!

We met with [name removed] who could not have been nicer to my cousins who are 89 and sight impaired. They loved the unit due to its size and location in the surrounding area. We ended up taking them somewhere else (not my choice) at the last minute as were were dealing with some memory issues. Ocotillo Gardens is a beautiful facility!

Superb personalized care. They made my mom happy & feel like she was home. She passed way but we felt she received the best care possible.

My experience with Shawnee Hills has been great. My dad is very happy there. I chalk part of this up to the many fun activities they have. Their Activity’s Director [name removed] goes above and beyond in creating fun activities for the residents. One evening recently my dad and I were on a dinner date and [name removed] actually called him to see if he was okay because she had not seen him that day. Wow I was just so happy to know that someone was checking on him when I’m not around! [name removed] has hosted parties at Halloween and Christmas for the residents and their families and recently did a nice celebration for the fathers on the weekend after Father’s Day. We are so blessed to have [name removed]! She is truly exceptional at her position and a sweet and caring person to boot! Thank you [name removed] for your wonderful care!

I would say the staff and administration are outstanding

Our Mom has been at Westbrook for 4 months and we see the attentive staff helping all the residents. Westbrook is very clean and the staff always makes the residents feel at home. Many activities for all and outdoor areas r very nice. We are happy that we have our Mom At Westbrook.

All I have to say is that...it is one great place...Palos Senior Living...I see all pretty happy residents there...My Dad the resident there an introvert, and from rural Wisconsin, says the help there and food is friendly and great.

The staff is very caring & supportive, especially in times of death of spouse. My husband passed in February. The people that live here are friendly and supportive also I would recommend Palmilla Senior Living.

Crestview is a lovely, active retirement community. There is never a dull moment unless you want it to be. The staff in every department work to make sure you are happy in all your needs. The facility is beautiful, you feel like you are in a grand hotel. The food is very good and a wide variety of choices! What I love most are the other people who live there! Everyone is so friendly! You will have many friends if you so desire!
