Many of the staff have been there since it opened. The facility has IL and AL together which makes for a smoother transition. The management team is willing to dig in and do whatever is needed, literally from picking up coworkers in bad weather (like January's storm) to doing the cooking if the cook is sick.

Yes recommend to others. Nice staff, good food, clean facility. Good communication. Nice to have pt and ot on site

It's nice , attractive Kept clean ... Dining is nice . Have a PT room with equipment ... Close to Walmart and Target.. staff are friendly

Can’t say enough good things. So much better than I had hoped for after 2+ years of Mom being in assisted living. Beautiful Surroundings, New, clean and so nicely decorated all the down to the art! Wonderful fun activities Shout out to [name removed]and [name removed]Entertainment directors. Wonderful caregivers w Nurse [name removed]and [name removed]heading up the A.L. Staff. These Directors of nursing care so much. Mom Happy which makes her family happy and grateful!!

Staff is kind and caring some of course better than others but overall after a year, we've gotten to know them well and I appreciate all that they do.

My aunt spent the last two years of her life in the Memory Care Unit at Palos Heights Senior Living. It’s a well-maintained and professionally managed facility that I would recommend without hesitation. I can’t thank the staff enough for all the love and care they gave her. She really enjoyed her time with them. They made her feel like she was with family.

These are all 5's as far as I could tell, but I only came for short visits from NY. My sister who visited more often confirmed everything is a 5! Staffing levels were good so there was always someone around and she thought the staff were very nice.

My Mom has been at Lombard Place Memory Care for 2 years. I visit her every day. When she came in, she was high functioning with dementia and needed a schedule especially in the evening when she would sun down & get agitated. Fast forward, the sun downing has gotten much better because of the schedule. She feels safe & knows the staff genuinely care about her. The staff is caring and unique as they talk to the residence, walk around smiling and laughing. The are attentive to all residence and I trust them implicitly. The activity team keeps the residence busy all day so they sleep at night. Everyone who helps mom get ready for bed, talks with her as she gets ready. Sometimes they are in the bathroom & do not even know I am in the room listening. They truly adore mom and mom adores them. I am grateful. She even tells me "they are taking good care me it's ok if you can't stop by." My world has changed since bringing mom to Lombard Place. Yours can too.

They were great, my mom never relaxed into the facility. The staff tried very hard to make her comfortable, but she was just as determined to show how much she didn't want to be there. They were awesome. She was a pill, and they tried soooooo hard. I very much appreciate how hard they tried and never got discouraged by my mothers stubbornness. Very nice. I would have been happy living there.

I will give Lincoln Meadows a 5 in each category. We are very pleased with the care provided to our Mom at this facility.

My experience here at Los Palmas is very pleasant! The staff is very helpful and tends to your very needs. When you enter this establishment, it's very clean and meticulously manicured! I would call this a home away from home!

Great communication from individuals and sit down meeting with teams. Gentle, transparent discussions with skilled nursing and therapy teams. Works together with the family to manage family member. Calm, interactive, caring, honest, transparent and respectful.

There's a gym in the building. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy are available in the building upon appointment and doctor & insurance approvals. All staff are friendly and helpful.

I would give everything a 5 with a comment that sometimes the supper portions are very small and some of the residents in memory care are good eaters and are still hungry. But all in all. Food is good , if u don't like the entrees there are standard things I can order ( hamburger, hotdog, chicken , salad ). Facility is always clean. And the individual rooms get cleaned once a week they clean the shower floor bathroom, etc. The staffing takes care of the residents are always attentive, pleasant and willing to answer questions if a family member has one . If they are short staffed they call in somebody from the assistant Living to help out. Not very often are they short staffed the caregivers are very dedicated . The nurses are always around to make sure they are available when or if has issues arise, and there is a manager of memory care who has her office in the memory care facility so she is always available. I am very happy with the facility and dread when my money runs out.

From the front desk to the maintenance staff to sales, we have had such a great experience! The facility is clean, well-organized and you can tell the residents genuinely enjoy living here. The food is great, they staff is attentive and the amenities are above average. I can't recommend Las Palomas enough!

Everyone is very attentive and helpfull with [name removed]. We are thankful for the watchful eyes on her at all times and being aware of her daily activities. We appreciate that she is included in activities as once she can’t read the signs.

This is the 4th facility my relative has lived in during recovery over the past 6 months. I have watched people in all occupations as they go about their jobs and how they react when interrupted or asked for help. The folks at Lombard are unique and make a difference by doing the same things but with infectious smiles and positive attitudes. They all genuinely seem to like where they work and enjoy helping people. In my experience this is a hallmark of a well managed company. The food is great, the environment airy and bright. My relative has made friends with staff and residents in a short period of time and finally feels like this is home.

It's not like walking into a funeral parlor like most places. Everyone knows your name, and their dog's name as well. I love the atmosphere here. It's a community, not a place where you dump your old parents, it's a new life style that has staff to get your loved one on track, It's A plus considering the other options near by.
