Staff and other residents are very nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is pleasant. The food is good. There are plenty of activities to do. Everyone watches out for others and helps you wherever you want to go. It is bright and has a lot of artwork. Residents can decorate their door on the outside and decorate the inside of their apartment with their personal belongings. Recommend it for anyone looking for independent or assisted living ... or memory care.

My husband just moved into Lombard Place and our experience has been wonderful. On a Friday night, his smoke alarm began to chirp and the maintenance staff had gone home for the weekend. First some aids tried replacing the battery but that didn't help. They put in a work order and [name removed] from maintenance came back and replaced the smoke alarm. I was so happy. I was already in the process of packing my husband up to take him home for the weekend but their quick response saved the day. There are so many activities and ways to socialize without being forced to be on a rigid schedule. Everyone is friendly and the staff is always around and great about learning everyone's name. As my husband's caregiver, they are great about keeping in contact with me, while allowing my husband to direct his own care at the same time. That is a fine line to walk and they do it well.

My mother has been very pleased with all the staff she interacted with. The facility is clean and well kept.

Westbrook is the kind of place that everyone wants for their loved ones. After seeing the exceptional care my mother-in-law received from the Memory Care staff and its director in particular, my parents and I agreed that Westbrook was also right them. They liked that the Assisted Living community wasn’t too big and that the facility is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. I found that every WB staff member is genuinely friendly, professional, caring, and empathetic to the unique needs of each resident. The nurses were patient and kind and communicated health concerns with me promptly. The caregivers embraced my folks and many developed warm relationships with them. The maintenance team was responsive and helpful. The activities coordinators worked hard to engage residents in daily activities. My folks lived in Westbrook for 2 years and everyone who works there contributed in making it a true home for them. I highly recommend Westbrook Senior Living.

Memory care unit has had some turnovers on staff but everyone has been very helpful and nice.

I found Westbrook through a friend whose mother is there. She started in assisted living and is now in memory care. When I started looking for a facility that could take care of my mom, who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, I was focusing on memory care units. I found Westbrook to be everything I was looking for in a safe, supportive environment. However, when it came time to move my mom, it was determined that Assisted Living would better serve her at this time. We have been so happy with how things turned out! The facility is beautiful, clean, and mom has a spacious apartment of her own. However, the staff is what makes this place special. They are attentive, kind, and supportive! And Mom is getting more social interaction than she ever got at home. I would, without a doubt, recommend Westbrook as a wonderful facility for anybody's loved one. Frankly, I'd move in there myself if I could.

I can’t say enough about Westbrook Senior center. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with warmth and kindness. The staff is kind and courteous treating each resident with dignity and respect. The facility is clean and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of seniors. There is always something engaging happening. The social committee does an excellent job keeping everybody involved. Family fiesta night was a huge success. If you are looking for a place that combines professional care and a heartwarming atmosphere, I wholeheartedly recommend Westbrook.

What we like the most about the community is the Cleanliness and overall experience. Yes, we would recommend Palos Heights Senior Living to other families based on the experience so far.

The facility is always very clean and orderly. Staff are friendly and get to know the families of the patients very well. They typically communicate any concerns and share important information with the families in a timely manner.

I had such a positive experience with Lombard Place. I would rate it 5 in all categories. The facility just wreaks positivity in my opinion-lots of windows so very light and bright-just like all of the staff. The memory care staff all worked as a team and came across as a close family. My husband was there for two months and was always treated with care and respect. He was content. He liked the food and appreciated the care he received. I never heard any complaints! It's a great place!

My mom had to make a relatively quick transition to an assisted living facility and the staff at Cedar Lake helped in all areas. The feeling of staff being around to help my mom at all times is reassuring. From the administrative staff to all the daily helpers making sure residents are ok and fed. Having nursing staff available at the push of a (pendant) button is also comforting. They also schedule fun activities to keep residents active. Cedar Lake is a warm place for an emotional transition.

I rate them a 5 in all areas! The staff is amazing. The quality of care is outstanding and they KNOW and love their residents. Yes, we would definitely recommend Creve Coeur Assisted Living to other families.

I love Southview. The staff was amazing!! All 5s -- saddest day was when I had to move my mom due to her failing health. The staff was amzazingly kind and friendly -- they even called to check on my mom after we moved to a skilled nursing facility. It felt so good that they remembered her. I really have no negative feedback. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Crestview Senior Living is beautiful and they have so much for the people to do all day long ! Happy hour and a theater for movies and name that tune! So fun there!

We had a wonderful experience during our tour. We were so impressed by everything from the facility, apartments, and staff. They have a wide range of activities and all the residents just seem so happy there. Mom‘s been living there for over a couple months and is thoroughly enjoying herself.

Beautiful placed filled with qualified and caring staff …I feel like my mom is well loved and cared for she seems to be happy with her new home and we stop by often to see her all the others in memory care are amazing and very friendly

Absolutely love everyone working in Memory Care!! And [name removed] is just an amazingly sweet, kind and caring person at the a front desk. Always a smile and a hug if you need one. Just what you want to see when walking in!!
