Absolutely love everyone working in Memory Care!! And [name removed] is just an amazingly sweet, kind and caring person at the a front desk. Always a smile and a hug if you need one. Just what you want to see when walking in!!

This was my first experience placing a loved on in an assisted living environment and Cedar Lake exceeded my expectations. I give them a 5 for all categories. They quickly established a high level of trust caring for my step-dad. All good, caring and well managed! I was very impressed at how well the staff worked together as a team. And, there was always enough staff at the ready to assist when needed. The building, was well maintained, bright, cheery and clean. Clearly, Cedar Lake is a well managed facility, staffed with people who care!

The ladies and guys there are all great and friendly and take great care of the residents.

My loved one has lived here for a few years and I cannot say enough good things about Lombard Place. I can rest assured that she is in great hands and being assisted all hours of the day. I can tell when I see her that everyone is kind and helpful, as she always has a smile on her face. The employees know everyone by name and I couldn't ask for a better place for my grandmother. I would recommend Lombard Place to anyone looking for a great place for themself or their loved ones!

The facility is bright both in lighting but also in energy and personality of the staff. Things appear very cheery. When I visited both the staff and residents were engaging where a lot of other places the residents seemed detached. The staff is almost always smiling and very cheery. There seems to be a lot of activity whenever I am there.

My father required a high level of care and I feel they've been on top of that. Communication is good. He loves it there, he likes the staff and has made a lot of friends with the tenants. He really enjoys the activities. Yes I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience

All of the staff, including nurses, aides, administrative, and dining room staff, are very caring and compassionate people. It is a great facility with excellent care.

So close and convenient to my home was #1. Seemed very clean and new for the most part. Also the price seemed very reasonable. Their overnight staff do seem to be stretched pretty thin.

From the sales staff to the medical staff to the activities staff to the front desk staff everything is done well. The facility is beautiful not too big not too small. The residents are very friendly and look out for each other.

We really liked the small size of the Memory Care unit. Staff was welcoming and helpful throughout the challenging transition of placing my father-in-law in a care facility. Lots of activities and support for the residents.

My 87yo Aunt had fallen and could no longer live alone. As rehab and respite care we're on the clock, we needed a permanent solution on budget and rather fast. A Place for Mom efficiently found us a few locations to check out, and Burr Ridge Senior Living was perfect. They have been accommodating, caring and frankly I could not have asked them for more.

Just moved mom into Westview and we are very happy with our choice. All staff have been very helpful, inviting, kind and warm. Mom was moving in from out of state, and they helped make the transition as smooth as possible. The meals are great, with lots of choices, and a rotation of specials. We are so happy with the space of the apartment, and all the extras like PT, hair salon, outings, etc. Great place to live tucked away off a busy road, we never even realized it was there. It is nice and quiet and backed with trees where we even see deer on occasion. Such a nice place! Thank you so much!

I would give them a 5. They have been very helpful with everything. My sister seems very comfortable. I'm not worried about her safety.

Overall, the facility and the staff are very good. It has been a positive experience.

Even though the staff is excellent, The first month the family needs more help understanding the care rules, the dining room rules, the delay in physical therapy starting, and that the charges for care could change in two weeks not just one month as stated in the handbook. The family needs more hand-holding and to be checked in on weekly would really be a good thing so that questions could be addressed rather than trying to figure out who to contact and how to find them. Also I think [name removed] is excellent.

I’m very happy to have selected Mountain Park for my Family member. I had a great impression on the Tour and it has held true over a month after moving my family member in. The Team and residents are so friendly and welcoming. My family member has been dealing with depression and disconnection and Mountain Park has been perfect for helping him. So many people I want to thank everyone but shoutout to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and so many Staff AND Residents who have been so kind.

Our uncle was only in there three weeks before he passed however, the staff was very nice. [name removed] was amazing and very helpful. The food staff were nice and patient.

The staff and transparency helped us make this tough decision easier. The place is well taken care of with lots of different ways for families to interact. There are a ton of activities that are varied and important to proper care. The staff is kind, attentive, and professional. We toured many places but this one made our very difficult decision more manageable. Thank you

The staff from intake to the care staff are amazing. You instantly feel your family member is well taken care of. The place is always neat and clean. People are always there to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

We are very happy with Lombard Place. Mom has actually gotten better since moving here. She hasn't fallen once since we moved her from her previous facility. She smiles, she calls us, total change in her behavior and attitude. We as a family could not be happier! Everyone from the front desk staff to the caregiver treat our mom like she was their own. She was sick the last 6 months at [community removed]. We moved her and she has been healthy. We had put her on hospice because of how sick she was when we moved her. We can't believe the turn around in her health since we moved her. It has to b the care at Lombard place.
