From the initial meeting with [name removed] (Sales) to talking with [name removed] (Manager), everyone really showed interest in helping Dad get situated and acclimated to his new home. All of the ladies at the front desk are warm, welcoming, and will answer any questions you have. The memory care staff are helpful and great you with a smile. Although Dad doesn't leave the room often, there are lots of activities and visitors to keep everybody as busy and entertained as needed. The menu has a huge variety and some standard options, although I haven't tried the food, Dad seems to like it. I reserved him the large room, which is plenty large enough for his queen bed and nightstand, TV console, loveseat with ottomans and end tables, tall mini fridge, and room for a desk and chair or small table and more if need be. Great size. The facility is clean and nicely decorated, and of the 5 homes I toured, it was a clear frontrunner just on that aspect. Warm and welcoming with good people.

My mom has lived here for almost 10 years. As her needs have increased the staff has been able to add care and cover her needs. The facility is a great size. Small enough that the workers know the residents by name yet big enough that there is something for everyone to do and be as active as they choose to be.

When they're dealing with family members, and there is a recent death. Don't jump in to sign the contract. Allow that person time to come to terms with the death and to understand what it means to be alone. Well, once they come to terms with that, they will be more amenable to moving into a facility where there are other people that they can spend time with.

The thing I noticed that is so different about this place is that they know you they don't just know the people that live there, but they know the people that visit the people that live there and they are genuinely interested in their lives and in your life, they are kind and caring and loving, and it makes all the difference for the people that you love so much living in a senior living place not only do they have plenty to do that. Would interest any person they have a way for them to go places and do things and they have a kind heart all of them.

5 for each. Close to Phoenix but rural. All basic shopping within 5 mins with small traffic. Staff are really attentive. Dining staff are exceptional

Every member of the staff is so kind to mom and dad, and they are easy to reach when we, as the family, have questions! The facility is spotless. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The in-room washer/dryer and the balcony are huge bonuses. The amount and variety of activities is great. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a senior residence.

I love everything about lake travis independent living. The price is high but we'll worth it. I'm use to living in a home. So I made a move and I love it too. I would very highly recommend it

Lots of natural light inside, pleasant colors, friendly staff and tenants, great views, superb location. I would definitely recommend it.

Great social activities. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. My mom does not live there anymore. I had to put her in a memory care facility.

My mother-in-law moved here in April and is thriving. She is picky and critical and loves the food and the people. When it was time to consider moving my mom, we went here and she was very happy with what we saw. Place is very clean and doesn’t feel like a nursing home. She just moved in this week but seems yo like it so far. Staff is very friendly. Even checked on her when they did not see her at lunch.

Moving back to Arizona, it was essential that we find a care facility to provide for the needs of my Mother with Alzheimer’s. As we began our search, Ii didn’t take long for us to decide that Lone Mountain Memory Care was the place for her. The staff is caring and professional with qualified nursing staff on site 24/7. The rooms and facility are beautiful with two outdoor courtyards, daily activities, and delicious food. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my parents! The activities are so enjoyable. The atmosphere at Palos Heights Senior Living is very nice. There are so many amenities that make it a nice place to live. My parents are very happy there.

I recently visited my Mom at this community. Each time I visit, I am pleased to observe and experience the exceptional care provided to each resident. They are treated with dignity, respect, patience, and a smile - whether it is providing medication, serving meals, leading an activity, or talking with a resident and/or family member. All of the activities are very creative, applicable to the season, and engaging. I'm so grateful that my Mom has the opportunity to participate in outings away from the building, as well as enjoy the various individuals that come to the community to provide entertainment, education and fun. The most important factor is that my Mom is happy and loves the staff.

They treat all of the residents,families and staff like family. I would 100% recommend bringing your loved ones here. They are in good hands!

The entire staff at Three Oaks are very kind and caring not only to the residents, but to the family as well. It is very clean and welcoming. The restaurant offers a variety of food with a special every day. The entertainment on Fridays is always lively. Best place for my mom!

Lone Mountain Memory Care is a very very special place. The staff are caring attentive and helpful both to the resident and the family that is struggling with not only the decision to place their loved one there but all the things that come up after the decision is made and the placement is done. Such a hard thing to do in the first place but even harder after it is done. The activities they are involved in with other residents and with the families are above and beyond terrific. All the staff from caregivers nurses and management know every single persons name be it resident or family and make everyone feel at ease. I would love to see a support group established for just the Lone Mountain families. I had so many questions and being new had no idea what to expect until I met one of the other wives. A group would be able to prepare you for the bad days and the good days. Explaining the billing process and how the expenses are done would also be very helpful. Thank You Lone Mountain!
