Las Palomas is a beautiful and wonderful assisted living facility! The process flowed smoothly from the start of the initial inquiry, securing the apartment, my mom's moving in, and is still going well! The apartment is beautiful, and staff - housekeeping to care staff, to administrative staff, to dining staff are so friendly and welcoming! The residents are very kind and welcoming as well! We've eaten with mom several time's and the food is delicious! There's tons of activities every day to choose from including outside of the facility trips for shopping and entertainment. We would choose Las Palomas again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place for a loved one, or themselves!

My Mom has been living at Westerville Senior Living since Aug 2023. She moved in to assisted living and now Memory care. I can't say enough about the employees, The care they give to the residents is exceptional and LOVE they show them. They make mom and other residents feel important. They really care. Not to say we have accounted a problem, and when we did. They took my hand, and we figured it out together. I have never felt unheard. When we placed mom, I have experience in health care. We looked at least 10 places. I walked in and knew she was home.

Overall we think Silver Glen is a great facility and has been perfect for what my mom needs so far (she's been there about a year now) There are two areas where I've rated them lower than I would have at the beginning... it seems that with their new director coming on board last year, they've started making some changes that we're not thrilled about.. For one, in Nov they raised the rent for independent living by more than $[fee removed] a month (mom hadn't even been there a year yet) so now I'm concerned about whether the cost will continue to increase to the point where we wouldn't be able to afford it anymore. Secondly, they are starting to take away some of the perks of Independent living, saying that those are more for assisted living - for example, the residents had to use their call button to check in each morning by 10am, and if they didn't, the front desk would call to check on them

The memory care staff and caregivers are all wonderful! Very friendly, helpful and compassionate. Even the maintenance staff addresses the residents by name and offer friendly hellos and hugs. Nice family feel. The building is clean, the grounds are beautiful and there's a nice, safe outdoor space for memory care residents to enjoy. We toured other local communities and were always drawn back to Westbrook. My mom seems happy and receives great care and attention. We highly recommend Westbrook Senior Living!

They need better food or food choices. Also, more staffing overnight for the residents. The room sizes and amenities offered are good.

Change isn’t always easy, but with new experiences comes the prospect of making more happy memories & forming friendships. Helping me make the decision to move into the Enclave at Round Rock was one of the nicest things my family has ever done for me. With its spacious, clean, modern apartments, friendly neighbors all around you, many of whom brought their dog and cat to live here as well. As an avid, animal lover, pets brighten up the dullest of days & has been shown to lower your blood pressure. If that isn’t enough, it has awesome amenities such several community rooms to get together & play cards, dominoes, or just sit by one of the many fireplaces. There’s a large pool, an onsite gym, PT & for pampering yourself, an onsite beauty salon. They have fun mixers on the beautiful sky deck for barbecue & wine tasting parties. There’s always a fun outing/activity planned so there’s no time to get bored. The heart is the awesome staff that make each day special & treat you like family. A+

To a person the staff at Three Oaks put our mother’s mind and our minds at ease. We cannot imagine finding a better place for her to spend her final year. In particular the wonderful staff displayed flexibility and generosity of spirit as we navigated moving between hospitalizations, rehab centers and back, several times.

I was happy with Westview although I really don't have much experience with nursing homes.

I would give it a five for all seven categories for my mother's experience. Everyone there is friendly and they treat my mother very well. She has a community there and has lots of activities to choose from to keep her mind and body healthy. She also can get excellent physical therapy when she needs it. The food there is excellent as well, and all of the people that worked there are very attentive to her and the others that are there.

Staff has always been helpful when we have had questions. Always appears clean and food is good.

Our experience has been professional and caring. We are extremely happy to have found a wonderful place for our loved one. At the initial tour we felt welcomed and appreciated the transparency of the process of moving in.

I am so thankful to have found the Enclave at Gilbert Senior Living for my mom. [name removed] was great to work with. She took her time to answer all our questions and went above and beyond to find the perfect apartment for mom. Everyone we have worked with has been wonderful. We are excited that they have physical therapy and occupational therapy right there on site. The variety of activities is impressive. The staff learns the names of the residents and takes the time to get to know them. Mom is treated like family. It's a beautiful place and I now can be confident that she is safe and well cared for.

Wonderful experience in every aspect of the entire Enclave faculty and staff, it all started with [name removed] she is just to welcoming and friendly. She was never pushy, and had all the answers we needed and was very patient . Everyone is extremely friendly, and so willing to assist in every need. The food has been amazing and such excellent quality, because we have heard some horror stories of other faculties. My father's experience since Sept has been A+, and we would definitely recommend The Enclave at Gilbert. Definitely ask for [name removed].

We are continually amazed by the high quality of care; friendly, knowledgeable and kind staff; as well as good food at High Pointe. It is an immaculate, classy and beautiful place that feels like a high-end apartment building, versus a "care facility." Can't recommend highly enough! My mother in-law resisted moving from living independently to assisted living - but now that she's settled in, she raves about High Pointe. Thank you.

The Enclave is similar to living in a resort and the perfect place for those looking for luxury and activity. The staff and residents are all so friendly. The care that is put into making the residents smile is evident in the food, activities, communication, and smiles. From independent living to memory care, this is the place to be.

From our first visit to Mountain Park the staff and residents have been wonderful to my mother and myself. The staff was quick to know my moms name even before she officially moved in and they frequently greet me by name when I arrive. My mom loves sharing photos from her past with the staff and they always have time for her to share some memories. It is clear to me that my mom enjoys the staff as I see her light up when she sees certain individuals and has been quick to get up in the dining room to give a hug to her favorite servers. There is always an element of a leap of faith in choosing a place for ones parent to live, but all of my experiences have involved the friendly and welcoming feeling of this home. Every time I discuss Mountain Park with members of the community, it's always noted that it's a great place, or people have heard great things about it. I feel good about my choice, and I frequently enjoy visiting my mom and having a cup of their coffee in the bistro.

My experience was made so much easier with the compassionate and helpful staff during our time of difficulty and transition! Responses are quick and informative. They’ve helped guide us thru the various steps required. I’m thankful we made the right choice placing my Dad in Palos Verdes Senior Living!

My mom moved into independent living in the late summer. She was immediately set up with buddies who accompanied her to lunch and dinner. The staff has been very friendly and encouraged my mom to engage in different activities. This friendly and welcoming atmosphere, as well as the newly renovated facility and good food has made my mom very happy with her decision to move to Green Oaks Senior Living. As a family we have no complaints, the facility is always clean and staff are readily available if we ever have questions or my mom has needed anything.

Cedar Lake was the first of a little over 10 places I toured for a memory care option for my mom. What impressed me first, was that as I toured Joanne knew all of the residents by name. Second, all areas were very bright and cheery. Every staff member was truly engaged with the residents with smiles on their faces. This translated to seeing happy residents who were smiling and engaged in the activities of the day. This was every time I toured, not just a single observation. That is the reason I chose Cedar Lake after an extensive search. The care my mother is receiving is exceptional and cheery. I would recommend checking out Cedar Lake for your loved one who may need care.
