Too much turnover in staff. Difficult to reach managing staff. Clean and new throughout. Day to day staff is very friendly. Management is slow to respond. Too much turnover to have a higher score. Mismanagement of a bad situation with another tenant. Sloping downward as activity director left a couple of months ago and has not been replaced.

The main issue was that skilled nursing was not available on a regular basis. When my dad had fallen and gone to the hospital. I learned from the hospital, that the facility thought my dad needed rehab before returning to the facility. I did not like that the facility did not communicate this with me themselves and that rehab was not available there at the facility. They had told me that rehab was available when I registered him for care.

Follow up to make sure that things are true! For example, I was told a facility bus takes the residents to and from doctors appointments and that is not true. I was also told that a resident could enter at a skill level of 0, which is also untrue. The food is not appealing and the food groups are not always there, i.e. vegetables. There doesn't appear to be a set day for housekeeping and showering, it is just "whenever" the staff has time. Additionally, there is a fee both for carry out and delivery of meals. The delivery fee is double the cost of the carry out fee.

Our family had an in person tour with Hilliard Assisted Living and it was actually my stepfathers favorite, however it scared us off with the failing of them getting back to us in a timely manner.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Enclave at Chandler Senior Living. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff was good. However, they don't have enough staff in the Memory Care unit. My loved one fell often. Falls happen, they told me. No, I would not recommend The Enclave at Chandler Senior Living for Memory Care.

Our family had an in person tour with experience Hilliard Assisted Living and it was just not going to be the place for our loved one. It had 2 floors and we had to provide furniture (I believe).

I toured with The Enclave at Cedar Park and this was when COVID at the time was a bigger problem. Enclave didn't even know if they tested their staff. They would have gotten a 4 for the tour, but the lack of covid policy is what drew us away at the time.

My husband and I moved in less than a year ago. We fell in love with the community and the amazing staff. Unfortunately there has been significant turnover with the directors and short staffing on amenities offered for housekeeping and maintenance. The people who made this community great are no longer with the company and I’m afraid we may not want to stay much longer. The staff that is left have been rude and unhelpful, and as residents we don’t feel like our voices are being heard.

When it comes to the meals and dining services we have no opinion but the contract says the guest can purchase food but covid has changed that). The staff has always been nice, one particular caregiver works very hard. Others have been seen sitting on their smartphones. If they are on break, they need to go to break room. That's not a good look.

They were very friendly and my grandma loved the activities, but they were constantly running out of food, so my grandparents werent getting the food they paid for, and they wouldn't let us not do the meal plan and just buy groceries. My grandpa also developed dementia while there and they allowed him to get into dangerous situations, including when he wandered 5 blocks away in the middle of the night. We ended up moving my grandparents out after 5 months.

We opted against it because it was older and not as good a location for my mom and clearly lacked help. The food pick up and take back to room was a deal breaker. Liked the facility and the people a lot. The set up was not as nice as other places.

They are a nice facility and the best we felt however they had a lot of turnover during the time of us for no contracts etc which was very frustrating and even hard to sign an agreement. We got through. Staff super nice but lower so time to get took a little longer than like...overall it's fine..

Beautiful community with wonderful amenities. I was concerned with some of the answers to my important questions.

I toured this community. Initially, we liked it. But I had heard feedback from a few others about staffing issues. I also had trouble with getting a callback from them with questions we had. We decided to go with another community.

The tour was very good. But I was disappointed in our experience after the tour. They said they would accept my loved one to assisted living and we put a deposit down. Then after assessing, they said my loved one needed memory care. That was not the case as my loved one was fully functional, they just could not be alone all the time. It took us quite a while to get our money back.

It was a nice and newer facility. The apartments were smaller. They did not offer too many activities. It felt sterile and cold, and was not really a good fit for my loved one.

We had two really big issues right when our loved ones was moving in with the director that left just a really bad taste in our mouth. We felt they lied right to our face when it comes to our loved one medication being lost. We felt she is not very accommodating. The day to day staff are great. Our loved one does not always participate in the activities and we aren't sure if its by her doing or because since they are somewhat understaffed they do not have enough people going around reminding the residents what is going on.

Good community for those who need minimal assistance, and they didn't have a lot of male residents here.

I have problems with the upper people their poor communication on their part. They would take a long time to call me and sometimes that call never came.

We toured with Hilliard and it is a very nice facility. There were just some cons that we came upon that we knew this was not going to be the right fit. One of them being that they do not take the medicaid waiver after 2 years. They were also still under strict covid protocols so we were only allowed to meet with the gal in her room.
