The place has a WOW factor when you walk in the door. Food is good and I love the fireplaces throughout the common areas.

My tour of the Palos Verdes Senior Living went very well, the place was very nice and the people were all very friendly and knowable. The reason we went with another community was because the apartments in this place were pretty small. Other than that it was a top choice for us.

I was very impressed with my tour of this community. This is a lovely community, and it was one of my top picks for my mother. The staff was very friendly and gracious. The community looked very well-kept, everything I saw was neat and tidy. Budget was an important factor when considering where to move my mother too. We found a community that fit the budget better, but this is a very nice community with friendly people.

The staff at this community were great when my parents moved in. They were nice and asked if there was anything they could help us with. The residents seem active and friendly. They do not seem to enjoy all the meals. They do have some activities as well as special performances. The community is clean and I would recommend it. They have staff on site that can help with medications and other things.

Urgent placement needed for the last spot in this location; if our urgency was used to sell this last space while we were in court I would be very disappointed. Great strategy & I could understand them doing it. Was our 1st choice. Impeccably clean; well decorated; many happy people & activities.

Since we moved in it is fine for us. Our apartment gets cleaned often and they wash our towels and linen. The food is okay, it is served cold at times. The Sunday brunch has be repetitious. They had an event in the dining room and both times the speaker was unable to be heard because the microphone was locked up. We have had a change in management and she tells us it will take time. I see they have activities like Wii bowling and had a tour at the park for an outing. From what I hear some people are not satisfied and when a request is made and answer is told but no changes.

My Father is doing well at this community. It is a good fit for him and his needs. They are caring for him well. I like the staff they are kind and always willing to help. It has been a great experience.

I have been very pleased with the overall community, the staff are very friendly and are very good about being attentive to my mothers needs. They have had good communication with me about my mothers progress and have kept me informed with any updates or changes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking into an assisted living for there loved one.

This was one of my top picks for my mother and her needs. My tour of this community went very well. The community looked great. Everyone was very kind and friendly. My issue was that this is a larger community, and I didn't want my mother to get lose in the mix of everything. It was a great experience, but we found a community that suited our needs better.

The staff at this community seemed highly trained. The community seemed clean. It was a bit larger than what we were looking for. They did offer activities such as playing bridge and other card games.

It was a good visit to see what they provide. I had a good tour with the person who showed me around. I saw nothing wrong with the place, the staff were giving good care. We did not need an assisted living facility.

The Southview Assisted Living & Memory Care has wonderful staff. We went here twice, once for the tour and again to check for openings, and they were always very kind and attentive. The place was very clean and well maintained during both visits. The rooms were small. The studio size room was the size of a dorm room.

The tour was nice that we took. The person that took us around was very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions. We saw residents out. Everything went well.

The Lombard Place Assisted Living and Memory Care was a nice well-maintained community. The tour guide was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They did not offer me the meals during my tour. Overall it was a nice place.

The staff was very kind to my loved one and I during our tour and made sure to answer any questions my loved one and I had for them. The building was very nice and had lots of fancy amenities. It was just a little upscale for my aunt, I did not thing she would feel at home or comfortable in this kind of luxury environment.

I am happy with the care that my parents are getting here. The staff is great and caring. They are really liking the activities that are offered. I highly recommend the care that my parents are receiving and would recommend other families to consider this for a loved one.
