My loved one communicates very well with the staff. The staff are nice and friendly. I haven't heard any complaints about the meals. The portions seem to be good and the meals healthy. There are many great activities provided, but they haven't been engaging in them. My loved one is in a safe place with caring staff.

Our tour of this community was decent one. I thought the community was a little to formal for my sister and her taste. It didn't really have a comfortable atmosphere. It is a beautiful community, very nice looking. The staff was kind and friendly. It was a pleasant tour and experience.

All right, I had to find somewhere for my mother to live where she would like to live, feel safe, comfortable, valued and would still meet her and our exacting standards. We looked at several fine places here in the valley. Several had most of those standards, but only one had them all. Brenda [Removed] and Kevin [Removed] of Mountain Park Senior Living in the Ahwatukee neighborhood of Phoenix, AZ were enthusiastic, proud of their establishment and confident in their staff. They were always gracious and friendly as they introduced us to staff and residents as well. The residents were so happy to talk with me and my mother. We never felt rushed, nor did our conversations ever feel rehearsed or forced. They gave a great tour and in fact several tours as other family members wanted to see for themselves all that we gushed over. After all, could a place really be as wonderful as we insisted it was? The hardest part of the whole experience is waiting for the moving day. I really can’t give this wonderful establishment enough kudos or heartfelt words, but suffice it to say that you can not possibly find a better community to entrust the well-being and happiness of your family member.

This is a nice community to tour. Everybody was kind and friendly. The community appeared to be well-kept, from what I saw it looked nice and clean. The staff was nice and informative, my questions were answered. It was a good tour, but it just wasn't the place for my mother.

My mom is doing okay here and she is getting very good care by the staff. I have been there every night to be there for my mom. I like the caregivers who are nice people but I feel they can be better and more attentive to the residents. The food also need some improvements. At times the meat can be hard to chew.

I saw how the staff handled a minor altercation between residents in the memory care area and it was very well done. Liked the decor and building design but maybe a few too many rules for my mother's happiness.

I enjoyed my tour of this community, everything looked great. They offered us a meal, and the food was good. The lady that showed us around was very kind and informative. There are nice activities offered as well. This is a lovely community with friendly people.

I moved my Dad there in July 2015. He did not want to move into a Assisted Living but he needed more help then I could give him alone. After going there and meeting some of the people a few times and seeing the grounds and everything they offer He warmed up to the Idea a little. July 2016 one year later. He loves it. He has made so many friends and staff has all been very nice to both of us. They help find little things for him to do to keep busy and He loves it. If you are willing to do the activities they have a number of things going on everyday. The activity department is very friendly and always looking for new things to do. I was able to set it up so my dad gets a hair cut every month even if he don't remember to make a appointment. With my dad living there and getting the help they offer and supply has made a huge difference. I can now focus on him and our time together not all the things he needs help with. I would have given it 5 stars but My dad don't like chicken,turkey or fish so when it comes to food choices he is very limited i wish that was different.

My parents are liking this place and they find that it looks nice. There are activities available for mom to enjoy. The community is well maintained and kept clean. The food tastes good to my parents. I would recommend the community to others.

This is a very nice community. It is pretty new so everything looks very nice and clean. The staff was very kind and friendly. They offered us a meal, and the food was great. It has a very homey atmosphere to it. Our issues were with the grounds, they were very little. The outside of the community was very basic, my mother loves a beautiful scenery. So this place just wouldn't had worked out for us.

My family has been very pleased since moving my mom into Lombard Place. She is in Memory Care, and has a very nice, clean room that she is very comfortable in. I am very happy with the staff, who seem to be kind, caring people that have my mother's best interests and health as their priority. I see them work with the other residents, and they are patient and considerate of their needs. I have been present to see a few activities as well, and they seem appropriate for the residents in Memory Care. Overall, I think this was a good decision for my family to place my Mother at Lombard Place. She is happy and well-taken care of there.

very good meeting with Dale [Removed] and she was very upfront of what the prices could run and interested in my need for wife's memory care. did not see much of the place but what I saw it was top notch. Just out of my price range

My parents are doing well here and I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. The community is very well-kept, they do a good job with keeping their room and the facility nice and neat. The staff is great, they have been good to work with. My parents have tried a few activities. They serve good means, my parents like the food. I know they are safe and in good hands. I would recommend this community.

I took a tour of this community but since it was full I was unable to see a room. I did get to look around and the community did look clean, all the amenities were available except for the smoking area. I did notice it was far away from the building and more close to the trash area. The staff were caring and organized and the residents were very nice. There was a waiting list at the time of my tour.

This was a nice community and I was pleased with my tour. The community looked great and everything was nice and clean. This community was to far for us. Other then that I was impressed with this community. Everyone was very nice and friendly. There are nice activities offered. This is a very big community, and the hallways were very nicely decorated. I recommend for anyone to go take a tour.

Overall our experience with Creve Coeur Assisted Living has been a good one. We are satisfied with the care and service they provide.

I am very happy with both the facility and the staff. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Staff takes good care of my family member and has been very helpful in keeping me informed and assisting with her care. My relative originally moved in to Assisted Living and has now transitioned into Memory Care. Staff was extremely helpful during this period. I would recommend Cedar Lake to anyone interested in this type of facility.

Both parents are current residents of Three Oaks and since we have started this process it has been great! The staff have all been very pleasant and accommodating. They really seem to care about their residents and any complaint my parents have made have been addressed in a timely manner. Both of my parents really enjoy the food and the activities which have really helped stimulate my Mom. She looks healthier since moving in which really warms my heart ! I am very happy with the results so far and are very excited for the improvement yet to come!

My name is Barbara and I have lived at Shawnee Hills for over 4 and 1/2 years. Before I moved here I lived in a nice little apartment with lots of windows but for some reason got almost no sunlight. My brother and sister-in-law called it "the cave" and suggested I move into a senior community. That was the last thing I wanted to do but they pushed and pushed. Thank goodness they did! I love it here. I live on the third floor, have a nice view, a nice breeze, and lots of sunshine. The people who live here are all so nice and we are all at about the same stage in our lives. I have made some great friends and there is always something for us to do (if we so desire). There are games, card games, art classes, craft classes, trips to many interesting places, etc. The people who work here are special people. When I lost my son about six months ago, they were all right there for me. They were my family. I am so lucky to be here at this point in my life. I am happy! I would give this 5 stars except for the small problem in the dining room. There is a shortage of servers right now but they are addressing the problem and soon will have it solved.

We waited a while before moving my mother to a community because we wanted to find the right fit for her.My mother really likes it here and loves the staff. She enjoys the staff because they treat her very sweet and they are always willing to help. The food is great and they offer good activities at the community center. This is really an excellent community and I would recommend it.
