Our family had an in person tour and we thought Green Oaks was lovely and would have worked out but it was to expensive and our loved ones were not able to stay together on the Alzheimer's wing but they did show us some different rooms right across from each other which we appreciated. Also it was just to expensive for us.

Westview at Ellisville is not as pretty and new as a few of the other places that we saw. They did give us a great tour though. For us, we were not the biggest fans of the way memory care was set up. We did see a supervised activity going on while on the tour so that was great to see.

I would definitely recommend it. The residents are very friendly and everyone is very happy. My father really likes it! Only complaint is the dinner staff has had some problems

I toured this facility and it was nice. It was clean, the staff were all friendly. We considered them as an option. The outdoor area for the residents did seem a bit limited and small. But overall, we liked it and did consider it.

It is a beautiful facility with nice amenities. The staff is friendly, in a nice quiet location.

The staff is amazing, and very accommodating. My father feels safe and settled in his new home.

We love Palos Heights Senior Living. Right from the start, we were very appreciative of the family-like atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. The environment is very well suited for my 92 year old father. The unit has just the right number of residents which is conducive to the individualized needs that each resident might have. This also helps to keep the unit relaxed and calm. Also, the staff seems happy. They're always there to greet us when we visit, and invite us to participate in their activities. We greatly appreciate the staff, especially with helping us with my father's transition into his new home. They're very knowledgeable and are always willing to help us along the way. My father speaks very highly of his care and he seems very happy.

The community is a really nice place. The community is clean. The staff all seem friendly. Residents receive 3 meals a day.

I just moved in 2 weeks ago. So far, the people are welcoming. I am learning my way around the area. The staff are cheerful and accommodating, its very clean. It appears to have great activities. I am sure I will be quite happy here.

I am so glad I chose to live at Palos Verdes Senior Living. The staff is always ready to help and the residents of this community are always welcoming and friendly to each other and visitors.

There seems to be some staffing issues like everywhere. Not enough people for the dining room. They told us that the dining room would be open all day but they had to change to 2 hour windows for each meal. The waits are long to order and get service.

They are having some personnel issues within management and they have staffing shortages just like everyone else, it is nothing too severe though. Overall it has been a positive experience and we would recommend Palos Heights Senior Living to others.

Silver Glen is a brand new facility and it is extremely nice. I would have loved to move my mom here but unfortunately they do not take Medicaid, so we eventually would have had to move her again. The tour was great though and the sales director was very friendly.

They really need some work on communication. Pretty consistently, we got one story from one person, and another person told us something different. And then another person told us something completely different form that. So it was very difficult to get an understanding of what was going on and what their policies were. When I came to them with concerns, they acknowledged them but then didn't do anything about them. One of the main reasons we went there was the size of the units and the fact that they have washers and dryers in the unit. The place is very nice. But we were supposed to get a handbook, which we never got. Wwe were unaware of their visiting restrictions (8 am- 8pm), which were not communicated to us before we moved in. They did not communicate their very strict Covid restrictions, which made the transition for my loved one very difficult. I was disappointed that they had no plan to make the Covid vaccine available to residents and employees. And all around, their communication was very poor.

I toured this community and it was really pretty. Very nice and new. I didn't quite get the 'at home' feeling here. I also didn't see a single resident out and about while touring, which I thought was kind of strange. Ultimately, I felt like it was too big for my loved one and would be easy for her to feel lost here.

I think The Enclave at Cedar Park is overpriced. I didn't like that every month you had to guess how much you would be charged. Any time a change in care was made, we were charged additional. It was a good place overall. But I found a better fit for my loved ones elsewhere.

I toured this community and it was good. It was clean, friendly staff, lots of newer amenities. Just wasn't what we were looking for.

I toured Lombard Place Assisted Living & Memory Care, and I liked it. I don't remember anything specifically that made me not choose this community. It just wasn't a good fit.

We picked this community because, it was nicer,cleaner, and friendlier.

I did a virtual tour. It was nice but didn't have meals included in the price.
