Sr staff very good lot of turnover in other positions but hire nice people overall. Other tenants very friendly overall happy with green oaks.

The facility itself is great. Speak up with nurses and assistants if you would like something just because the amount of people they deal with and the turnover.

. The experience at The Oaks was "A+" all the way around, could not have chosen a nicer facility. Unfortunately, my father passed away last September. We did his hospice there as well. Cannot thank the staff enough for their care in his final days. Everyone that we encountered was so nice and great to my father. He was very well taken care of.

I would recommend the facility. The staff and administrators are friendly and approachable. I believe they genuinely care about the tenants. We chose Peakview for its fresh, new appearance, the outstanding food we ate at a guest luncheon, and the bright, light quality of my father's apartment. Our biggest priority was the proximity to my sister's home--five minute drive. Another very important factor was that Peakview had a nurse 24/7 on each of its two floors. Unfortunately, the chef that cooked our wonderful meal was gone by the time we moved in. The meals are now hit and miss and my father would say, "occasionally awful."

It's a great option, and friendly. We picked this community for the overall value.We find the food specials lacking but they have some good alternatives. I would recommend.

All the staff are very nice and helpful. My mom struggled with a new health problem and staff was observant and concerned, they could recognize a change and care takers got the nurse involved. This feedback is for an Assisted Living resident. Housekeeping and laundry schedules are assigned days and staff stay on schedule. There is not a big menu, but the choices are sufficient. The bistro has been closed since the pandemic, so snacks are not included- there are no snacks available. I'm the POA and they don't communicate in advance of care, e.g house dr gives meds that get ordered and then I'm told. They don't call me during the Dr visit. Move in process was smooth and they were accommodating. Definitely educate newcomers to understand the care plans because Assisted Living charges an additional $500/month as a supervision fee (required and added to monthly rent) everything is extra, e.g. toiletry is an extra $500/month, escort to and from dining room and activities is an extra $500, etc. managing meds is a minimum $500/month plus meds and plus $400 extra/month up to 2 insulin shots per day. All senior living communities garage for a care plan, be sure you know what that means. My recommendation is that "all" staff, especially those going into the rooms, need name tags. Do a better job acclimating new residents. I would recommend the facility.

Walking into the facility, provides a great, friendly, clean vibe. That vibe holds true even four months in. However, as every facility is experiencing right now, the facility is shortstaffed. Therefore, schedule days for laundry, housecleaning, or bathing (if this level of care is being paid for) can often be altered without the resident being aware. My recommendation would be for facility to communicate better when changes are happening to avoid waiting all day. There is a laundry unit in the apartment, but if you are relying on the facility (great perk!) to do your laundry, especially your bedding, it should be a priority for the facility to make sure they have incorporated it into the new schedule as this is part of the program. Once you bring your concerns to the attention of the associated staff member, they are very accommodating to make sure they communicate things moving forward and are also willing to meet with you and listen, which is a great. Compared to other facilities that we have visited or read reviews on, this feedback is not nearly something to worry about especially when there are additional perks like a significant amount of activities, friendly residents and staff. I will say, though, the dining hours are quite early. Waking up significantly early to have breakfast and having dinner significantly early as well, is a hard adjustment when you're used to sleeping in a bit or relaxing in the morning, and wanting to eat a little bit later in the evening. However, having a kitchenette and your room does help. It's also wonderful a nurse is available to the residence as well.

The meals are good. The facility is clean. I'm still waiting on a call back from the DON regarding missing medication for my mom. The staff are wonderful for the most part, but problem resolution is hit or miss.

The restaurant that is on site was fabulous about special requests. For example, they offered to cut my mom's food into smaller pieces ahead of it being served at the table with our family's meals. The staff was always kind with our family and most importantly, my mom. They were a bit short staffed sometimes.

I like everything about Southview, but I don't live there. I'm there at least 4 times a week to visit my friend. She complains about the staff that dispenses her medication. I'm not sure if the criticisms are warranted. It seems to me that the residents are comfortable. Those that I engage with seem happy. So, I don't feel qualified to give specific evaluations, but I'll tell you this: when I need Assisted Living, I'll apply to Southview.

Staff is generally very friendly. There have been issues with the billing staff charging late fees when the payment is on autopay and the people in billing actually made my loved one cry when she talked to them about it. No problems with staff other than that. The move in process was great and [name removed] was very helpful in getting the apartment set up. Housekeeping I acceptable. Food is generally pretty good. Suggestions for improvement are to make transportation to doctors more available, add additional activities, get their billing straight and do a better job with maintenance in the laundry rooms. I would recommend this facility to others. Overall, we're generally pretty happy.

I would recommend. Right after moving in - I had issues with staff behavior - it was addressed no other issues since. My mother is in memory care - the unit is locked. Sometimes there is a wait to get in and out of the unit. Cleanliness - the common areas are clean. Her room is cleaned a couple times a week. I often find stool on her toilet, stool on her chair, urine around the toilet. Her room smells and garbage bags are not consistently in the cans. I usually spend the first part of my weekly visit wiping down her room with Bleach wipes, cleaning the bathroom and reorganizing her closet. She is clean and well taken care of. I wish they would wipe things down when visibly dirty - this would help with the odor and overall cleanliness of her personal space.

The Enclave is a positive atmosphere for the older community with activities to keep them engaged and thriving. We picked this community because of location, and the warm, uplifting feeling we got when we visited. Residents are up and about moving around and staying active.

I definitely would recommend this place. Staff is always available. Food is very good. Very well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very nice.

It's a nice place. Had a warm feel to it. My Mom felt comfortable there. It wasn't too fancy and felt welcoming. That and the cost.

Most of the people that are living there as well as working there seem to be happy. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend The Enclave at Chandler Senior Living community to other families.

What our family likes the most about the Park Meadows Senior Living community is the staff. The staff team is very kind and conscientious employees. They were all outstanding during our experience!

The staff and caregivers are very responsive to my mom's needs. My sister's and I appreciate the attention and help that is given. I would prefer to pay online and do not understand why the organization requires my information and refuses to give me the routing number and account number for direct deposit. Also a 100 Page Plus contract is a little ridiculous.

we were pleased with all of the staff. They were friendly, professional and accommodating to my dad, treating his with respect and caring. Our 2 biggest complaints: 1. Getting him there. And by that I mean, your company should come up with a to do list for families that you hand to them when they are interested in the facility and this would include things that they need to have done prior to him being at the facility. I understand it is a Kansas state law that patients have to have a TB test prior to entry into any facility, there were no offerings of doing that for the patient and having to take a 95-year-old man that is immobile to an offsite to have TB testing and obtain the order for it was incredibly difficult and frustrating for our family. Having the nurse that's at your facility intimately involved in that process would've been extremely helpful. Additionally, setting up medication for my father was very difficult and very confusing. The entry process needs to be looked at and made simpler to navigate for families. I am a registered nurse and understand medical facilities and medical planning and complex care coordination the process of getting my dad into your facility was very difficult and I had to repeatedly call an email to get correct answers. 2. Mom was very unhappy with the meals and meal times the staff and the dining room was not helpful at all and at sometimes rude. Things we did like about the facility, where the rooms were very nice, very clean, bright, and there were a lot of places that you could take my dad away from his room to get him out and about. We were overall satisfied with your facility. So we would recommend it to other families. However, I would emphasize that the admission process needs to be looked at by your administration and simplified for families.

Overall, the staff is great, helpful and caring. They've kept me informed of any issues. I was a little disappointed in the slowness to get my loved one involved. The place is extremely clean! There's so much to do for residents! I do wish they would make more than one trip a month to Walmart and Target! The only real disappointment or concern was their lack of making an adjustment to monthly charges for meals when my loved one was hospitalized for over 6 weeks. It wasn't her own doing like a trip or vacation, but health related.
