Spectrum Retirement

Prior to Peakview, my dad was at [removed] in their skilled nursing facility. [removed] was a horrendous experience on all levels. The staff at Peakview genuinely cared about my father, and most everyone from the front desk to the dining room to the Q Pacs and aides seemed happy to be at work. There was a lot of turnover and management which was somewhat problematic. There were a couple of new aides that weren't sure how to transfer, etc., but that was rectified fairly quickly. If my mother ever needs assisted living care, I would go through Peakview again.

My family and loved one have had a good experience at Creve Coeur Assisted Living. They were the right place at the right time for our family. The staff is kind and supportive. Everyone is friendly. We would suggest the family be ready to make a difficult decision as your loved one progress on their journey. Overall, we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I would tell other families looking into Palmilla Senior Living that it is new and very clean. The food is good, and the staff are courteous and caring. Like everywhere these days, they do seem to be slightly understaffed. Especially in serving their Assisted Living sector. I would definitely recommend Palmilla.

My loved one is a resident at Rigden Farm Senior Living and things have been very good for her so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Silvery Glen Senior Living has been a great place for my mom. We chose this facility because it is close to both my sister and I, it is a very clean place, and they offer restaurant style dining in 2 dining rooms.

Our family had an in person tour with Westerville Senior Living and they were really nice tour experience but for our loved one, they were all more active and all included independent living. There was a memory care unit but it was usually small part of the total community, so it appeared to have less focus.

I toured with Three Oaks Assisted Living and it was too far for me and also the facility itself was too large, but it is a nice place! My loved one is disabled, so the size just would have been too hard for her to navigate, but it really was a great facility.

It was a really great tour experience. They did a great job. It was out of the area, and the location was a little further. The decor was new. They seemed to have more people.

The staff are wonderful with mom. However, she cannot eat in the dining room because foods are highly spiced, and she is very sensitive.

The food quality is good. The value for the money is fine, but there has been issues with billing. They are doing their best, to work with me. We picked this community, because of the staff, who is very friendly and accomodating. It's clean, and often I walk in and smell fresh baked cookies. It is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend to other families.

Just like everyone else they are struggling with staffing, but the staff that are there and who worked with our loved one were very good people. Our loved one really enjoyed the meals and even though she did not participate in the activities there were always different things going on. What really sold us was the size of the room - our loved one had a full on huge apartment with a really nice balcony and it was the same price as the apartments in the other facilities but those were much smaller. Given the chance we would recommend The Enclave at Round Rock to other families based on the experience we had with them.

I toured this community and it was ok. I didn't like the rooms as much. It's an older facility, but cleanliness was pretty good. I had lunch during my tour and the food wasn't great.

I would recommend Crestview to other families. They created an atmosphere of welcoming for my mom and our family. It's such a warm and welcoming environment. They really wanted to get to know who you are and what you want to be successful.

Mom is very pleased with The Homestead. She's very happy with the staff. She's very happy with the activities. The apartment is very nice. It has just enough space that she can get everything she wants in it, and because of that, it has that homey feeling that's very important to her. It is more expensive than other places in the area, but she would recommend it to other people.

Based on my first impression of Westerville Senior Living is that I thought it was beautiful, I really like the design of the interior as well as the layout and I really like that it is not over the top. The staff members here are very friendly. I have not done many of the activities but from what I have done I really do enjoy them. So far the meals are not the best.

They are doing okay.

When we first signed up we could see the calendar and it seemed to be loaded with different things. Our loved one is feeling much better with the meals being served - the food seems really nice and health. Overall based on our experience we would recommend the Palmilla Senior Living community to other families.

The facility is beautiful. We have had a few issues, with getting my love done one, housekeeping services on schedule and they haven't always done the most thorough job cleaning. Also, the meal times offered are limited- I wish they would extend lunch and dinner even just a half hour later. We picked this community, because It's closest to my home, and overall we liked the facility more than the others we saw.

All in all pretty good but no place is perfect. They have a few rough looking and acting people on the night shift. They have a very friendly staff. They could communicate a little better.

This community was too expensive for us.
