It's a nice place. Had a warm feel to it. My Mom felt comfortable there. It wasn't too fancy and felt welcoming. That and the cost.

Most of the people that are living there as well as working there seem to be happy. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend The Enclave at Chandler Senior Living community to other families.

What our family likes the most about the Park Meadows Senior Living community is the staff. The staff team is very kind and conscientious employees. They were all outstanding during our experience!

The staff and caregivers are very responsive to my mom's needs. My sister's and I appreciate the attention and help that is given. I would prefer to pay online and do not understand why the organization requires my information and refuses to give me the routing number and account number for direct deposit. Also a 100 Page Plus contract is a little ridiculous.

we were pleased with all of the staff. They were friendly, professional and accommodating to my dad, treating his with respect and caring. Our 2 biggest complaints: 1. Getting him there. And by that I mean, your company should come up with a to do list for families that you hand to them when they are interested in the facility and this would include things that they need to have done prior to him being at the facility. I understand it is a Kansas state law that patients have to have a TB test prior to entry into any facility, there were no offerings of doing that for the patient and having to take a 95-year-old man that is immobile to an offsite to have TB testing and obtain the order for it was incredibly difficult and frustrating for our family. Having the nurse that's at your facility intimately involved in that process would've been extremely helpful. Additionally, setting up medication for my father was very difficult and very confusing. The entry process needs to be looked at and made simpler to navigate for families. I am a registered nurse and understand medical facilities and medical planning and complex care coordination the process of getting my dad into your facility was very difficult and I had to repeatedly call an email to get correct answers. 2. Mom was very unhappy with the meals and meal times the staff and the dining room was not helpful at all and at sometimes rude. Things we did like about the facility, where the rooms were very nice, very clean, bright, and there were a lot of places that you could take my dad away from his room to get him out and about. We were overall satisfied with your facility. So we would recommend it to other families. However, I would emphasize that the admission process needs to be looked at by your administration and simplified for families.

Overall, the staff is great, helpful and caring. They've kept me informed of any issues. I was a little disappointed in the slowness to get my loved one involved. The place is extremely clean! There's so much to do for residents! I do wish they would make more than one trip a month to Walmart and Target! The only real disappointment or concern was their lack of making an adjustment to monthly charges for meals when my loved one was hospitalized for over 6 weeks. It wasn't her own doing like a trip or vacation, but health related.

Nice bright hallways with seating in hallway to rest if needed. Family event every month. Clean facility. Currently working with facility to meet level of care charged for this was lacking the past 2 months my dad was there. My dad is getting bored with their meals. Also the portion is small even when asked for a full portion of fish, given a small tender sized portion.

The Enclave at Chandler Senior Living community is not perfect, but they had a change of staff right in the middle of our process, which was negative, but they came back strong.

My grandma is currently a resident at Creve Coeur Assisted Living and this has been a nice facility for her. They have been great. The staff are all very helpful and very kind to my grandmother. Communication with the family is pretty good. The facility is very clean and is updated, which I appreciate. My only suggestion would be that they need more outdoor area and more outside adventures for the residents that are still mobile. Otherwise, I am very happy!

Meals take way to long to serve. Should have option to opt out of breakfast to reduce cost. The monthly billing has been screwed up since the first month and has yet to be corrected six months later.

My loved one is currently a resident at Lombard Place Assisted Living and Memory Care and his experience at this facility has been very good so far. He is in the Memory Care unit. I looked at several other facilities, but I chose this one due to the location and the overall nice appearance of the facility and the nice people. I visit my loved one daily and I am impressed with how kind and caring the staff is. The food, however, could be better. The bacon is served semi-cooked and in general the food is not attractive or hot. Maybe that expectation is unrealistic of me since the food is mass cooked on another floor. Overall, I do recommend Lombard Place Assisted Living and Memory Care to others!

My Father really liked it and it's 5 minutes away from the nearest family member.It' a cheerful, friendly community. The food is excellent and there's plenty of things to do.

We took a tour of Green Oaks Senior Living during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility was very nice! The atmosphere felt very warm and cozy. Everyone was very friendly. However, the apartments were small and they only offer Independent Living. We were looking for a place that also offers Assisted Living for possible future needs.

Orientation and onboarding wasn't great. Staff very accommodating but had to ask. My mother was moved to memory care shortly after arriving. Not that I disagreed with assessment but seems like they do a bunch of testing people when they have memory care openings. Went from 6 rooms available to none in a very short period of time. Place generally looks nice and clean. The day to day staff at front desk and in memory care helping residents are very nice and seem very supportive of the residents. Meal quality is lacking and in memory care residents are not given the same choices as they are on the independent side. Residents are not asked what they want they must ask for something different which rarely happens. Also not enough supplies of extra spoons or bowls if meal calls for it. There are lots of activities and staff is nice but for memory care very little opportunity to get off campus for residents. Seems like things listed are sometimes cancelled.

The meals and dining service gets 5 +. Mother n Law has Macular. Pretty much 100% blind. They will take her and go with her to assist her at the Dr Office . Dining Room, Staff and Food Is Excellent. They even cut up her meat for her. Overall, Best Choice !!! Just think they are a lil short staffed and at times some things may fall thru the cracks. Like a shower, appt cleaning. Physical and Occupational Therapy is on point .. they really do a nice job.

Found the place myself but you were helpful. It's good, and I would recommend to others.

The food at The Enclave at Round Rock Senior Living is always an issues in group situations. They have had some employee shortages which adds to it.

She really likes the staff and said everyone is really nice, only issues are high turnover rate for staff which has led to slow dining service and slow repair orders. Overall been a very positive experience. She has made friends with a few of the residents and enjoys going to the pool in the evenings.

The staff was very supportive, and worked with me to get hospice care at their facility so I wouldn't have to move her. Like any facility there were good and bad points. No place is perfect. Overall it was worth the money.

I would recommend to others. We picked this community for our loved one because of the room availability and proximity.
