I would tell a friend that it is very nice, they need a buddy system, and it should be high on their list. The sales department did a good job, but after moving in it seemed a little hands off. Not clear who is responsible for questions about things other than activities. On the activities list the church services are not listed. A buddy system would be most beneficial for this establishment. There is no one on either side of my mother-in-law, it seems that she is a little isolated. Meals - it is a little bothersome that they are extra. Mom has probably gained some weight since being there. She eats lunch and dinner there for her price of meals. She has learned to ask for other suggestions. The meal selection at the beginning of her move in was not explained. Guest bathrooms could be cleaned more often. Housekeeping in apartment is going well. Other residents are friendly. It is unclear as to who to go with regarding different issues - TV channels; housekeeping; places that families can have family dinner; families use of outside grill. Would be most helpful if they had mentors or buddies assigned to show the ropes. Mom is finding out as well as we as to how the routine goes. The first weekend Mom was in her unit there was unseasonably warm weather and her air conditioner did not work. I did not discover until Saturday night when she mentioned on the phone how hot it was. I called the front desk to try and get service for her room after being in her apartment and the room temperature was 86. Front desk said they would put in a work order. But would not be addressed until Monday. Stopped at the front desk again on Sunday, the weekend maintenance guy said it is blowing air - it is working. Temperature still at 86 and not cooling down. Again asked the front desk what could be done. It will have to wait until Monday. On Monday the maintenance department was in there and replaced the unit in her bedroom and the apartment started to cool down right away. The unit in the living room had a blanket in it. I did text the sales person on Sunday, but who would have been the correct person to have contacted. Monday the executive director stopped in and apologized, but I was disappointed with the response time. Mom has commented that sometimes what they have listed for a meal they have run out of. And it seems to take 2 to 3 days to get back to the level where all choices are being served The community really needs a buddy to take people to the activities. Mom has not attended any because she has not been out of the apartment enough to know her way around. She only goes to meals. I have encouraged coloring activities and puzzles. The apartment is beautiful. The price seems to be a little high in comparison to several around the same area. Things are getting better, but still not satisfied with knowing who does what.

Mom moved into assisted living at Westbrook. And for 3-4 years it was a good place for her. As her memory faded the easy transition to Memory care was a blessing. The staff and the care she received was very good. At the end my Mother did not recognize me, but she always had a smile for her caregivers.

Our family had an in person tour with Silver Glen Senior Living and it was a nice tour experience but they did not have any openings at the time our loved one needed to move in.

Our family had an in person tour with Westbrook Senior Living, and we really did like the community as well as the tour experience, but for our loved one we felt comfortable at another facility.

My family and loved one had a good experience with West Chester. The community is clean anytime we visit our loved one. The staff are friendly and community is great. The activities are not frequent and the meals are mediocre.

I like all of the activities, but especially enjoy the different word games, book club, and the Saturday morning news. These activities make me use my brain and become involved in some great discussions. It is like we live in a cocoon, they take such good care of us, cleaning our rooms, cooking our meals etc, , that I think it important to keep using my brain.

I would say for the most part we have been pleased. My mom is always clean and wearing clean clothes. Her room is clean and laundry is caught up. We have visited during meals and the food always looks amazing and is healthy. We see lots of fun activities and the staff is good. There have been times we see some of the ladies hugging the residents showing them love and sympathy and making the residents laugh. I have never worried that my mom is safe and being taken care of.

We picked this community because, of the proximity to my work, and availability. Super staff that really cares. Mom gets to do activities, has friends and is happy! It's a great place, with wonderful people.

Prior to Peakview, my dad was at [removed] in their skilled nursing facility. [removed] was a horrendous experience on all levels. The staff at Peakview genuinely cared about my father, and most everyone from the front desk to the dining room to the Q Pacs and aides seemed happy to be at work. There was a lot of turnover and management which was somewhat problematic. There were a couple of new aides that weren't sure how to transfer, etc., but that was rectified fairly quickly. If my mother ever needs assisted living care, I would go through Peakview again.

My family and loved one have had a good experience at Creve Coeur Assisted Living. They were the right place at the right time for our family. The staff is kind and supportive. Everyone is friendly. We would suggest the family be ready to make a difficult decision as your loved one progress on their journey. Overall, we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I would tell other families looking into Palmilla Senior Living that it is new and very clean. The food is good, and the staff are courteous and caring. Like everywhere these days, they do seem to be slightly understaffed. Especially in serving their Assisted Living sector. I would definitely recommend Palmilla.

My loved one is a resident at Rigden Farm Senior Living and things have been very good for her so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Silvery Glen Senior Living has been a great place for my mom. We chose this facility because it is close to both my sister and I, it is a very clean place, and they offer restaurant style dining in 2 dining rooms.

Our family had an in person tour with Westerville Senior Living and they were really nice tour experience but for our loved one, they were all more active and all included independent living. There was a memory care unit but it was usually small part of the total community, so it appeared to have less focus.

I toured with Three Oaks Assisted Living and it was too far for me and also the facility itself was too large, but it is a nice place! My loved one is disabled, so the size just would have been too hard for her to navigate, but it really was a great facility.

It was a really great tour experience. They did a great job. It was out of the area, and the location was a little further. The decor was new. They seemed to have more people.

The staff are wonderful with mom. However, she cannot eat in the dining room because foods are highly spiced, and she is very sensitive.

The food quality is good. The value for the money is fine, but there has been issues with billing. They are doing their best, to work with me. We picked this community, because of the staff, who is very friendly and accomodating. It's clean, and often I walk in and smell fresh baked cookies. It is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend to other families.

Just like everyone else they are struggling with staffing, but the staff that are there and who worked with our loved one were very good people. Our loved one really enjoyed the meals and even though she did not participate in the activities there were always different things going on. What really sold us was the size of the room - our loved one had a full on huge apartment with a really nice balcony and it was the same price as the apartments in the other facilities but those were much smaller. Given the chance we would recommend The Enclave at Round Rock to other families based on the experience we had with them.

I toured this community and it was ok. I didn't like the rooms as much. It's an older facility, but cleanliness was pretty good. I had lunch during my tour and the food wasn't great.
