This place has been a great help to my aunt and uncle. They can be difficult at times, but the staff here know exactly how to care for them. Also the front desk person is very attentive. Would not recommended anywhere else to care for your elderly family.

I just recently started working here and all i can say is the residentsare great and the staff are very inviting, compassionate, understanding. There is so much offered for residents to partake in such as outings to shop or luncheon or activities such as light exercise, book clubs, bingo, movie nights, happy Hour and the talented Harmonies of the Barbershop Singing Group.

The management is hands on and very accessible. The Executive Director came up and fixed my tv, this is the kind of service we get. The tenants are friendly and kind. The facility provides transportation for our Drs appointments to Dallas, Mesquite, and Rockwell, anywhere within a 15 mile radius. Plus, twice a week we are taken to run errands. There are activities and outings planned to keep us busy. All this say that I am very happy here at the Waterford.

I have only been here two months, but it is going very well. They have several activities that I enjoy. The staff is very helpful and I feel like they care about the residents. The kitchen and dining is okay, there is always something you don’t care for , but they have several options you can get instead of the main meal. The housekeeping is nice and well done. Overall I would say it’s been a good experience I would recommend it to someone who is looking for a community like this.

Whispering Pines is an outstanding facility. There employees are extremely pleasant and treat my mother very well. The facility is extremely clean, well organized and keeps all of its residents. Happy my mother continuously tells us how happy she is there which makes us very comfortable.

My mom moved in July and is so happy with her decision. She likes the residents as well as the accommodations like meals and housekeeping. My family and I are happy that she is in a safe environment that has resources for her.

We chose to move my 86 year old mother to The Waterford from her home a year ago after a hospital stay. The staff at The Waterford has not only taken care of my mother but has given so much support to me and my siblings at such a difficult time in our lives. We had to move our mother from a home she lived in for 63 years. The Waterford has gone beyond the expectations that I had of taking care of my mother. I love visiting, having lunch and talking to the staff and the other residents at The Waterford. I highly recommend The Waterford if you are looking for a home away from home.

My mobile dental company, Enable, visits the Waterford regularly and we are always impressed! The staff members are always so kind and helpful. The facility is spacious, recently updated and kept very clean.

We interviewed with [name removed] in December 2021 looking for a placement for my father-in-law. After looking at the facility my wife and I both looked at each other and said this is the place for him. We just felt a great peace about our decision. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything you need is there they have a barber, a podiatrist that comes in to provide the care needed for their residents. Also physical therapists and doctors if needed. They take great care of their residents.

My father moved in about 2 1/2 years ago. He has been very happy here and I have been very pleased with the care he receives. The staff is friendly and I am comforted in knowing that they take good care of him. The menu is very healthy with lots of variety. They offer plenty of activities to keep the residents active. It’s a clean and safe environment to live in. The staff has been very good about communicating with me when a need arises. I am extremely happy with the choice we made.

I work here at the Waterford & my days spent here are filled with joy, somedays I forget that I’m at work. I truly love what I do & the residents keep me on my feet. I’ve always heard‘ it takes a village ‘ I couldn’t agree with that statement more here at the Waterford we are team driven! The management team shines daily and each department truly reflects love & kindness. If you were to ask me the Waterford at Ironbridge is THE place to be. So look no further because here is home…..

My daughter and son moved me in to the Waterford but I can't remember when exactly. The staff takes great care of me, I enjoy all of the lovely ladies that are caregivers. I spent most of my days enjoying the courtyard, it's real easy for me as my room has a door that leads there.

I have live here for 3 going on 4 years. I have made many friends here so have passed. I'm still independent here, I book my own doc appointments and i do my own shipping. The Waterford does offer a bus so I can go to and from to these places.

My wife and I have a year and a half, but it feels like forever. The staff helps us with daily needs and we even enjoy meals in our room. I live in assisted living and I myself can still driving at my own need.

I rate the facility a 5 across the board. It is close to family and the help is long term. I like sitting I on my private balcony.

When I asked dad why he enjoys it here, he said it’s my family! That’s enough for our family to feel comfortable! Thank you for watching over our father everyday and taking care of his daily needs!

I know what it is like to look for a place for someone you love who desperately needs to live in an environment of loving care. My sister was widowed and lived in her home in an isolated rule area. She was in desperate need of hip surgery and assistance in daily living. She could barely walk with her walker for very short distances to make transition from chair to wheelchair. In searching, I found Waterford at Iron Bridge and toured the residency and found it to be what I would describe as hospital clean. It was an answer to prayer. They provide delicious meals, a private apartment, house cleaning, laundry, many daily activities, and a Phoenix Home Health Agency located in the building. I didn't think we could afford such a nice place but was given information about a VA benefit that makes her residency possible. I come to visit her often and always feel so welcome. On my last visit we enjoyed a meal.

The Waterford has a very friendly staff and they take excellent care of their residents. We are kept up to date on how my MIL is doing. Activities are appropriate for memory care and the residents are encouraged to participate. The staff help those that can't always participate on their own. Food is appetizing and the dietary staff are good at making accommodations for special diets. Visitors are always welcome and we've gotten to know other residents and their families as we visit often. Overall we are pleased with the facility and staff.

I’ve had my Dad at The Waterford in College Station for 5 years now. The staff and administrators genuinely care for the residents. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone happy and looking forward to each day of the week!

My Cat Willy and I have settled down at this nice quiet community. I have made myself comfortable here awhile, as make new friends. I enjoy being able to leave freely and come and go as I please. I have an open spot at my lunch table for new comer, I enjoy good conversations.
