We thank you for that! Keep up the good work Whispering Pines! If you are looking for placement for your loved one, don’t pass this facility up. We are so pleased!

My mom seems happy at West Shores and that is all that matters.

The experience of our family's transition of our mother into Asslisted Living has been made a positive one by the whole staff at The Waterford. You can really feel how much they care for each resident when you see them interact. The staff does a great job of tending to each residents different needs. I especially like all the activities and the special outings and that they make a special effort to get them involved. The food has been good every time I've eaten there.

Although not the cheapest place around, you get everything you pay for. The staff is terrific, helpful, and jumps to assist. The office staff from the executive director down to the housekeeper are totaling caring and ready to assist. The food for the most part is restaurant quality, "but you can't please everyone all the time." Other than some staff changes between companies, as you'll get sometimes, things have gone some changes, but honestly, for the better, in my opinion. A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for, in my experience.

I’ve lived here 2 1/2 years and I don’t really have any problems with anything. I’ve enjoyed it. I’m a plant lady so I’m enjoying my garden and the courtyard and in the screened in porch area. The entertainment is always good here we have a lot of laughs some days we don’t but that’s OK. The desserts are always good.

If I could give it a 10 star I would. This places is absolutely always so clean, the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The Gm [name removed]is absolutely outstanding! She is not only sweet but always professional. She is always smiling when greeting everyone so that alone brings in a Happy Vibe. Definitely recommend this place!

Recently visited this community for an event. All of the staff and residents were so friendly and welcoming. Had a meal while I was there, it was delicious. This community will definitely be one that I recommend to family and friends that are ready for a senior living community.

Being a Home health Nurse I go into many facilities. Waterford is a very welcoming and loving home for seniors who need to be in a community with other seniors. There is always something going on with activities, outings and special events. Looking for to the yearly Christmas horse drawn buggy ride !

So grateful to get to partner with The Waterford Fort Worth! Their team is knowledgeable, understanding of their residents and always go above and beyond to keep patients safe and in their “home” with the utilization of additional services like caregivers, home health and hospice.

We are incredibly thankful for the caring, engaging, and encouraging staff ! The programs and activities greatly enhance the quality of life for the residents at the Waterford at Plymouth ! So very grateful for the opportunity for our Mom to be a part of this community ! You are a BLESSING !

We just moved mom in a month ago and all I can say is WOW! She was not engaged at home - watching TV, maybe going for walks here or there, but now she has a lot of activities to attend during the day to keep her busy and active! [name removed], the Memory Care Director, is very patient and is excellent with the residents. He makes them feel safe and comfortable and they enjoy his programming. He tries to get them all involved even if they are not up for it immediately. The care staff is very attentive, and when you ask them to do something they are on it right away. The buildings are also very nice and seem to be just been remodeled. The management team is awesome and very helpful in answering questions and getting things done right away. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great care for there loved one.

Mom didn’t want to move in assisted living, and now she doesn’t want to leave! I have to say I can’t blame her. The staff is caring, Moms meals are cooked, her apartment is cleaned, laundry service is provided, and her medications are dispensed. On top of all that Mom enjoys the many activities that are planned daily. From morning sit and be fit exercise, to crafts, jewelry making, Bingo, dominoes, and board games! The activity director [name removed]is the best! The Waterford of Baytown is a great place to call home.

My grandmother moved into the Addison a few months ago, and it's been a wonderful experience for our entire family. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure her comfort and happiness. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The activities are great, Grandma especially enjoys the art classes and the weekly movie nights. The meals are delicious and nutritious, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Addison to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable home for their loved ones.

West Shores is great! Would I recommend anyone else to live here? Absolutely! It doesn't take much to make a person like me happy. All I need is good friends, good wine, and good music. West Shores offers all of that and more.

I would definitely recommend West Shores to anyone and everyone. Their healthcare facility that they offer in the community. They took excellent care of my husband while he was ill and really helped me with the process during his loss.

I love all of the activities that are provided here at West Shores. All of the staff is great and the others residents are all very nice and helpful. It feels like we are a big family. I would recommend West Shores over any other place. You will find a home here.

West Shores is a beautiful community and nice to look at. It's nice to have a home so beautiful. The activities are great. There is always something to do with many different options. Everyone is so friendly!

My husband and I moved in here 7 years ago and we love to call West Shores home. We are allowed to feel independent while still getting the assistance that we need. I love leaving meals and playing the piano for our neighbors and guest as well as playing the piano for our church services on Sundays. If your looking for a good place to call home then this is it.

As a army many I love order and West Shores is just that. I spend my days on my computer but West Shores hosts these parties that serves some of the best snacks. And me, I love snacks. It doesn't take much to make me happy but West Shores exceeds the expectations.
