Nice place for my mother. Staff and service are excellent.

Excellent facility clean and meals are great. Staff goes above and beyond everyday and provides outstanding love and support and daily care for my husband. They love every resident and get to know them and their personalities.

Puzzle group is fun. I enjoy visiting with other residents.

I’m in the independent part but whenever I need help, they are there . [name removed] is wonderful and caring. The house cleaning could be better. Lacking in all things. All my friends are great and are caring.

The dining room is fine. The meals are getting worse. Residents are complaining. We gave the activities a 4 and going down. New director is changing days they do bingo. Mom and others love bingo. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

We had a great tour of this facility recently. The inside of building is very clean & tastefully decorated. I will say that this building needs some TLC on the outside. Vinyl fence very dirty & front porch area had very dirty windows. Overall, our tour was great & we were given a lot of quality information.

First all, the director was amazing. She knew every resident by name and what was going on in their lives. She had a healthy balance of being hilarious while maintaining professionalism. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and she answered every question my mom and I had with enthusiasm. She was clearly dedicated to her job and every person, resident or co-worker, in the building. She personally went out to buy everything to furnish my ma's apartment, and it couldn't have been more beautiful. I will always hold Independence Village with the highest regard. Thank you, Independence Village!

Summit Place has wonderful staff who really care about their residents.

This is a beautiful community, and the staff is top notch! I have received great care from all the employees. Strong management just started in the community and have really changed the environment for the better. They are making many improvements to the community.

The staff at the Waterford at Mesquite has been really kind and supportive. They call every Sunday to check on my in-laws who are in rehab at the moment.

My Mom moved in to The Waterford at Thousand Oaks just over a year ago and from the first night we moved her in she said she felt right at home. She has enjoyed having options for social activities while still feeling independent. She enjoys the dining facilities but still has the option fix something for herself in her unit if she likes. We all feel happy that the individual units as well as the facility are designed with safety in mind. My Mom is still quite physically capable, but she's able to engage in all activities much more safely because of level surfaces, handrails, the zero-entry shower, etc. When the weather is nice she enjoys rocking on the outside porch and looks forward to walking the grounds. We appreciate the opportunity to attend special events when possible - Zumba! - but also appreciate seeing videos and pictures shared by the dedicated staff on social media. We're so glad our Mom has found this fun, friendly, safe home and she couldn't be happier herself!

The Courtyards Memory Care has been the right choice for my mom suffering from Dementia. She has been given the name [name removed] from the workers, who show love and compassion to my mom. They have installed fall detectors, which has already notified the facility when my mom has fallen. I feel like she is getting excellent care at a time when it is difficult to make the decision to find the right place for my mom. I have been very happy with my choice of The Courtyards.

I came to the Waterford community physical challenged and needing care. I was met with a level of professionalism that was outstanding. The experience I want to emphasize is that I was embraced and welcomed that was healing and genuine. The staff helped me with my food allergies for my meals and continued to order foods to help with new treats and nutrition that was a delight. I have made life long friends here with staff and residents. A wonderful community.

I would give all categories a 5 except for the value for cost. It is expensive but I know that's to be expected at most assisted living facilities. Based on the experience we have had we would absolutely recommend this community to others

It's been a good experience. Wife is in hospice care and staff has been attentive to our needs.. Food service to apartment has been excellent

I have had my mom at Waterford on Cooper for little over a year in the Magnolia Trails memory care unit. It has been a good place for mom and the staff is so gentle with her and all the patients. She loves playing bingo and coloring and at 99 she is good at doing both. The staff is always available to answer questions that may arise. I couldn’t be happier.
