I think this place is a good organization. They take care of my needs and care about me and my health. I do not have another place to compare West Shores to but I don't want to look into comparing because I'm happy where I'm at

I must like West Shores because I still live here. My wife and I both live at West Shores. They offer everything we need as a Independent and Assisted Living couple. There is always something going on to keep us busy through the day. The grounds are great for me to walk every day.

I've been here for 10 years and have enjoyed every minute. I would have found somewhere else if I wasn't happy. I love the beauty of the building. We have the best employees here. They are all so kind.

I'm happy here. This is a place that I love to call home. I love playing cards with my neighbors. I've enjoyed my time working in our beautiful garden area outside on the patio area. I am able to come and go as I please. Being independent that is very important to me.

West Shores is GREAT! You won't find many places around that have such caring people. The people are amazing and check on us often. The meals are great. There are always options to keep everyone busy. Amazing neighbors

I come to see my mother-in-law at least once a week. I like seeing the activities with the residents. Example today was the "Thanksgiving sandwich" all the residents enjoyed the food. Music playing. My mother looks good, she had her hair done and was actually enjoying the activities.

Very friendly! Staff and residents were very friendly and helpful ! !Smells good! From the moment we walked in it smelled good, not like others I have gone in. Happy residents! The residents are happy to tell you all about their home. Very pleased with the atmosphere.

Facility tour for parents possible admit, may need assisted living , facility recommend from friend, pleased with options for ind living or assisted living in same apartment , cost comparable with others, good location

Activities have been great and the experience has been positive. There is an overall homeliness and clean atmosphere to take in. Staffing can be an issue especially in the kitchen but typically there are good people helping the residents. So happy to have the activities director back as she was able to get the Huskers and the Supernovas in to interact with the residents. Kudos to her!

My husband has been in assisted living at the Waterford for just over a week. While initially hard, he has made great progress largely due to the amazing staff. Each day he seems more comfortable and at home. We both are very grateful and feel more at peace with our decision.

Good Tree's roots are solid.The caregivers at Good Tree are hands down the best. My person in the last 7 months has been uplifted, good spirited,and more full of life than they have been in a while. My family and I are so grateful to have a staff that truly cares,and treats our family as if they were their own. Thank you so much for ALL that you do.

The care staff is amazing. They are so attentive to my mom. [name removed] sings to my mother and gets her up and dancing, she has the best time. The staff provides fun activities for the residents the food is great as well. Thank yall for all you do!

The staff of Good Tree were most attentive to every need for my grandmother. She was seen to with great care until she passed. She attended bingo, went shopping, went to the beauty shop, and did all sorts of crafty things, and developed her network of friends with residents and staff alike. She always said positive things about her time there and I’m grateful for the level of care they provided.

Wonderful place that puts the residences first. Keeps them engaged with trips, activites and social settings. They ask the residences what they enjoy doing, and eating, along with places to go. They even take them out to get ice cream! The staff is very caring and strives to give the best possible care.

[name removed] has done an amazing job with my Granny. She is attentive to her needs, friendly and professional. She always has a smile on her face and everyone seems to enjoy her being here. Keep up the good work.

Though easy to understand and lovely facility

[name removed] -usually at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful!! She always has a smile on her face and knows us personally. She also knows my mother in law and is updated on the status of her well being and care.

Our loved one enjoyed her stay there . We felt confident in the care she received and that she would be safe and cared for. She was starting to participate in activities and had friends who called and even visited when she had to go to the hospital. She wanted to go back but because of a stroke she had to go to a nursing home.
