My sister moved into this community in July 2024 and we just cannot say enough about the wonderful staff and the care that my sister receives. Everyone has been so gracious and kind to our family and my sister. The front office staff is exceptional and you can tell how dedicated they really are to their residents. They have a lot of activities for the residents to do and they even get to go out on "trips" to the movies, out to eat and ice cream on Friday's. My sister really loves it at The Waterford and we are so thankful that we found a better place for my sister.

My family and I have visited the community twice now. It's not an easy decision to make when it comes to your family member and where to place them. However, after spending time with the Sales and Marketing Director, we finally found the place to call home for our mom. [name removed] made us all feel so welcome and understood our needs, listened and you can really tell that she has a passion for what she does. She even allowed us to have lunch and meeting the staff! Everyone at The Waterford has been truly inviting, friendly and made us all feel welcomed.

I have lived at this community for what feels like eternity. I walk around daily and get come and go as I please. The staff with take good care of you. If you ever visit I’m the guy watering the plants, just wave to say hello.

I have stayed at the Waterford of west over hills for 2 years. The staff give great care and friendly service! I have never had a problem that I can’t go to management about. They clean my room every week and I have a large dog so that’s much needed

We looked at several assisted living facilities and Waterford was by far the obvious choice for our family. The staff has always been friendly, compassionate and uplifting. Dawn walked us through the process and ensured a smooth transition for Mom. Very happy with our choice!

Waterford, not enough outdoor time, but... staff sat with and loved on the residents, never on cell phones, always helpful, it was amazing! Big rooms. Overall the place was nice and was in a safe area.

The staff treated my aunt like family. I could relax and know that she was safe. She is no longer there, she suffered some major strokes, had to start dialysis and had to move to a nursing facility that had in- house dialysis. Otherwise, she'd still be happily living there! The staff is very hardworking and very loyal. Th facility is getting some new floors and some refreshing. The decor is a little bit old fashioned but the residents were treated with dignity.

I can’t express how helpful these people are Everyone is so helpful and kind to the residents it puts your mind at ease knowing they truly care for your loved ones It’s not an easy task sometimes when older siblings have medication to take and at Wynnfield they assist with almost everything they need I truly appreciate all the staff and trust them completely I consider them a great friend

[name removed] has been incredibly pleasant to work with. She is always very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about anything that's going on in the building. She is a wonderful asset to this facility!

I moved to the Waterford at the suggestion of my brother his wife. My family took full care of all of my possessions and the selling of my house as an "as is" property. My sister in law is a successful realtor & knows how to sell a property. The one thing that convinced me to move out of my house was when I walked to the store and blessed a man in the store and be bought me a copy of the Blind Side and a container of Mouse Tracks ice cream.

Took a tour here for a potential future residence and loved it. Will hopefully be moving our “Nanny” in soon. The sales director was so nice and professional and answered all of our questions. Lovely place!

My husband is a memory care resident and I believe he receives very good care at the Waterford. His room is kept very clean; his clothes are washed, folded, and put away; his diabetes is managed and monitored throughout the day; his meals are attractive and well balanced; his needs are attended to and he actually thinks, because of his Dementia, that he works there as a minister. He calls his room “my office.” He is as happy as anyone could expect to be, so our family feels grateful for the care he receives.

I am looking ahead to what comes next in my life following my husband's recent death. Moving to a nearby independent living facility, with little upkeep responsibility is important to me. My tour was excellent, my questions were answered, and the person conducting my visit was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had to move my mother in the develping stages of dementia. The staff has been sensitive to her needs and helpful. Mother has been to a number of facilities and honestly I wish we would have moved her over to The Waterford sooner when she needed Assisted Living. The facility is clean and inviting. The memory care untit seems to be very managable for the staff. There are activities also for those who are more mobile and the food is good.

Crown Pointe is a great place! They have very caring staff who take excellent care of the residents. The building is spacious, with a great open atrium, always buzzing with activities and entertainment. I love the location, nestled in a neighborhood, in the center of town, a quick drive to the interstate, and lots of stores.

We have had a great experience with the team at the Waterford over the past 5 years! They were amazing through Covid and very compassionate when we lost my Dad. My Mom is very happy with the activities, her friends and the food service.

We are so happy to have my mother-in-law [name removed] at Waterford. We were actually there today and had lunch with her. The food is wonderful and is such a clean healthy environment for her to live in. My husband used to worry about his mother every night, but now we should know that she’s safe and happy. He can sleep so much more comfortably, knowing that she is living in such a wonderful place! The staff treat her like she’s family.

My father has been at the Waterford going on his second month. He is having a hard time personally adjusting but the Waterford staff has made such great efforts to make his transition a good experience. The staff has been kind and understanding to his declining mental skills. They have worked to keep the facility and his personal space clean. He has enjoyed his meals and the service staff. It is a relief to know he is getting what he needs. He has chosen to ignore events currently going onsite but we see hopeful he will soon join in.

We moved my dad into the Waterford about a year and a half ago and it was the best decision we could have made. Once he took a tour, he was Convinced this was his new home. He has come to love this community and so has our family. They are so friendly and so kind. I’m thankful that there’s a group of people that love my dad almost as much as we do. We can tell that they genuinely consider him family.

Waterford at iron Bridge is by far the best place for independent living. My father enjoys the place and the people are what really make this place wonderful. First class facility, first class service and first class people! Enjoy.
