The Waterford is a very nice place to live. There are many activities going on. You can going them or not. Everyone is very friendly. The food is served 3 times everyday and very good. The staff is excellent.

I love everything here. Mostly the game... Bingo.

This facility was reviewed by me about3 times before I moved in. I looked and visited other places and this the most impressive. I really like no love this facility. It is the best.

[name removed] my brother and a resident at the Waterford for the past several years has been happy living there. The caregivers and staff have been wonderful to him and he speaks of them kindly and often. He loves the activities and is enthusiastic about learning new ones. i.e taichi, especially loves art. We never knew about his talent for art until he moved here. He's discovering new things all the time with outings people and he has another family here. Thank you for your care!

I've been here 1 year. I'm pretty satisfied. The help is very friendly. The cleaning staff is excellent. Laundry is okay. Special instructions are needed for delicate laundry. The meals in the dining room are an average, very good. Maintenance is here M-F and prompt with repairs.

Dad loved Iron Bridge but unfortunately moved out in [date removed] due to declining health and need for more care We like that it is Friendly family like

Whitley place is a very welcoming place. It is small, clean and the rooms are adequate size. Very nice. Everyone is welcoming and pleasant. The only thing I was concerned about was that I felt my husband needed to be taken care of more closely, especially in the evening.

He loves the mens club & food. I'm shocked how much he participates in things they have going on there. I was worried he would stay in his apartment all the time but they make sure to find a way into his heart & get him out & about! Love the staff!

The assisted living facility truly goes above and beyond in every way. The Executive Director is an incredible asset to the community. He gave us a thorough and informative tour, answering every question we had with patience and clarity. His calm, composed demeanor made the experience even more reassuring, and he took extra time to personally engage with my father during the tour, making him feel valued and at ease. His dedication and warmth really stand out.

We are so happy with the Ashton on Dorsey. The atmosphere is lovely and so beautiful. The activities are fun, engaging and keep our mom from being isolated. The staff is so kind and supportive from the minute you walk in the door. We never have to worry about her personal care. The administration, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen staff, activity staff, salon & aides are all so caring and treat our loved one like she is at home. They will all do anything for her. The food is delicious. She is so full of life & joy living here.

My mother is a resident here at Ashton in the Plaza, soon to start her 5th year. The staff here sincerely cares. They work very hard to take care of the residents. My mother loves her caregivers and nurses that see her everyday. (I would suggest more caregivers per floor). I do have to remind myself that mother doesn’t have a personal valet and it may take time to get to her. The directors have been readily available to listen to any concerns. The people that care for my mother is what matters most to me. From the moment i walk through the door (staff member at the front desk is so knowledgeable and helpful) until i walk out the door, I am grateful my mother has such a clean beautiful facility providing fun things to do and good food and most importantly a staff of wonderful people.

We picked this community because of the cost. it has been a pleasant experience.

This is a very nice facility. What we like most about Whispering Pines Village is the overall friendly atmosphere of this community. Everyone is so very kind. We also appreciate that the staff members are always willing to work with us on anything that we need. We have such peace of mind knowing that our loved one is in such a safe environment. Lived across the street and moved to the Waterford after my wife passed. I am a happy camper here! I enjoy games, exercise, and socializing with my fellow residents. I would not want to live anywhere else.

We recently toured this community looking for placement for our mom. The residents seemed engaged & everyone we talked with did seem very happy. Mom loved her “take away “ gift for touring. Thank you!

Our loved one lives in Independent living. The community is very nice. It is a safe environment. We enjoy the food from the facility but would like to suggest that the always available menu be changed. It has never changed for months! We need a better selection to choose from. Again, the food is good, just need a better variety.

The perfect place is the Addison of Oakleaf. The place is amazing , the workers are so caring they are really awesome and great. The food is amazing three great meals a day. They have a lot of activities, which is good for the residence. Everyone there is wonderful. I am so glad that we picked this place for my husband. The place is very clean. They really care about the residence.

My sister lived here for nearly 5 years. The administrater is the most caring person & runs this facility as though her own parents lived there. She lives in the country & often brings her farm animals in to visit with the residents there. My sister enjoyed the goats mostly but she also loved when they hatched baby emus in the lobby. The administrater runs a tight ship & has built this team to be known in the area as the best. You will absolutely not regret choosing this facility over the others this area offers.

We chose The Addison of St. Johns due to its proximity. In addition the staff is very friendly, answer all your questions, and treat the residents with great care. Being a small community is great.
