I think mom like the activities more than anything. She never got out of her chair when she was living at home. Except for the usual. Having my mom stay at the Mansion, really gave me a piece of mind. The care and the activities that they gave her, left a smile on her face when I watched from afar. I just wish I had gotten her in there sooner.

I love the friendly staff and all the people here I love all the actives too you don’t just have to stay in your apartment you can do all kinds of actives and meet people my favorite actives are bunco, broomball , volleyball and bingo also yoga and Mexican train . The more actives you do the more you get to know your neighbors take it from me [name removed] it’s a fun place to live

It has been a very enjoyable 1st year, and I would recommend to others.

We had a recent tour of this beautiful community. Admission Director was kind & knowledgeable. She gave us a nice gift for touring. We shared this with our mom & she loved it. Such a nice idea. This facility was very clean & all the residents looked very happy.

The meals are improving and what we like the most about LaurelHurst and LaurelWoods is that our loved ones have made several friends. They also have amazing doctors there! And are right across the street from St. Luke's.

I have peace of mind knowing my 89 year old Dad (born, raised, worked & retired in WY) has been living at The Waterford of Mesquite TX, for almost 2 years now. He has found friends and a home away from home. I feel blessed to have him close and assistance with his needs so he can stay independent. Thanks for everything! I highly recommend sharing time with your loved ones here!

Dad continues to enjoy his time at Waterford, and especially with all the new friends he has made. The food has greatly improved since first moving in two years ago. Dad’s family greatly appreciates the safety aspect of Waterford with the emergency call button around his neck to someone always available to call 911 or provide that assistance in the middle of the night. We love Waterford but most of all it’s a great value for all the services they provide. Thank you and God Bless the staff

The Waterford at Creekside review is an excellent facility. They have been kind and caring towards my mother. They have been upgrading the facilities over the last few months.

This community makes you feel at home immediately. The Waterford of Mesquite is welcoming and carefully designed. But the true advantage is its stellar staff! They greet each resident. And the smiles are heartfelt and genuine.

We couldn't be happier with dad being there in memory care. The staff treat us like family. Ever need dad needs is met with kindness a professional care. He is happy there!!! Thank you so much for leading us there in such a difficult time. The staff and facility make it so easy to get through the process. They guide you thru it. Give you a book to understand dementia. The memory care dad is in are so respectful of his condition. They are definitely on top of his health. He is 92 yrs old and and the keep him motivated. He has physical therapy every week and does so good. Dad thinks his physical therapist is his friend. And looks forward to seeing him. The facility has taken all the stress from us and we know he is being taken care of. The activities are good and they pull everyone together. I am so appreciative.

Staff has been great. Some leave, & some come back & miss others that had left but still very good overall. Facility has been getting up grades & renovated rooms are awesome. The hallway rug needs replaced. Probably waiting for the other work to be done. All in all we appreciate the Staff & Director very very much. They go out of their way for us and the other residents.

My Mom has lived at Marquis Place since November 2022 and we are very happy with the care she receives. She can be very stubborn and is also somewhat antisocial but the staff is great about trying to get her to participate in activities. She is also a very picky eater but since she has choices for meals has not complained. I love that she has options. She is also kind of messy but the housekeeper does a great job of keeping her apartment clean. One other thing that lead us to choose Marquis Place was the size of the community. It is on the smaller side and all on one level. Since my Mom is also visually impaired it made learning her way around much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend Marquis Place!

The staff is amazing and seemed to be so good to the residents and interactive. Would highly recommend. The sales director is so knowledgeable. All the staff members were friendly and interactive. They have a lot of resources, a PT gym, very nice dining room.

Overall I'm very happy with the facility, the management and the staff. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Summit Place to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

I came to this facility to visit my aunt. It is an amazing place. I was greeted by friendly staff and took a tour during my visit. The staff were friendly and genuinely seemed happy. The residents were involved in activities and looked at home. We had lunch in the dining room, fried catfish and gumbo which was amazing and I felt very welcome. This is an awesome place cannot say enough about it. Definitely check it out if you want a safe and loving environment for your loved one!

Clean and friendly staff. Toured this community for my grandmother. It was very clean and everyone was very social. We were invited to stay for lunch as well and the food is amazing. I love the restaurant style service.

The care team work tirelessly to make sure my mom is cared for. And the food is amazing. I watched moms waist gain an inch. Beautiful place. There is always a sense of life in this community and the people who live there is happy to be there. They are a real community

From my standpoint, staff was helpful, took me (others) around and introduced them to whomever was available, very enthusiastically, and answered all questions. Waitstaff genial, office staff always friendly. I have 1 bedroom w/ den and I love it; full kitchen, w/d, I think other 1 bedrooms are comfortable with full kitchen and w/d. Good closets.

My elderly mother fell and had severe/ bad lacerations and possibly broken bones... The staff did an awesome job of rendering first aid, emergency care and contacting first responders. Contacted me asap & transported.
