I have been here 8 months. The staff are great. The lining conditions are very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of things to do. I have made some close friends, staff and residents both. All in all it is a really wonderful place to live one staff member can be unfriendly. But I look past him.

Faculty & staff are helpful. DO NOT hire True Care for assistance, whatever you do.

The staff that walks around are very friendly, they cheek on her many times during the day. She loves to sleep late so she misses breakfast. Which is her fault. She does wake up in plenty of time for lunch. I am always impressed by the way the staff will talk to me, if I need to find where she might be. In the courtyard reading or in her room.

I love the activities. The bingo I will go only with my daughter-in-law. I love to spend time in the courtyard. I love to watch the birds at the bird bath. Also when people walk thru very friendly that is a big plus. I have had no problem since moving here.

Impressed as to cleanliness of facility great staff from top to bottom very understanding of my needs and concerns. I acted to quickly in a decision based upon hospital stay that my mom woods require full time care. I realize at after she become a resident of this facility. It was too easy to have her here. Should condition of her change. I will consider being her back her.

Our mother has been here six months. She receives excellent care. She loves it here.

The facility has been a blessing for our family since my father’s diagnoses. We can thank enough to each and every one of the staff members. For making our loved one to feel welcome and confortable.

My husband and I lived in the independent living at Wellington for one year but due to personal circumstances, we moved. However, I would like to share that at Wellington we enjoyed a sense of camaraderie. The environment was conducive to friendship among the residents as well as with staff. Prospective residents will find a welcoming and supportive environment at Wellington.

My mom has been here since May 2024. I must say, after touring many facilities, I am so happy that we chose The Addison. The staff is super friendly and it feels so much like a family atmosphere. My mom is really thriving here.

What we like the most about Rosemont is the friendliness of the staff and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I toured this community and what a lovely experience! The staff were delightful and the community was cleaned and smelled good. [name removed] was very informative and took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. The community is full so [name removed] was able to refer me to a sister property in Oviedo but that is a little too far for me. Hopefully, a room will open up soon.

The administrative staff and nursing staff are amazing, professional, caring and efficient. My mom has been there for almost a year and everyone treats us like we’re all part of a family. Extremely clean facility inside and out. A special and well-deserved shout-out to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], name removed][ and [name removed]. You’ll never find an administrative staff more caring than this group. The nursing staff are also very caring, keeps the family always in the loop, and also very professional. We deal mostly with [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] and they, along with the others assigned to my mom’s section, are very caring. My family and my mom feel extremely safe at this facility.

The Addison has truly become a home for my grandmother, where she feels a sense of comfort and belonging. She frequently talks about how much she loves the warm atmosphere and the caring staff, who always go the extra mile to make her feel at ease. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and designed with a focus on the residents’ well-being. My grandmother appreciates the strong sense of community among the residents, and she enjoys the various activities that keep her engaged and connected. The Addison has given her a place where she not only feels cared for but also feels like she belongs.

Parents love it here. They’re really happy and the staff is awesome. I love to come up on the Brightline and visit with them. It makes me feel good to see them. Happy and loving the employees.. The staff here is awesome. I love coming to visit my parents and see the smiles on their faces.

The Addison at Narcoossee is a perfect place for my parents. We’ve looked a long time to find this place, and we are so grateful they are thriving and living their best life ever. Everyone here is amazing and so respectful to all the resident. You can definitely tell the love and their hearts for their jobs.

We had a great tour of this lovely community. Our mother is going to love the homelike feel of this facility. The residents seem very happy to live here. We are looking forward to our mother making this necessary move. Thank you!

This Facility is outstanding, The resident are nice and helpful. The Staff is great and very helpful including [name removed], She is very knowledgeable, smart and nice. If you like good food this the place to live.I give this facility 5+ stars.

I visited my great aunt today and found her playing bingo, which she really enjoys. The activity program is excellent. The new management has really improved the atmosphere in the building. I would definitely recommend this place to my loved ones. The staff is very professional and caring. I can’t ask for a better place for my great aunt!

The staff was very nice and the facility was clean and and comfortable. The food the super good too. The restrooms are surprisingly clean. The are very festive and decorated for the holidays. [named removed] was very helpful and and answered every question we could possibly think of.
