I moved into Willow Grove a month ago and have been extremely pleased with this senior living center. The administration and all of the staff members are kind, caring, helpful and attentive people. The residents are happy too which says a lot about a place. It has been hard for me to find things that I am happy with, but this place makes me happy. My family and friends that come here are very pleased too. This is a community I would recommend. These people are like a family and treat me and all of my family/friends like family. Willow Grove is definitely a place you should consider. I firmly believe anyone would be happy at this center.

Spacious and clean locked memory care unit where your loved one is truly safe if they tend to wander. There are activity stations for exploration and ample restrooms for easy access for those with dementia, and food and snacks are offered often. The staff is professional, caring and attentive. There is a nice, enclosed outdoor area right off of the dining room for residents. The house doctors are there every week and the in-house pharmacy is organized well by the nurses; these services are very helpful for working families of the residents.

I can't begin to tell you how happy my mother is, and I really do not have any complaints, we take my mom every Thursday to get her hair done and she always says I really like it here' and she has never complained of anything. A Place for Mom did a great job placing her. I feel like the staff is connected to the residents, always involving them in fun activities, from the moment you walk in someone is smiling at you and letting us know what Mom has been up to.

I had to quickly find an assisted living facility for my Mother with Macular Degeneration and Stepfather with advanced Parkinson's, who could not be released from the VA to go back to their apartment for safey reasons, which had to be located near me and would accept Elderly Waver. I recieved lists of assisted living facilities from the VA social worker and the MN Senior Linkage Line social worker, which was overwhelming to say the least. I was also contacted by [name removed] with A Place For Mom, who gave me a much shorter list for my local area, one of which was Rose Arbor and Wildflower Lodge, which I toured with my Mother and Sister. Needless to say, it was literally the perfect place for my Mom and Stepfather as the facility and staff checked every one of our boxes so we looked no further and put down a deposit. It took 4 months to get State assistance approval but Rose Arbor graciously held spots for them and they are now settled in. So greatful for [name removed] and A Place For Mom.

From our first meeting with the agent which was very pleasant and very friendly, our experience has and is outstanding. The residents are friendly and extends an invitation to join them at mealtime. Staff is so cordial, warm and hospitable, they also offer their services or assistance. Plenty of activities to keep one active and lots of entertainment. The Wellington at Dayton is the place!

5s across the board. What our family likes the most about The Woodlands of Hamilton is that the care has been exceptional compared to previous locations in KY. it is clean, the people are friendly, and it is well-priced in comparison to others

My husband and I had started looking for an Independent Living Community last year. We found the Waterford at Mesquite to be clean, bright, and friendly. After going on a wait list last Fall, my husband unexpectedly died in January. I went ahead with our plans with a heavy heart. I am so glad that I did. I have met many new friends and don't feel so lonely. I can be alone when I feel the need, but there are so many things going on, that I can be with others when I desire. There are games, music, books, outside entertainment, and a feeling of safety and belonging. The food I'd not fancy, but healthy, varied and well-seasoned. I have family nearby, but they have their lives to live too. This gives me back the feeling of independence. And I get to keep my cat!

They have been absolutely great! They have good communication with family on any updates. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Our granddaughter just graduated from high school and we were able to include her GG with a brunch in the private dining room afterwards at Waterford. My siblings and I toured several assisted living facilities and Waterford was the best for accommodations and cost.

I would highly recommend Independence Village of East Lansing! The location is fabulous! The staff is outstanding. The gal that does the housekeeping is super sweet but does the minimum amount of real cleaning. The maintenance guy is terrific and the driver who works Monday through Thursday is very accommodating and kind. Lots of activities daily, meals are decent (according to my dad) and the residents are very friendly! The move in was easy, but we did everything ourselves. I could not speak more highly of the staff! I'm glad he's there and not some stuffy place!! Very relaxed, to say the least!

Room size is large compared to other homes. Most staff are genuinely caring for residents. Lots of residents are in beginning stage of dementia. Portions have been smaller which is ok for the most part. More fruit for dessert instead of cakes. Some meals have too many carbs. Lots of pasta in their menus. I like it here. There is a larger % of beginning dementia residents than is good but I think every home is having to go this direction to keep occupancy up. I am in assisted living because of physical problems not mental yet. It's tough to keep your mind when so many are having dementia issues around you. We need good minds to visit with to keep ours healthy

My mother enjoyed a short-term stay in a furnished apartment as a trial run. That went so well that months later she decided to move in for six months which has now led to her deciding to make the Waterford her permanent address. Although it's a tough transition to give up her home, having a friendly, active, caring community in this new setting makes it a great decision. I am thankful that my mom has positive interactions with others, a nice apartment that she can decorate with her own furniture and pictures, and help with laundry and cleaning on a weekly basis. No more cooking or clean up since she can go to the dining room for meals. I'm thankful for the friendly employees who call my mom by name and for the friendly residents who call each other by name. You can count on fun activities to choose from thanks to a wonderful Activities Director. I appreciate the attention to detail in an inviting environment, a pleasant smell, a friendly culture, and safety measures.

The building is beautiful and clean but what sets this facility apart is the amazing staff. It is in a bit of a hidden location but is worth going to look at if you need care for a loved one! A hidden gem for sure! They have all new office staff and chef and are committed to excellent care. Take the time to visit this location

Have only been here a few weeks, but have met so many lovely people(don't know all their names yet, but am learning! My initial feeling when I walked in the front door was a big sigh,,, The front area and dining room were bright and inviting.( I didn't realize at first, but I had been here before, as a visitor to a resident, when we held a sorority meeting in the private dining room). The staff are wonderful and make the transition so easy. . The dining staff go out of their way to make us feel at home and I'm sure they often have to bite their tongues, but do a wonderful job. Hugs for each of them!! I'm glad I chose The Waterford to become my home.

I decided it was time for a change when my landlord raised my rent, my cleaning lady quit, and I was really tired of my own cooking. I looked at several places in the area. Some actually seemed very nice and appealing. But when I walked in the front door here it just felt like home. None of the others stood a chance. That decision has proven to be correct. My apartment is comfortable, the food is mostly good, (Can't please everyone all the time.) the staff seem willing to do whatever is necessary to insure our wellbeing and the neighbors are great. What more could one ask?

Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The staff and the other residents go out of their way to make you feel included. My apartment is comfortable and just what I need. After touring several other facilities, this is the best choice for me.

Doesn't care to do activities, he's a farmer don't care but ma enjoys them. Dad comes from not much money so everything costs to him.
