My grandmother and I loved the facility and location. It is nice and quiet. It's very well decorated and modern it feels welcoming. All of the staff are very friendly. My grandmother has not regretted moving here not one day since she moved in. She really does love everything about the Waterford. From the staff to the dining hall to the exercise classes and all of the activities that they offer.

What has made Benton House such a great experience for our family so far is that the facility is always clean and well maintained. The staff members are always helpful. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

The staff is friendly and care to get to know you and your family member. With me, they stay in the loop okay. I wish there was more communication just because I'm a helicopter daughter. Housekeeping is good! They take care of laundry and keeping his room clean, move in was super easy and they offered to help and even helped supply some things for his room. The meals look great, my dad hasn't complained or missed a meal! I would recommend the facility it has a nice homey feel and from the residents I've seen they're all happy their and they're all so nice.

I moved my mom into Vintage Garden from another facility. I am very happy with her being there. The care and caring is exceptional. They check on her often and go above and beyond in her care. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care. My mom cannot hear or see so can’t participate in many activities but they involve her as much as possible. I am happy with her room. She gets her hair done there and even the housekeeper goes in to talk with her many times a day. I have nothing but good things to say about Vintage Gardens. They just had a lovely Mother’s Day tea for the women. It was very nice.

[name removed] was helpful and informative. The apartment is spacious and inviting. The food is good and promptly served. We like the 24/7 front desk availability, daily checkin button and the help buttons. Also that we can add services if needed while still in independent living.

It's a beautiful place. The staff is caring and the interaction between the staff and the residents is amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place for their elderly parent's.

I feel safe here. Meals, medicating, bath and all assisted needs.

I love my room which is my home. I love the good help I receive here. It's nice to not cook or clean, the food is great and everything is so good that I eat here.

The staff is caring and attentive. It is a big relief to have my mom in a place with such a wonderful staff! This includes the management staff. The appear never to be bothered by questions or some very interesting questions from my mom. As far as the food goes , sometimes it is very good! And sometimes mom reports that the meat is tough and inedible.

My mother was previously a resident at North Pointe and she had a great experience at this facility. The staff was caring. North Pointe took good care of her. They did have a bed bug issue that they were treating, I guess that's to be expected? My mother was treated with love and was respected. They also had many activities available for the residents to participate in.

Recently, I called A Place for Mom to enlist their help in finding an assisted living facility for my mom to move into. It was kind of an urgent matter, and they were very helpful. After talking with my rep, [name removed], the first facility to call me (almost immediately) was Holiday Oakwood Hills - and [name removed], the sales manager, was beyond helpful. He listened, explained everything involved, and helped my brother and I get our mom approved and moved in in less than a week. The application and move in processes were very easy, and [name removed] and the rest of the staff have been really attentive to making sure my mom gets acclimated quickly and has everything she needs. I can't recommend Holiday Oakwood Hills highly enough!

[name removed] the sales director has been super friendly and helpful with tours and information getting us started at The Harrison for my mom. Communication has been great and everyone we have encountered has been friendly and helpful!

I would rate each one a 5. The Heritage took great care of mom, she enjoyed the activities and getting her hair done frequently. Everyone gave me a peace of mind knowing she was no longer alone. Nurse [name removed] was excellent at keeping us informed. My siblings enjoyed the meals shared with her. I can't put a value on that peace I found while she was there. She passed on[date removed] but had better quality of life while at the Heritage. My thanks to their staff and yours for making that possible.
