The staff at the Waterford at Mesquite has been really kind and supportive. They call every Sunday to check on my in-laws who are in rehab at the moment.

My Mom moved in to The Waterford at Thousand Oaks just over a year ago and from the first night we moved her in she said she felt right at home. She has enjoyed having options for social activities while still feeling independent. She enjoys the dining facilities but still has the option fix something for herself in her unit if she likes. We all feel happy that the individual units as well as the facility are designed with safety in mind. My Mom is still quite physically capable, but she's able to engage in all activities much more safely because of level surfaces, handrails, the zero-entry shower, etc. When the weather is nice she enjoys rocking on the outside porch and looks forward to walking the grounds. We appreciate the opportunity to attend special events when possible - Zumba! - but also appreciate seeing videos and pictures shared by the dedicated staff on social media. We're so glad our Mom has found this fun, friendly, safe home and she couldn't be happier herself!

The Courtyards Memory Care has been the right choice for my mom suffering from Dementia. She has been given the name [name removed] from the workers, who show love and compassion to my mom. They have installed fall detectors, which has already notified the facility when my mom has fallen. I feel like she is getting excellent care at a time when it is difficult to make the decision to find the right place for my mom. I have been very happy with my choice of The Courtyards.

I came to the Waterford community physical challenged and needing care. I was met with a level of professionalism that was outstanding. The experience I want to emphasize is that I was embraced and welcomed that was healing and genuine. The staff helped me with my food allergies for my meals and continued to order foods to help with new treats and nutrition that was a delight. I have made life long friends here with staff and residents. A wonderful community.

I would give all categories a 5 except for the value for cost. It is expensive but I know that's to be expected at most assisted living facilities. Based on the experience we have had we would absolutely recommend this community to others

It's been a good experience. Wife is in hospice care and staff has been attentive to our needs.. Food service to apartment has been excellent

I have had my mom at Waterford on Cooper for little over a year in the Magnolia Trails memory care unit. It has been a good place for mom and the staff is so gentle with her and all the patients. She loves playing bingo and coloring and at 99 she is good at doing both. The staff is always available to answer questions that may arise. I couldn’t be happier.

Since my mom became a resident all the staff and residents made her feel right at home. She really enjoys the activities they have and the friendships she’s made. The ability to have staff members take her shopping and doctors appointments has been very helpful for me taking the burden of having to take off work to get her to the appointments.

The care is second to none! Outstanding staff and residents. A little bit of change, but I can only see it going up and glowing up! Im looking forward to seeing the renvovations when they are done! The food is the bomb.com. It doesnt smell like pee, which I know sounds silly, but was a HUUUGE factor in picking this community. They did recently ask not to have birdfeeders, so that was a bit of a bummer for Grandma, but we understand if for the sanation of the community. Over all-amaizng place!

The meals and dining are definitely good, and definitely needs to have nutrition-oriented executive chef. (Too fatty, too heavy on carbs.-- this is from my mother , though... she's not a healthy eater, though, so if she thinks it's too fatty & too carbohydrate heavy) But she's not wasting away. The dining room is beautiful. Linen table cloths, high ceilings, light & airy. My mom complains that the dining staff, especially at breakfast aren't "nice " For activities, I WISH that I could give an evaluation. It seems to me that there are consistently offerings for exercise , entertainment, religious- (evangelical Christian only) . My mother declines to participate in any of these activities. This is the best senior living situation for her.

Staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. Staff are ready to help people and guide them in the right direction. Office seems very organized and they have a good system to screen everyone for any sickness.

[name removed]and everyone at Independence Village of East Lansing were very welcoming and went out of their way to make the transition as smooth as possible. We should’ve taken advantage of this facility much sooner.

There is an older resident here who has no family members left. He has no children, He had a big milestone birthday coming up, but wanted "no fuss." He told me his favorite childhood food was cinnamon sugar toast. When I approached out dining services director about my special very discreet request on his bday she was all IN and made it happen. No candles, no fanfare. He just felt membered all because the dining service director said ABSOULUTELY. She personally made it herself.

Iron Bridge has a staff that is truly committed to the well-being and happiness of the residence. They work as a team with everyone supporting each other. On any given day, the Director can be seen interacting directly with both staff and residence, calling everyone by name. They provide many additional benefits including fall, alert units, a well coordinated and varied activities program with an extremely enthusiastic activities Director, housekeeping staff that go above and beyond, maintenance staff who are readily available to assist, dietary staff who know everyone by name, and transportation support that is available on both a scheduled and impromptu basis. There is always someone at the reception desk 24 hours a day for calls, information, and assistance. The facility its self is very clean, odor free, bright, and welcoming I personally feel anyone who visits, would find this an above average facility.

Since Sonida Senior Living took over, the quality of care at the Waterford at Round Rock has greatly improved. The new management team is more engaged and attentive, ensuring that the care provided to residents is consistently excellent. I’ve noticed a positive change in the overall atmosphere, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the well-being of each resident. I highly recommend the Waterford at Round Rock for your loved one, as the improvements under new ownership have truly made a difference.

I am a nurse from a local agency outside of the facility and was very impressed by the friendliness of staff and the cleanliness of the facility as well as the calendar of activities and all of the amenities available for the residents.

My experience year has been very well. I have enjoyed the facility and visiting with my client with no problems everyone’s friendly and helpful. I am his room is always clean his laundries done on schedule time. He’s enjoyed his meals. I think his special meal is breakfast they’ve made his eggs according to how he likes them. Overall, I think the family is very happy. All his needs are well taken care of.

I have lived at this community since 2019. I like when we get to take trips to Walmart on the bus. I try to stay update on the latest activity. The food I would say does need improvement. Overall the staff is nice and friendly.

The Waterford community isn't just somewhere to lay your head, it's home. From the incredibly kind and helpful staff to the residents, every one is one big family.
