Moving my Mom to The Waterford on Cooper was the best decision I could have made for her. The caregivers are the kindest most gentle loving people I've ever met. The move-in was a breeze. In Memory-care, they have their meals at one large table together and they sign songs before the meal. Mom loves that. She may not know who I am anymore, but she remembers the words to songs and loves singing. Her happiness is everything to me and while nothing can prepare you for what it's like to care for a parent, I know she is in the best place possible and getting cared for and loved by wonderful staff

The nursing staff is very concientious and kind but are diligent with safety, and following rules. The head nurse really puts residents first, and spends extra time visiting and getting to know new residents better. The facility is clean and maintained well. The social director is interactive with residents and keeps a full calendar of activities should residents choose to participate. We have chosen to use the Baylor House Calls program which provides a Nurse Practitioner and assistant to visit the facility every week to do sick calls or well checks. They can even perform X-rays, blood draws and physicals in the residents’ room! That works so well!!

My loved one was previously a resident at Cottonwood Village and the experience was great. Everything was just great. The staff was amazing. I would highly recommend Cottonwood Village to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Benton House of West Ashley and the overall experience has been great. The staff is great and so is the value for cost. I would recommend Benton House of West Ashley to others.

I came here last week with my husband and we attended the event they were having. It was an amazing experience and the residents really loved it. I want to thank everyone for the hospitality and a big thanks to the activity director. He was so nice and helpful.

I toured this place yesterday morning and it was so beautiful in there. The staff was amazing and the place was very clean. I really enjoyed the area they had in place for the residents as well. I would highly recommend.

The Etta had been very accommodating for mom. They keep her busy with activities and the care is good. The staff had been very helpful to me and keeps me informed. Mom started out in the AL and has moved to the Memory Care because of extra care.

I have lived at the Waterford for 6 years. It is very friendly and the staff is excellent, very kind and courteous. The apartments are spacious and comfortable with fireplaces!

Georgetown Place has such a family feel to it, that was the main reason we chose this facility over others. It is a great place to live.

We give Waterford at Hartford 5's across the board! Great Staff, very caring. Quality memory care. I highly recommend them to others looking.

Friendly staff felt welcomed when would come to visit. The rooms are nice and the facility is clean. The room was more spacious for their price compared to a few others.

I would highly recommend Anthology of Louisville. The facility is beautiful! The staff are very attentive and friendly. The one important area of concern I will lift up is that the community is not very diverse, which is a concern when you think about cultural things like food and entertainment choices, religious service options, etc. The staff is diverse, but that's not the same as having neighbors who look like you. Overall, Anthology is a great facility and my Dad is comfortable there, which makes me happy. But all long term care facilities (the lack of diversity was an issue at all facilities we toured) need to look at strategies to meet the whole person needs of each resident and you can't do that without addressing diversity and inclusion.

Staff is incredible. Over all this is a great facility. Would like to see more off site activities offered to the residents. Meals most often are good but the menu needs changed. Residents need more options. All staff is extemely friendly.

I am very thankful for all the staff that helped us with my Mom. My Mom came to the Waterford weary from all that she had been through in the past three months. The staff helped make her as comfortable as possible and aided us in how to take care of her. This is a very special place and a wonderful atmosphere. I love how they took care of my Nana. It was a very attentive, clean, as sweet place. The employees seemed to enjoy working there and were caring towards their residents. Although my Nana was only there a week before she passed, I highly recommend The Waterford on Cooper.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Waterford on Cooper. I thought that The Waterford was a very good place for loved one's who are struggling with dementia. The special care and ongoing attention was excellent for my loved one. The staff were trained and able to care for a wide variety of individuals suffering from not only dementia but also many physical and temperamental conditions. I would recommend The Waterford to others.

So far it has been a good experience. What they offered compared with their price is great.

They've been going through some management changes and all of the staff have been absolutely wonderful. Making sure the residents had what they needed. You can tell that the priority of all the workers is ensuring the staff is well taken care of as well as the residents moving in was super simple. We had a moving cart and went up the elevator right into her room. They have housekeeping that comes in once a week to do your linens and clean up the apartment and they take your trash out for you every night. You just set it out by the door. The meals are delicious. We did have a hiccup for a little while while they were changing chefs, but otherwise they've been fantastic. Lots of activities around like the eclipse today, at a party they have bingo. They have all extracurricular activities and my mom is just thoroughly enjoying it. [Name removed] is the new Director there along with [names removed]. They are absolutely amazing women, they definitely go above and beyond to make sure people are taken care of.

We toured this facility looking to place our mother. We did not admit her yet due to her level of care at this time. I just want people to know that the Admission Director spent so much time with us & gave us so much helpful information. She is a wealth of knowledge. Thank you for all that you do to help people! When our mom is clinically ready for AL, we will be right back to Whispering Pines Village. Thank you!
