While searching for an assisted living/memory care facility for our loved one, we visited The Waterford. [name removed] did a great job of explaining the services and accommodations at Waterford and allowed us multiple opportunities to visit the facility. She helped arrange an assessment for our loved one so that we could be assured of the services that would be received. Sadly, our loved one was not able to make it Waterford, but we knew that if he had, he would have been well cared for by folks who are empathetic and compassionate. The facility exuded a peaceful atmosphere where we saw residents being engaged and treated with respect. Knowing that these decisions are very difficult for families, [name removed] and the team at Waterford did a great job of making us feel comfortable and re-assured of the care they provide.

Been a very pleasant arrival experience. Been here 2 weeks and 4 days. I love my apartment and the staff is very helpful and diligent to details. All are very friendly.

I was only temporarily at Waterford at Baytown due to surgery and was only there for two weeks. During the time I was there, I can say everyone there was very nice to me. I was very comfortable and relaxed.

I had a wonderful experience touring Whispering Pines Village with [name removed] the Marketing/ Sales Director. I was met at the door by the front desk receptionist who helped me sigh in. She was very pleasant and helpful. I witnessed a few residents enjoying a morning conversation with each other in the lobby. They seemed very happy as they were also listing to their own music via a speaker with Alexa. The home was clean and the rooms were very well planned for accommodating the needs of an elderly parent. I appreciate the time [name removed] spent with me answering many questions. It is not easy looking for the best place for an aging parent and she made it a pleasant experience. I would recommend this establishment for sure! Thank you [name removed]

Caring and sharing. I have been a resident here for going on 3 years. The staff is willing to share their time with me and are very caring when I’m comes to my well being. I enjoy the meals that are cooked for me. Overall I think this is a great place to live!!

Waterford at College Station was everything it advertised itself to be! After going online to see the local options for our mother's care, all the siblings quickly agreed on this choice being the right one to care for our Mom. From our first visit, [name removed] was a wealth of information-she told us what we could expect in the facility, the different rooms available, and the daily activities offered to the residents. She noted Mom's activities for daily living would be incorporated into her care plan-she wanted to know about our Mom's daily habits, her likes/dislikes, routines and preferences. While moving your parent somewhere is usually met with skepticism-we had absolute faith and trust in Waterford & [name removed]!

[name removed] was very gracious and well informed. She answered all of the questions knowledgeable. Definitely aware of resident physical abilities. She was charismatic and respectful.

I like to be out and about and be social. Activities are fun. I like the staff and they watch out for me. I have made friends with residents. I like the meals, especially breakfast and the variety of things offered. I feel safe here.

Excellent. Caring. Responsive engaging. I picked this community because of referrals.

It's those that work here that makes Waterford so GREAT! This includes all the managers, the food service staff, housekeeping maintenance and social planning. The smile on the residents' face tell the real story!

My mom has been a resident for a year now and both she and I love the place. It is very affordable compared to similar apartments and It is clean, well maintained and the staff is outstanding. I can't recommend. It highly enough.

I have made many friends. Everyone is so very nice. The Staff is just great. Very helpful and friendly. I have a wonderful and spacious apartment with a picture perfect view. Good food and fun activities to be had by all!

My experience at Waterford is great. I am allowed to participate in both activities and events. For example we arranged a fashion. We formed a Christmas choir, singing the twelve days of Christmas. For Easter we put together a play titled "The meaning of Easter. We also take part in weekly activities such as Zumba, volleyball, theology studies and much more.

The best care by the best staff!

Our visit was informative and pleasant. We learned a lot and are interested in a possible future residing here.

The representative was very informative was very informative, she answered all questions or concerns. The building was very nice and had many convivences. Everyone was polite and kind. We felt very comfortable.

As Moms situation changes, the staff at The Waterford adjust and do what is necessary to see that Mom receives the best level of care that she deserves. [name removed] and [name removed] are so caring, gentle and understanding of her needs. [name removed] sees that meals are healthy and tasty and always has a smile on her face. [name removed] welcomes us as if we are family. And [name removed] holds it all together. We are grateful to each and every member of this wonderful staff.
