Warm and welcoming facility and staff. Room sizes are very good and amenities are adequate.

My son found the Waterford for me to spend the rest of my life. Came from Shelby WI to be close to his family ( 5 minutes from his home) I enjoy it very much. It is clean and friendly of staff and residents. Back of building land needs clean up.

5 on all. Everyone is so kind. They truly care about the residents and we would absolutely, 100% recommend this community to other families.

I moved back to the Madison area where I'm originally from, about 8 years ago and looked at various options. I've been pleasure with my decision to live at the Waterford. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. While in independent I don't use the care provider but they seem to be very good.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and service @ Rosemont. It was a clean, well equipped facility and friendly staff. Although my mom rarely participated they had a variety of activities and events to cater to the needs of residents. Chef had regular sessions with residents and asked input regarding meals which were very appetizing.

The staff in general is very responsive. Once you establish a rapport with the people in charge, they will go out of their way to make sure your loved one is well taken care of I find it best to work with the staff on behalf of your loved one. I had a specific scenario yesterday with my loved one. I was able to get her showered and changed and the minute I let the staff know that that was happening, they were Johnnie on the spot to clean her room thoroughly and do her laundry. Her laundry was returned within the hour, there is a lady there who does laundry that folds with absolute perfection. It's fun to see the laundry come back. (She has one client that literally takes pictures of the fantastic job she does.)

My mom has been in memory care (Magnolia Trails) for almost 2 years. I toured almost every facility in Kansas City and Ashton by far exceeded expectations. The rooms are like small apartments and the color scheme makes them very homey. The staff is amazing to not only my mom, but to me also. They have been my support through every step of the way. They are never to busy to answer questions or just to talk if I'm upset. The food is remarkable! There is a daily menu and also an all the time menu plus snacks throughout the day. There are so many activities and [name removed] the activities director is amazing! She takes them on field trips, does nails, goes on walks, makes every holiday super special and even does things for football days. The truth is, nobody will ever treat your parents how you do, but the love the staff has is amazing. My mom has her dignity at all times, she is fed, she has her hair done in cute styles every day, she gets her nails painted, she plays games and does artwork

I toured serveral facilities & knew right away Addison was the best fit for my father! [name removed] made me feel life family when I toured & showed interest not only in my father but also myself as his daughter. During the tour it was clear the staff were happy as many were introduced to me & shared they had been there since the building opened. This is unheard of in healthcare having long lasting staff. To me this meant they are happy which means my Dad would be taken care of by happy people & not people just there to clock in & out. Thier animal therapy is amazing! I have recieved pictures of Dad with chickens, emus, dogs & even kittens! They hatched emu eggs & raised them there. They have a community dog that brightens the residents days. Truly could not provide half the joy the Addison does for my father even if I cared for him myself!!

I like the size. It's nice a small. The floor memory care is on is well set and we would recommend The Ashton on Dorsey to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

The bond I have at Northpointe is like no other. They are always smiling and willing to help when I step foot in the door. I'm a hospice aide and out of all facilities this one is my best. They treat their patients with dignity and the best care.

Staff is real friendly and helpful facility is very clean keeps residents very busy my mother enjoys herself here.

I've been in facilities all across this state and North Pointe is the BEST one! It's all about the staff! Everyone here is kind, professional and compassionate. I don't see that compassion everywhere. It's a breath of fresh air to come here and know how the patriates are so well loved and cared for.

Southern Meadows has been nothing but wonderful to our family for the entire process of moving our loved one into a memory care facility. Each meeting with the Director [name removed] was informative and caring to make sure the facility could accommodate the needs and wants of our family member. She even arranged FaceTime meetings to help the process along. From the moment we arrived to start the intake process [name removed] and the entire staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They served us family dinner as they introduced us to all the staff who would be helping with our Aunt’s daily needs. Everyone was so kind and empathetic to show their support to our family. All the nurses and staff are prompt in helping with daily medicines, and meals, and tending to our Aunt’s basic needs. The facility and grounds are beautiful and well kept, organized, and clean. The garden was a favorite place to visit and we can rest easier knowing there is a beautiful and loving new home for our Aunt to enjoy.
