We really enjoyed the Thanksgiving dinner they had tonight at the Assisted Living!! The food was hot and delicious and the staff was so nice and helpful!! We enjoyed the music too! If I have any concerns they are quick to fix the issue and make things better.

I toured several assisted-living communities while looking for a place that would be a good fit for my mom. Middleton Crossing stood out from the others (all in positive ways) from the moment I walked through the door. The first thing that struck me was that the common spaces are especially spacious and bright with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, and decoration. Uplifting and inviting are the adjectives that come to mind and it was easy to imagine that residents would want to spend time there beyond just mealtime or scheduled activities. The next thing that stood out was that everyone I encountered (staff and residents alike) seemed genuinely happy and outgoing. In hindsight, this was the most important indicator that this would end up being the right place for us. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. Assistance with tasks is tailored to every resident's individual needs. The dining program is exceptional. We're truly happy to have discovered Middleton Crossing.

We moved my mom in and the staff was very welcoming and made our entire transition so easy. We were really worried about her and how well she was going to adapt because she was downsizing from her home of 20+ years, but through all the group events, dinners, and activities she really feels a sense of community that has made the transition effortless.

I have been at at this community for a little over a year. Fun fact-twenty years ago I once worked here as driver! Of course its not home, but it's as close as its can be. The staff here goes out of their way in any way they can. From administrators down to housekeeping.

She took her time and spent most of the day with our family showing us around the community and answering all of our questions.
