My mom has been here since May 2024. I must say, after touring many facilities, I am so happy that we chose The Addison. The staff is super friendly and it feels so much like a family atmosphere. My mom is really thriving here.

What we like the most about Rosemont is the friendliness of the staff and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I toured this community and what a lovely experience! The staff were delightful and the community was cleaned and smelled good. [name removed] was very informative and took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. The community is full so [name removed] was able to refer me to a sister property in Oviedo but that is a little too far for me. Hopefully, a room will open up soon.

The administrative staff and nursing staff are amazing, professional, caring and efficient. My mom has been there for almost a year and everyone treats us like we’re all part of a family. Extremely clean facility inside and out. A special and well-deserved shout-out to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], name removed][ and [name removed]. You’ll never find an administrative staff more caring than this group. The nursing staff are also very caring, keeps the family always in the loop, and also very professional. We deal mostly with [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] and they, along with the others assigned to my mom’s section, are very caring. My family and my mom feel extremely safe at this facility.

The Addison has truly become a home for my grandmother, where she feels a sense of comfort and belonging. She frequently talks about how much she loves the warm atmosphere and the caring staff, who always go the extra mile to make her feel at ease. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and designed with a focus on the residents’ well-being. My grandmother appreciates the strong sense of community among the residents, and she enjoys the various activities that keep her engaged and connected. The Addison has given her a place where she not only feels cared for but also feels like she belongs.

Parents love it here. They’re really happy and the staff is awesome. I love to come up on the Brightline and visit with them. It makes me feel good to see them. Happy and loving the employees.. The staff here is awesome. I love coming to visit my parents and see the smiles on their faces.

The Addison at Narcoossee is a perfect place for my parents. We’ve looked a long time to find this place, and we are so grateful they are thriving and living their best life ever. Everyone here is amazing and so respectful to all the resident. You can definitely tell the love and their hearts for their jobs.

We had a great tour of this lovely community. Our mother is going to love the homelike feel of this facility. The residents seem very happy to live here. We are looking forward to our mother making this necessary move. Thank you!

This Facility is outstanding, The resident are nice and helpful. The Staff is great and very helpful including [name removed], She is very knowledgeable, smart and nice. If you like good food this the place to live.I give this facility 5+ stars.

I visited my great aunt today and found her playing bingo, which she really enjoys. The activity program is excellent. The new management has really improved the atmosphere in the building. I would definitely recommend this place to my loved ones. The staff is very professional and caring. I can’t ask for a better place for my great aunt!

The staff was very nice and the facility was clean and and comfortable. The food the super good too. The restrooms are surprisingly clean. The are very festive and decorated for the holidays. [named removed] was very helpful and and answered every question we could possibly think of.

Came to visit my uncle. The Waterford is a beautiful assisted living. The employees are very attentive and top notch. Lauren the concierge was so friendly and was so helpful. I am so happy my uncle is here.

What I like the most about The Waterford is the friendly staff members, and the fun activities they have going on for us residents I like living here and I would recommend this community to other families.

I would tell others looking into Rosemont for their loved ones that the staff Honestly Cares about each resident as if they was their own family. As far as the room sizes go, there are many options & choices for residents & their families that will suit their needs.

I moved in last month and everything from the housekeeping, the laundry, the Acivities are excellent. The front Desk is so helpful. This is an overall wonderful experience. 100 times better then what I had before. I amazed at how many staff we have and they are always RIGHT ON CALL. I'm making new friends. It seems everybody is happy including residents.

They are a very well trained organization. They get stuff done as soon as possible. Super friendly. On top of the staff and training for the employees. The caregivers are very sweet and super attentive.

We moved in 2 months ago. This has been a blessing. The entire staff has been great and so kind. The food is great with a lot of options and a great salad bar. Great activities and music entertainment ! Happy hour on Fridays is a great treat.

The staff is always friendly, helpful, informative and go out of their way. They are also very supportive.

We had a great tour of this facility. It presented well on the inside. Residents appeared to be very happy. I do think the outside of the facility needs some attention. It is dated. It needs cleaned up & pressure washed.
