Our first experience with the facility was a tour with myself my sister and my parents. The trip was very informative. Lead staff was helpful with any questions and very friendly when my parents first arrived. My mother was not happy where she was and my father was in a confused state, however, after 3 to 4 weeks and getting more involved with the activities and the involvement of the staff, the change that we’ve seen in my mother and how happy she’s become with her surroundings and my dad getting involved as much as he can has been a joy and a relief for myself and my siblings. Thank you for having my parents in a safe happy and active community.

My mother-in-law is a resident at this location and I’m so happy for her and all of us. This location is full of warmth and love. From the remarkable staff to the friendly residents. The cleanliness is A+ and the different decorations are alway so welcoming.

Our mom is so well taken care of and happy, safe & secure. Best decision we ever made! The staff takes such good care of the residents and we can tell they are always sincere & genuine. Our family always feels welcome when visiting.

My mother is living at The Addison of Narcoossee. I am so comforted in knowing she is happy, safe, and very well taken care of! The staff is attentive to my mother’s needs and always welcoming when I go for a visit.

The short stay my husband was at The Waterford, he loved the staff. They took such great care of him.

From my first visit I knew that this was the place for my mom. When you walk in the door there's a feeling of peace. She has been attending the ADP for a few months, has made friends and I finally after 8 years have found my own peace. I drop my mom off and do not worry about her. I know that she is in great hands. I thank the entire staff as they all show such wonderful care to my mother. They are polite, friendly, caring and loving. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] are among some of the Angel's walking among this house. This facility is home and I'm thankful every day that I'm able to bring my mother here.

The staff at the Wellington is wonderful and the activities are fun! The meals are mostly good! I really like it here!

Mom has been here since March 2024 and they have taken excellent care of her. The staff provide caring and helpful service in a family environment. The family is encouraged and welcome anytime and there are family events monthly. My mother commented on the cleanliness of the facility when we first arrived and that has never changed. The staff is top notch and react to your every need. In my opinion one sign of an excellent run facility is reactions to a problem. Any issues no matter how small are addressed immediately to your satisfaction. Can't say enough good things about Addison([community name removed] til recently).

The staff is very helpful and attend to her every need. They help her with getting dressed to giving pills and even taken showers. You can ask staff about anything and they will het your answers you need. They feed them 3 meals a day. Play games and do crafts. They stay up to date on Med issues. They also take trips (day). If you're thinking of a place for your loved ones. You need to check Waterford out. My mom loves it here, say she wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

My wife and I could not live at home she live 3 years and 3 month after we moved in. I tell everyone that is looking to move in. That you can't live at home, this the place to live.

I stop to visit my mom every week, and never can find her in her apartment. She is always upstairs enjoying some activities. Between bingo, dominoes, art projects, puzzles, exercise, church service, and music entertainment. She is never in her apartment. She thanks me all of the time, for helping our family move her in here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. She also looks forward to the many trips, that they have throughout the year.

My mother is in the memory care at the Addison. When she first arrived she was weak, malnourished and not a happy person. She received therapy, started eating meals with others and began to enjoy the activity program. Mom is doing great, has gained weight and has friends. Thank you for all you do!!

Placing my uncle at the Addison of Narcoossee was the best thing for him. He has found meaning and purpose to life again and he couldn’t be happier. He also met a nice lady friend which helped him start taking pride in his appearance again. Thank you Addison Family!!

My apartment is spacious and comfortable. The other residents are friendly, and the staff is also friendly, as well as caring and competent. They go out of their way to learn our likes and dislikes, so that they can make us happy.

The Addison is a lovely community and their caregivers are always very attentive. All the residents seem very content, well cared for and happy. They have great activities. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend..

I recently toured The Addison and was very impressed. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and seemed genuinely caring towards the residents. I was particularly impressed with the variety of activities and programs offered to residents. There were opportunities for socializing, exercise, and intellectual stimulation. The dining area was bright and inviting, and the food looked delicious. Overall, I felt that The Addison would be a great place for my grandmother.
