Facility is well kept, the staff is very friendly and willing to help. The Director of Nursing is very knowledgeable. Residents busy with activities throughout the day. Happy hour always seems to be a huge hit with amazing snacks and beverages.

Very welcoming. Answers all questions in timely fashion. Learned our names. Learned our loved ones name and got her involved in activities. Everyone friendly from the front desk and on back to residents rooms. They have scheduled various dinners and activities that include the family members to participate in. The memory care is clean, beautiful, with a lovely fireplace, large screen TV, shelves of books and comfy chairs. At all meals, the staff is right there, close by in the room and at the table to assist in any way in needed.

This is a great place to work. Everyone is very good at their job and make you feel important. They have great respect for all our residents and show cared empathy.

Hands down the most incredible care workers I've met. They all enjoy their jobs and truly care about the residents. Super helpful. Always smiling. Laughing. Attentive to every need. My brother [name removed] loves living there and we are blessed to have found him such an amazing place.

Moms Healthcare needs are being taken care of she is in the best health I have seen in years the staff is so accommodating always friendly and make you feel right at home here. Mom is very happy here, we wish we would have moved her here years ago.

I am so happy I found this place for my father. The social activities here are just what he needs. 3 solid meals are included in the Monthly rent. The dining experience is top notch. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 puts me at ease. Recommend this location for anybody.

Crown Pointe is a great senior living community! Right when you walk through the door the feeling is so warm and inviting. The Atrium is one of the best areas in the building. That is where all the action takes place. From morning exercise to playing games and hanging out with friends.

The residents here are very friendly and staff helpful and caring. This is a great community if you’re looking for a place to live. Special thanks to the sales director [name removed]. She’s absolutely amazing.

Waterford is a very nice place

Mom is in the memory care unit of Vintage Gardens. She has a studio apartment with her own furniture. The care givers take care of mom’s bathing and toiletry needs. They get her up each morning and getting her to the dining areas for her meals and activities. This gives mom a chance to be social with the other residents in Memory Care. The care givers will give mom a manicure each week and has her hair done by the beautician. They take care of cleaning her apartment and doing her laundry. Mom has an occupational therapist and a physical therapist work with her twice a week. She is getting her strength and flexibility back.

I work with a Hospice group who has patients in this facility. Our patients are all well taken care of. Staff is attentive and loving to their patient. They always keep them engaged in activities. Would definitely recommend this facility.

My mother has been here 1 1/2 years. She came from another facility because she was unhappy. I can't say enough about the staff. I ask her all the time if she likes it and she always says yes, everyone is so nice.

After mom got COVID and fell several times in one day, she was admitted to the hospital. She went from the hospital to rehab and 10 days later she moved into the Ashton. We had looked at several other places but the Ashton had the best feel. We were worried mom might be sad and miss home, but everyone is so friendly and there is so much to do, she settled right in. She’s very happy and we know she’s safe. What more could you ask for? The Ashton is the answer to our prayers.

I've lived here for a number of years and have been happy with the staff and enjoy the company of the residents who live here. I'm happy with the location and size of my apartment and love that I get three meals prepared for me every day.

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful The kitchen is awesome [name removed] is a great chief and friend. Would recommend this to anyone. The residents are friendly ,always saying hi and hanging out together. Has a nice front porch and patio to sit and enjoy the weather

Summit Corners is the most wonderful Assisted Living/Memory Care facility I have found! I put in a lot of research hours, had help from an agency as well as visited 10 other different facilities. Every single staff member is absolutely wonderful!! Summit Corners is also an exceptionally clean facility. Along with three meals (and snacks) a day, housekeeping and laundry are also provided. The Chef takes great pride in making delicious meals. If you don’t want what is on the menu for the day, you have other choices. There are plenty of different types of activities, something for everyone. They also do bus trips for shopping and sight seeing. Happy hour is every Friday with a wide variety of entertainment. My mom’s apartment is absolutely phenomenal. She loves living there as well as all the staff. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I would highly recommend Summit Corners without hesitation. Simply stated, I would not take my loved one any where else.

Great facility to be apart of!

I am a past resident family, but I am taking care of someone else that lives in the village. My mother was in the memory care unit and she has passed away, but I love Cottonwood Village. The people here are fantastic. There is nothing that they would not do for you if it were humanly possible, and if they couldn’t do it, they would find someone who could I still come back to take care of a resident that lives there now and still love everybody at the village

Since moving to the Oakes, mom has made many friends, she gets more exercise, enjoys movies, bingos and sitting in the sun with friends she is a very social person and her neighbors have been open and encouraged her to join in. Although the dining room is clean, staff are friendly and she enjoys her friends at the table. Meals are on time and what’s on the menu. The quality of food has room for improvement. I would like to see more fresh or made from scratch dishes, fruits and vegetables could be offered more too. She loves the soda machine but the caffeine really isn’t good for her heart. The person who cleaned her apartment gives it a good lick and promised but if we want any deep cleaning done the family comes in to do it.

I seen this place as being clean and good smelling. I seen the staff hustling to help residents. The activities looked to be fun and the residents seemed to enjoy theirself. Love the location and how close to everything you would need.
