The staff is like family! They go above and beyond to know each individuals like and dislike. They truly know what senior living is all about.

I love the location in a safe neighborhood. My apt is wonderful, large, quiet, bright and clean. They take you to stores and lots of outside activities along with activities in the facility. Friendly residents I enjoy being with. I feel at home.

My mother in law recently move into The Woodlands of Hamilton. From our 1st tour until now our family has been very pleased. The staff is very involved with residents and treat them with kindness. Great place!

Everyone at Woodlands are very good at their possession. Always helpful not only to residents but family also. All do a great job.

My grandmother has lived in the Memory Care Facility since [date removed]. The staff goes over-and-above to provide great care for her. They really care about to provide great care for her. They really care about the residents and let us know immediately if there are any issues we need to deal with or know about. The only reason I gave a "3" below for value for cost us b/c the rent went up 10% after only 6 mos. of living there she's in a senior private room.

Best place in Hamilton for my mom. The cost is so reasonable compared to other places in the country and other places locally. The director of the memory unit is awesome and understands dementia residents. The ladies at the front desk always greets you with a smile and knows everyone by first their name. The director are great and so is the person in charge of billing. I am so surprised that everyone knows my mom by her first name and her personality.

Everyone has made this move much easier. The staff is friendly and kind. The environment has the warmth of living in a house. There are daily activities provided by a fun group of employees. The residents are kept informed on all the activities. The dining area is more like a restaurant and the food is very good.

My husband and I have actually has four parent reside at Waterford. [names removed] and [name removed] we have been extremely happy with the care they have received. The facilities is always clean, staff is contour. friendly's and attentive towards the residents. They also keep them engaged with all the activities they provides. Overall we have been very pleased with the Waterford fun the care that they received.

I have lived at The Lodge for a few years now. I've been happy meeting new friends, and the staff here are great. Every morning at 10:00 I do the daily exercise, and that keeps me active. I like the meals, and we celebrate special events and holidays.

During the Thanksgiving season my wife and I visited my uncle at the Waterford and the receptionist sweetly asked us to leave a review of the facility and had a simple QR code so I obliged. I am very pleased with the building and staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. My uncle is happy here and well cared for. We are grateful.

My mother recently moved into Crown Pointe's Memory Care. This was such a hard decision but the staff did a great job making our family feel at ease. The care has been amazing. I get texts and pictures sent to me of my mother doing activities and it just warms my heart. I wish I would have moved her soon but I'm so thankful that now when I visit her I get to just enjoy her company. I know she is well taken care of.

Can't say enough about the wonderful staff! Never pressured us, only showed us possibilities that would suit my parents and their appropriate level of care/assistance needed. Always accessible via phone and email, we had great correspondence with a variety of folks at Cottonwood Village. Helped with the transition coming straight from a SNF, provided information regarding everything from what to expect for internet access in the community to connecting with in-house medical providers. I'm happy that my parents are happy and now call Cottonwood Village home

We are so happy we found Vintage Greens! This facility is for residents that can do most care for themselves, staff available to help as needed. Staff does laundry and housekeeping will administered medicine, help residents as needed. Nice large rooms with very large closet along with microwave, small refrigerator room for personal items like lounge chair and TV.

We were so nervous about finding a good fit for my aunt and we luckily came to this place. We have nothing but good things to say, this place has put our worries to ease! The transition was way better than we could have imagined. We highly recommend this place.

The prices are great and it is just a welcoming place!!! They have plenty of activities and the food is great. Staff is always willing to help in anyway they can. Cleaning staff ensures that the entire place is cleaned.

This is a well ran facility that made my loved one’s experience very comfortable. The staff is exceptional and informative. Our tour highlighted all of the things the Wellington had to offer. We were made to feel like we were a priority and did not feel rushed or pressured into making a decision we were not ready to make. We really appreciated that.

My friend is very happy at her new home. I'm so thankful to know she's at a place where she is cared for around the clock with people who genuinely have a passion for the profession. Thank you for making The Wellington such an inviting place!

Food experience here!

Vintage gardens is where my mom has found a place she calls home! She loves the workers as much as they love her! They are ready to help in any way they can! Great place if you have a family member needing a little assistance at home.

My Mother lives at the Waterford Plano They are so kind and helpful. The food is Great and servi e is good. I would recommend this facility to anyone.. I feel like if you're loved one or friend needs a Sr Favility This is the place to be..Thank you
