From the moment of arrived at Middleton Crossing. I have been treated wonderful in every way and how comfortable at care feel here. The amenities are unless so I need not worry should I need help of any. Nature thanks to [name removed].

I think the people have been very friendly and are willing to help. I have made my own little friend group here. My friends always want to get me to meal service right away. The bingo is one of my favorite activities and I have not had one period of loneliness here. I love walking the building and grounds. [name removed] is amazing with activities and Luis is a man who gets everything done!

My experience here has been good. The staff has been good, they make sure I have everything I need. The neighbors are friendly, although I don't know all their names yet. I like that the area is quiet, and everyone here seems to enjoy themselves.

Breakfast is my favorite. The aides and whole staff is good. I really enjoy my room, I have a very large studio. I also like the residents! At meals I like that you can get substitutions.

The Harrison is outstanding! They treat their residents with care. The premises is very clean and welcoming. They provide a driver and transportation to doctor appointments and provide weekly trips to Walmart for the residents. They provide a variety of activities and social events the residents and even guests may attend. The Harrison is a very friendly community and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into assisted living! Gives everyone a peace of mind!??

We liked the facility's look and spacious room. Caregivers were nice and meals were fine. We did have to move our Mom to a gold level care center that accepts Medicaid because she ran out of money and couldn't stay at the original facility.

Our aunt chose this assisted living community for herself 2 years ago, after her Alzheimer’s diagnosis. It has been an amazing home for her. Her apartment is beautiful, the staff is amazing and have become like family to her, her days are busy with fun activities and adventures, and she has made wonderful friends. It’s also a small enough community that no one falls through the cracks-everyone receives top-notch care. Oh! Bonus-the food is excellent!

I have been associated with the Waterford at Mansfield for several years. The residents stay busy and enjoy their community. I see lots of smiles from everyone. This is a very upbeat facility. There is always something good!

When I visited the staff was very friendly to everyone. There is a nice large dining area for residents and guests. It looks like they do a lot of fun activities from looking at the calendar and all the photos. Overall, I feel like this is a great community!

Waterford staff is caring, knowledgeable and attentive to resident needs. They respond promptly and professionally to family concerns and the changing needs of loved ones. Engaging residents in onsite programming and community outings is given priority and provides a variety of opportunities to meet various interests. The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained.

Mom liked that they had an organized group of residents who welcome new folks and help them meet people. She enjoyed the meals, and 2 per day is mostly what she normally eats. They had a variety of activities such a craft groups, games, and social hours with various live music performances. She could engage as much or as little as she feels on ant given day.

If family was to ask where to take me stay I would always choose here. I also to play bingo with everyone. And I also I can be left alone. When I want.

The outing are fun. I like going on those. The kitchen staff are very nice. I like the building its very clean.

I like that there is different things to do around the building. And everyone is very friendly

I love to sit out on the living room and socialize. And I love my room and the size is very nice. And I like that we have a piano I can play.
