I love this place! The atmosphere is so inviting. Everyone is so welcoming starting with the person sitting at front desk. This community is very active. There is always something to do. The food here is wonderful. If you don’t like the special, there are a variety of other options.

My brother lives at Crown Pointe. I am so happy to know he is taken care of. Unfortunately, I was no longer able to care for him and we had to get him moved right away. The ladies in sales got him in right away and took excellent care of us. The nurse was fantastic and she is easy to communicate with. The process was very smooth and now I have the peace of mind to know he is thriving.

I have a very dear friend who lives at Crown Pointe. She is very happy there. All the staff are wonderful to her. She feels very safe and loves all the activities that are offered. She loves the wide variety of food options offered.

My mom has lived here for 2 years and she enjoys Crown Pointe. Since living here she was able to go from needing assistance and living in assisted living to going to independent living and being independent. My mom still gets all of her meals included and she gets transportation to medical visits. My mom also really enjoys all the activities that Crown Pointe has. This is a very social community with something always going on for the residents.

I’ve grown to love this community. They have taken great care of my dad and he is thriving. At Crown Pointe they have Powerback therapy which has been working with my dad and he is already getting stronger. The staff are all very caring and really take great care of the residents. Dad loves the food and has even been going to several activities which I was surprised they could get him to go.

I've lived here for a very long time, and some things have changed over the years. We have some staff that have worked here as long as I've lived here and it's nice to see familiar faces every day. We are located within walking distance of a few good restaurants and Walgreens is right next door. This is very convenient for those who don't drive anymore and may want to be able to get things outside of bus hours.

Based on living in other communities the best I've lived in.

Food experience great staff sometimes food is cold. More diabetic friendly food. Made some nice acquaintance 4 yrs lived here.

The location of the Villa is the best place to be. We are in the heart of Santa Barbara downtown. The food is fantastic, the activities are engaging and fun. Incredibly all the staff, mangers and directors are kind compassionate and professional.

Vacation, vacation, vacation. Very friendly staff. Maybe name tags (nice ones)

Expensive but all residence are! Best service in the bucks! Nice caring staff. Great meals. Housekeeping is great! Activities are very good.

After living in 2 other communities that did not "work" for me, finally I am home. These are my people. The staff is always available 24/7 when I have needed them. The location is great. The activities numerous. I feel safe and care for.

I have lived in 6 Assited Care Facilities over past 13 years and they were all good, but The Villa is excellent in so many ways. We have a great chef, fantastic administrative staff, the best activities director, wonderful support crew and all at an amazing price.

Quite positive. Everyone is very attentive. Food is good apartment is quiet.

Good care bath, pills if you get sick you get help. Good food. Fun activities bingo and Rummikub. They clean my room.

Great Thanksgiving meal and setup. I have heard and seen some results in regards to the activities. In today's climate of the charges related to nursing home's and Memory care facilities it can be all over the case.. Between a place for mom knowing allot of the charges on the phone it saved up allot of time to make a quick decision . Nursing care is very expensive and in some cases ridiculous.. Not that families are cheap but we are frugal... Most patients run out of funds before their stay is over... It is very nice to know that Summit corners is not only a clean, safe and well staffed facility but, it is one of the most affordable nursing home and memory care facility in North east Ohio...

Our overall experience is good. I will say that our biggest struggle has been with the Tv/cable at the facility. We had nothing but trouble getting it connected at move-in & once we did, a lot of the channels that are provided by the facility, do not work! This is very frustrating as this is VERY important to our loved one. The cable that is provided is not senior citizen friendly.

My grandfather moved intoCrown pointe late summer, he is very happy there, his care is excellent, and loves the food. He loves to play cards and they a group that plays nightly. He finds the management staff very engaged, and appreciates their involvement.

My father in law has loved his time at the Wellington. The staff and other residents have made the place feel like home for him. The facility is clean and well maintained. We are all very happy with our choice for my father in law.
