The amenities are top-notch—a resort-style pool, a fully equipped gym, a dog park, and even co-working spaces. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and spotless common areas. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and parks, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The management team is outstanding—responsive, friendly, and always willing to help. Regular community events add a sense of belonging, and the neighbors are respectful and welcoming. Safety is a priority here, with gated access and excellent lighting throughout the property. Living at The Addison feels like being on a permanent vacation. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call this place home. Highly recommend!”

Everything was explained well. This facility is welcoming and will be a great place for love ones. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. The facility has activities to keep residents busy with fun and entertainment.

Every time I come here, the atmosphere is always warm and inviting! The staff is always friendly and the residents sing their praises. It’s always a good time here and the love is obvious. The events are fun too!

Every time I visit my friend, there is always music playing and people smiling. This place has great energy. It’s beautiful inside and out. I hope to live somewhere as nice when the time comes for me.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have found the staff very friendly . The food has been better than expected and the facility very clean . New management has taken initiative to make outdoor environment and indoor setting more pleasant and attractive

Southern Meadows has become home for some of our family. The stress of finding a place for loved ones is all too often overwhelming. From the first phone call to move in day, our entire family has been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. All of the amenities make it the perfect place for our loved ones to settle!

My dad passed away unexpectantly and I needed to relocate my mom from Colorado to Texas in a short amount of time. We were able to do a tour via zoom and send a friend to look at the facility. I was consistently given such respect and treated so friendly by the staff. When I moved my mom there, she was really struggling emotionally. The staff took such genuine interest in her even checking in on her if they didn't see her out and about. I can now move my mom home with me now that we have a space remodeled that will accommodate her needs. I don't know what I would have done without Waterford having the space for her and being so incredibly kind to her. Whether it's the director, administration staff, cleaning staff, kitchen staff or maintenance, they are all willing to help and go above and beyond their regular day to day duties. My anxiety level was lessoned knowing she was in a safe place where people actually cared. I just can't say enough about this place!

My husband says he loves the place and is pleased with the care and home for his grandmother. They have good communication. Very clean and seems to have great security/safety protocols. We would recommend The Waterford at Baytown to other families based on the experience we have had.

My grandfather lives at the Wellington and he has had nothing but great things to say. His experience has surpassed our expectations and we are thrilled he is happy. Thanks to everyone at the Wellington for making this place feel like home!

I have lived here for eighteen years. I love it here. The friendship I have made and the activities and the food with the new chef. I have a patio apartment and it's even cool.in the summer with the shade trees.

Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Crown Pointe Retirement Community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

The Oaks was great for mom. She passed away last October however she really loved being there. They did their best with meals, they had great variety and tried hard to accommodate everyone's wishes. Mom was just not eating much . We liked that it was well maintained and both of us want to live there someday.

The staff is super nice here and have been here a long time. They are caring and kind to the residents. The apartments and building is nice also. They have live music weekly, which my dad really loves.

I feel safe at the community. I have a lot of friends at the Waterford. I love the music programs. Great variety of programs offered here. I feel like this community is excellent. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Wow! The staff are good people! I have a lot of fun at the community. Great food! Great activities! Everyone is friendly and wonderful care. I would not change a thing. Clean community. Happy to call the Waterford my home.

This is the best place ever for my mom. Everyone is so caring and loving to my mom. They have the best staff...couldn't be any better. They treat my mom like family. The activity director gets my mom involved in wonderful activities.
