My experience here has been great! The staff is so helpful and friendly. The place is so nice and clean and the food is amazing! I have been living here for 2 years and I have seen a great improvement with every here. I absolutely love it here and I would recommend the Wellington to anyone who’s is looking for a place for their love ones to live

Everything went well with the only exception being that when dad had his assessment we felt that he was assessed at a higher care level than was necessary. The only thing that he received at that higher level of care was having the facility dispense his medication. Within a week of him being there we tried to get them to reduce to a basic level of care. We were told they would reassess him at 30 days. I waited for them to do so and they came back still at the higher level. By this point we felt he could manage his on meds and move to independent care. Which, we were finally able to make a reality by the end of November. We had to provide Dr.'s notes in order to get them to allow him to make the move to independent.

I love living here and being apart of the family. Next to being this is the BEST!

Short term stay until my mother permanent residence was ready. The Addison family has been absolutely wonderful in providing wonderful care and love to my mother. It has been a wonderful experience and I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate everything the staff has done.

We scheduled a weekend tour and were delighted to find a Holiday Bazaar event happening onsite, even including resident vendors. The atmosphere was so inviting that we stayed after our tour for some hot cocoa :)

She takes great care in planning amazing activities and keeping them engaged. The family members can see and feel the quality care of every resident. She typically goes above and beyond for every resident and will personally make sure they are always happy and comfortable. Take great confidence in her care of your loved one.

I have been very happy with my experience with The Lodge. We have plenty of activities that keep us busy, and I have made a lot of friends during my time living here. The dining room is a great place to socialize and get to know your neighbors. My apartment is a good size and I'm able to decorate it exactly how I like.

My sister transitioned well into the Shavano park community. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Yes, I recommend this community to others.

The Wellington at Conroe is a supportive, family-like workplace. Leadership genuinely cares, residents thrive, and the whole team's dedication makes it regarding to serve in the warm, welcoming community.

I’ve been living at The Lodge for a couple of years, and it’s been a great experience. The staff is friendly, and there’s always something to do, whether it’s bingo and games, celebrating holidays, or socializing with neighbors. The food is good and it's nice to have the meals included at no extra cost, and I love spending time outside when the weather is nice. It’s a comfortable place to call home.

My mother really enjoys this community. She says that there's always something to do. She said the food is good and they have options here. The place is clean and also smells good. The staff have been pleasant.

My Pop is a resident of Crown Pointe, and just loves it it there. He loves his breakfast and says the food is great. He enjoy the activities and finds the cares are excellent. Really impressed that all managers call him by name.

My mom has lived at Crown Pointe for a few months and I couldn’t be happier. The team in memory care is wonderful and take great care of her. They even have gotten her to interact with the activities.
