I come every once in a while to do notary work and everyone there is so friendly and helpful. And the recipient is so friendly and cheerful.. I will definitely tell everybody to come and tour the facility.

Right when I walked in I was greeted my [name removed] and her wonderful smile. She walked me to where my grandmother was at and showed us the way to the cafeteria and not once had attitude. She was happy to help us. The other staff in the cafeteria were so nice greeting us with smiles

This is the only place I would trust with the care of my grammy!! The staff is so kind and caring! The events alone speak to the connection in the community within the building and the neighborhood!!

It is clean, friendly, and offered what I was looking for. The marketing director realized that it was the first place I visited, and actually gave me some things to ask other places I was going. That meant she wasn't a hard sell, and she gave me room to look around at other facilities. The move in was easy, [name removed] made some acquaintances at dinners and entered into Bingo and watching football with others.

We visited looking for a family friend. The staff and residents were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They offer meals, activities and transportation.

The meals are delicious. Staff at the Waterford are truly genuine and care about the resident's well-being. I love how the staff always have a positive interaction with residents, family members and visitors. The staff are always uplifting to residents. I feel the staff are angels in disguise.

My parents recently moved into Crown Pointe into Independent Living. They are so happy. At home it was getting hard for them to cook and get the nutrition they were needing. Here they provide 3 meals a day. My parents enjoy the food. They also get transportation to medical visits which is good since they don’t drive. The other part that is great is that there are so many activities going on which they have loved.

I like the community engagement and different crafts and fun events, even though my aunt won't participate in them.

The Waterford staff are super friendly, the building is beautiful, it's in a great location in Fairfield, and I have always had a very positive experience there. I would highly recommend the Waterford to any friends or family.

I love living here. I especially love the activities that we do, including weekly bingo. My apartment is great, and I love that I face the woods, and I have a private patio. I recommend The Lodge to all!

I felt I needed to do a review for this building. I am a delivery driver and drop off items for some of the same people week after week. Out of other places I go in, this has to be one of the happiest places I go in to. People here seem to have a smile on their face and are very happy to live there. The staff always greets me and acknowledges me and I’ve even seen different managers interacting with the them when doing I guess what would be , activities and exercise classes. Everyone seems to be happy here, so no matter what mood I might me be in, I leave this building with a smile on my face.

The Wellington at North Richland Hills is a beautiful senior living Community. The building and grounds are clean and very pretty; there is a warm and very “homey” feeling here. The Sales Director always has a bright smile and she is very welcoming. The residents have fun events, most recently, they enjoyed their visit from Santa. The staff is friendly and attentive.

When I walked in the doors, I was immediately greeted by the polite receptionist at the front desk and she was very helpful in guiding me to where I needed to drop off my package at. Another thing I’d like to commend the Wellington for is there love and care for the residents. They are consistently doing different activities with them to make sure they’re having fun. They make the residence feel like home with a ton of decor and pictures of the residents on the walls. The staff was super welcoming and helpful.

The friendliness of the community is exceptional. Everyone is always greeting each other with a friendly "Hi." The staff knows me by name, and whenever I press my pendant, it feels like they come running to check on me. If I have an issue in my apartment, I submit a work order, and maintenance arrives promptly to fix things. My friends enjoy the meals offered here, and I appreciate that I am allowed to take my food to the dining room since I am on a strict diet. Although I don’t participate in the activities, there are many fun options available.

Waterford is a very caring community The staff is dedicated to helping and taking great care of the residents It has truly been a blessing for our family to have such great people taking care of our loved one

I have no complaints. My mom is well taken care of. All care takers are very king and med techs also. Glad getting the cable up to par since my m9m lobes to watch TV. All the meals are very good. They keep my mom very clean wihich is a big plus for the elderly.
