My mother has been so happy here at The Waterford of Plano. We attended the Holiday party last night and over 200 friends and family attended. The decorations were beautiful. The entertainment was lovely and well all sang Christmas Carols just like a family. My mother and her friends are so happy here. The homemade chicken lasagna was amazing. The meat lasagna melted in my mouth. So many residents and family looked so happy and joyful. The wet bar had chocolate martini and the coolest non alcoholic punch with a strawberry marshmallow on the side. The community is so clean. The staff is always friendly and willing to help each time my family comes to visit. I can’t wait til next time. I have recommended several friends and neighbors. They even had Santa and Mrs Claus visit and hand out candy.

Wonderful Facility, beautiful community great friendly staff, wonderful activities and performances. Had a great Thanksgiving with my mother. Her apartment was spacious clean and staff pays alot of attention to her. She feels at home there.

We had a wonderful experience at The Ashton on The Plaza!! We toured during one of their Open House Events and were thoroughly impressed on every level!! Not only is The Ashton a GORGEOUS place to live, but the Team we met was friendly, helpful, responsive, and welcoming!! Their Residents were happy and enthusiastic about their experiences and eager to introduce us to their friends who also live there!! We had an opportunity to join them for a meal and the food was delicious!! Not to mention the location … our family loves The Country Club Plaza area and my parents are excited to make The Ashton home!! ??

I appreciated what Georgetowne Place has to offer. They have an activity program, although my loved one chooses not to participate in many activities. The meals and dining experience are excellent; the activities are not limited to just bingo. As a retired nurse with 45 years of experience, I did encounter some issues with the Assistant Director of Nursing, but those matters have been resolved. Overall, you get great value for your money.

I really like Georgetowne Place; it is a wonderful place to live. My mother, a former resident, recently decided to move back there. She enjoys the meals and has a friend living in the community. Most importantly, she feels safe, which is very important to her.

Was greated and assisted by an awesome lady [name removed]. Tell her I said thank you! And also it’s clean! I’m not sure who the cleaners are but they do their job very well!! That staff all seemed friendly!

Excellent activity director who keeps everyone busy and active. Residents appear happy and well cared for. The staff is very friendly and approachable. The building is clean and has a pleasant smell. Several patients have commented to me that the staff is attentive to answering call buttons and are happy to help.

An excellent social experience. Lots of options. Staff is very helpful. I've learned a lot about eating. Meals are included and I don't have to worry about pleasing the cook by eating it all. Also, it is nice to be able to converse with others. The services that are offered are adequate. My room is very comfortable. I like it here!

My wife and I moved into Willow Grove about two years ago. She had to have surgery not long after we moved in and did not survive the surgery. Words could not explain the level of comfort that I received when she died. They took care of my every need and continue to do that today. I would recommend any individual or couple to come see what Willow Grove has to offer. I think you will see as I did that It is a great place to be. I feel like family.

I was not happy with the facility until recently when the new [name removed] and [name removed] came on board. The atmosphere has definitely improved and I am now a happy camper! [name removed] is also wonderful.

I first noticed how well the Christmas decorations are displayed inside the community. How well the employees greeted us. *************************************************************************************************************************************** Overall a 5 star experience!

I have my father in law living at Crowne Pointe, and what a great community. There are activities all the time and really enjoys beer with the boys and poker. The food is great and staff is very friendly and take good care of him. Highly recommend’

We have been looking for a Independent Living location that's close to our families for a while now when we came across Waterford. The staff there was kind enough to give us a quick tour even though we didn't have an appointment which was very much appreciated. The facilities are clean, the staff was friendly, the food looked great, and the other residents looked happy.

It’s a Beautiful building. The care is great. The staff truly cares. It’s in a great location! Staff interacts with the residents. Residents seem happy and are smiling. Food is wonderful. Can see the Plaza lights.
