I found the Waterford to be very welcoming! The place itself is bright, but homey-not starts. Each staff person was very friendly and personable. The apartments were quite accommodating. All in all a great place. Highly recommended.

My experiences with all who worked there were great. Special commendation to [name removed], who moved my mother in. Never saw anything out of place. My mother was in independent living, so she didn't get regular care. The one time my mother was acting strangely, however, I got a call from the front desk that they'd like to call an ambulance for her. I gave consent, the staff made got her to the hospital and back. Kudos to them for that. I don't know about the meals and dining. My mother never complained, but she'll eat anything. Residents get two meals per day, though, so anyone headed there should know that they'll have to take care of one meal per day themselves. Not sure on the activities, however, there were signs and flyers for activities everywhere, and the big family room on the ground floor seemed stocked with things to do. If I were of age and in need, I would move into The Wellington. Heck, if I were of age and not in need, I could see moving into The Wellington. Good location, quiet, everyone friendly (except for the occasional neighbor, but that's anywhere), room to roam, freedom of movement, edible food, and nice people. What's not to like.

The staff is always friendly. The facility is very clean. The staff is always willing to keep residents they keep them involved with activities.

Went for a walk through of the facility to find a suitable living situation for my loved one and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The receptionist [name removed] was so bubbly and outgoing she made me feel welcomed and heard. I was able to speak with multiple people and I wish I remembered everyone’s name. We are now all set up and my grandma is loving everything they have to offer. Thank you so much!!

In my 16 years at Oakwood Hills, I have endured changes some good and some not so good. I enjoy my role as a resident ambassador which I love doing. I enjoy being here and help the staff.

Clean community-both look and smell, attentive friendly and respectful staff. I come to visit some friends, a couple I’ve know for years, that decided to move here have thrived and got their lives back once coming.

Overall this is a very nice facility. Residents appear to be happy. The food appears good. Clean atmosphere. If you are looking for an Assisted Living, check this place out.

My friend moved to The Ashton on the Plaza, and I couldn't be happier with their experience. The staff is so welcoming every time I visit and always make sure I don't have any concerns during my time there. They truly care and have taken the time to get to know my friend personally, creating a plan that meets their needs without taking away their independence. Every visit leaves me impressed by how warm and inviting the community feels. My friend is thriving, staying active, and has been doing so much better since moving in. They're genuinely enjoying life here. I highly recommend The Ashton on the Plaza!

I was looking for a place for my dad to live out the rest of his years. I needed a place where he would be comfortable and well taken care of. And after my tour of the Wellington, I must say that I feel that this would be a perfect fit for him. The staff was very helpful and informative, and the facility was very nice and clean

I was invited last week to there Christmas Dinner. The food was amazing and all the beautiful trees. I even enjoyed meeting Santa and Mrs. Claus. I will be visiting again. The area was so clean and the staff are very helpful.

Everything from the caring employees to the creative activities & even the food is amazing. My Uncle is very happy here & I can rest at night knowing he is in good hands. If you are considering a facility for your loved one be sure you check this one out. Nothing else compares

The Addison is unlike any facility out there! My Aunt has been a resident there for almost 3 years & I love to volunteer a few times a month. I have become very close with several of the residents there. The things I see them do not only for my Aunt but for the other residents warms my heart. They are always looking for ways to make them feel extra special. For example, my Aunt is a retired nurse & they gifted her a beautiful wreath on her door themed with nurse stuff. They took another resident on a race car drive at the Daytona Speedway. They helped create a highschool graduation for a veteran resident who missed his due to being drafted for the war. The sent a resident on a deep sea fishing trip with her son to bring back memories of his childhood. How do they think of these things?! Absolutely amazing employees who demonstrate true passion as they care for the elderly.

I was so excited when my mother finally agreed to consider moving to assisted living. This decision was long past due! We toured a total of 4 facilities in the area & Mom was not interested in any of them. "I don't want to sit around & play bingo with old people" she told me. She was overwhelmed by the size of the facilities & worried she would get stuck on an elivator. I was worried she would not get the personalized care I was looking for because the turnover in those places is awful. I had given up & was going to move Mom in with me. Then out of nowhere one of Mom's friends at church suggested we check out The Addison as she herself lived there & loved it. BEST PLACE EVER!!! They have a community dog, goats, chickens & they are even hatching baby emus! My mother could not pack quick enough after learning about the animals they incorperate in thier activities. Such a loving home with caring staff! Thank you for all you do for my mother!

Finding the right memory care for a loved one can be a challenging feat. But Benton House, now the Addison, stood out as one with compassionate care, supportive environment, and safe and clean ambience. And this was confirmed after we admitted my father with Dementia at the Addison after a lot of ups and downs with home care. The staff there is extremely caring and be rest assured that your loved one will be kept clean and comfortable any given day. Engaging activities, excellent communication, and the staff to resident ratio is what keeps it more manageable for the staff to care for the residents at the memory care center at Addison. It has not been that long since my dad has been admitted, but we are very happy with our experience so far. Only one thing I would recommend or feel more safe is when it comes to my dad’s safety. A safety band or some technology that triggers an alarm when a resident falls would be great to help the nurses have more sets of eyes. But all in all, I highly

I toured the Waterford for my mother and was very friendly and residents were doing something and the laughter carried down the hall.

I am a frequent volunteer through two different organizations at Whitley Place. I have worked with the activity director who has one of the biggest hearts I’ve ever seen for this population. This is the kind of place where you’d want your mom or dad to go. The people that work there have a heart, it’s clean and well organized. The residents are happy, cheerful people. Several community organizations come weekly and volunteer with the residence in a variety of ways. They also help out at special events throughout the year.

After visiting several facilities in area decided this to be the best fit for me.
