My Grandma used to live here. I loved the energy and love that was brought into the space. Grandma enjoyed the little aspects in the community that brought a touch of home. We all loved the spacious room not only in her room but in the common areas as well. The food and activities were always so great. We loved the activities director that continued to make sure that my Grandmother was always apart of the community. The food always brought a sense of comfort.

My Dad lived here for four years. He loved it here - beautiful apartment on the main floor overlooking the courtyard. He especially liked watching the geese and ducks - also the neighbors' dogs. The staff is so caring and helpful. The residents are also caring and helpful. Hospice of the Midwest was able to come in and work with my Dad. Great activities available including ice cream social and movie night. On nice days, a stroll or roll around the pond was fabulous!

I've lived here since [date removed]. This place has excellent help, all are very friendly. I've been in a two bedroom until my husband died in February of 2023 - now I live in a one bedroom - both have been very nice.

My grandma lived at Crown Pointe in their memory care unit and loved it. My mom would visit almost everyday and got to know the staff by name as well as they learned hers and were excited for her visits. Often she would bring my daughter, her granddaughter up for visits and you could see the excitement on everyone's faces. My daughter went quickly from having one grandma to almost 20. There were always activities going on and my daughter loved having this time with her great grandmother. The staff was amazing and when I would visit they were always quick to share what my grandma had been up to and doing. She was a homemaker for most of her life and one thing that I will always remember is that at each meal she would help set silverware and cloth napkins at each table. She was never asked to do this, rather she asked if she could. It was something she had done her whole life and the fact that the Crown Pointe staff allowed her to do it almost brought me to tears.

When it came time to find a new home for Mom, we toured multiple facilities and found the perfect place at The Ashton on Dorsey. It is the people that work there that make this the best. All the staff know Mom's name and always stop what they are doing to talk with her. The staff treat the residents like family and encourage participation in daily activities. Mom made the comment one day regarding the staff, "they must go to a class on how to be nice, because everyone is so nice here." Mom is happy and safe in her new home at The Ashton on Dorsey.

My friend has been in The Wellington for almost a year. At the beginning, things were pretty disorganized and was difficult to get answers. A new director was hired and there has been tremendous improvements in all areas of care. The food service is much better and the staff is much more involved with the residents. It is a nice relaxing atmosphere for everyone.

Staff is friendly and caring. The nurse techs gives my brother his medicine on time. He get a hot meal three times a day. I come and wash his clothes once a week. The laundry room is always available. House keeping comes once a week. The facility have different activities they can do. They also go out on outings.

My daughter and I attended the mistletoe market at Marquis place and the staff and facility were amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! My daughter and I found our experience with the holiday market, extremely enjoyable!

My Dad has lived at Whitley Place for about 3 and a half years. He absolutely loves living there. Three meals a day, laundry service, apartment cleaned, activities, and assistance with his meds and other physical needs. The staff is second to none and they make sure the residents are taken care of in anyway that is needed. The facility has been given a makeover in the last six months. Fresh paint and decorations have been completed to give the facility a new, fresh look. My siblings and myself could not think of a better place for our Dad.

What a beautiful and homie facility!! Your staff is so kind and joyful and have created a wonderful community. The care your staff takes is obvious in how tidy, clean the community spaces are, and how comforting and fun the atmosphere is throughout. We had a wonderful visit!!

The environment is very warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, they are very pleasant to be around.

Super clean, everyone seems so happy. Love coming here every year. Staff is so friendly, resident seem so happy. The meals are wonderful. They make sure everyone has many things to do around the building.

Beautiful facility and great staff! I visited during a community craft fair event. I was very impressed with facility and all of the staff I had the opportunity to interact with. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for assisted living or memory care for their loved ones.

We have volunteered several times at the Marquis Place and just love working with all the staff! If and when I’m faced with finding place for my loved ones, this would be one I would definitely consider.

When a change prompted a need to relocate our sweet grandmother to an assisted living community closer to us, a friend immediately recommended The Waterford on Cooper. From the moment I reached out, the management and staff were patient, caring, and helpful, even as plans changed sometimes day-to-day. They welcome Nana with love and kindness. She is so well cared for. The community is clean and well-maintained. I see staff interacting with all residents with patience, grace, and kindness. A variety of activities are offered, and my grandmother stays quite busy. We are so thankful to have found The Waterford on Cooper. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

[name removed] was absolutely marvelous: professional, cheerful, knowledgeable, upbeat, articulate and energetic. I noted that she called the residents that we met by name with no hesitation. I also appreciated that she directed her comments to me, rather than to my son and his wife. Very respectful. She has also been very excellent with follow-up communications.

I came to Crown Pointe to visit my good friend. She needed more help with things so she moved in to Assisted Living. Her apartment is very big. The people I met seem very friendly. I was invited to stay for dinner and I really enjoyed myself. The display of Christmas trees was just beautiful.

My Dad moved here in August, and everything from cares, the food has been nothing but great. He really enjoys the men’s activities, along with the weekly Happy Hours. The housekeeping staff keeps his room clean, and management is very involved with the residents.

I live here with my husband for at least 5 years, staff is great. The food is good with a lot of options. Overall we are very happy here.

It’s a great place to live, my wife and I have lived here for around 5 years and enjoy it! Staff are great, nurse is phenomenal, food is good with plenty of options to choose from if the main meal is not what you like. The chili is one of my favorites. Overall very satisfied with living here at Crown Pointe.
