We chose Waterford at Round Rock for my 99 year old mom and she loves it. The staff is friendly, caring, and capable. There are plenty of planned activities and a great social life for her. The food is excellent. I can join her at any meal for free, which I do at least twice a week. The back courtyard is a great place to sit or stroll. The location is excellent: isolated from city traffic but less than a mile from St. David's. When she fell a couple weeks ago she was in the ER within an hour, with staff by her side every second. She is happy and I am happy. Highly recommenddd.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. My mom loved the food. There are a lot of great food options each day. The residents can choose from many fun activities everyday. The manager, [name removed], is really helpful. I highly recommend Independence Village.

We toured this facility of recent looking for the perfect Assisted Living for our mother to call home. The facility has such a "home like" atmosphere. Very clean. Smells great. Very thorough tour. The Admission Director spent so much time with us & we did not feel any pressure at all. Lovely facility. Thank you for doing what you do!

I like it for the activities, they are well planned. the person who runs the activities is wonderful. The food is #1 though. The rooms are clean, my 1 br has a lot of space for my furniture and plants! Great windows and lighting.

I would recommend. 10 out of 10. More than a facility. Staff is very caring and kind. Very clean. Nice activities set up such as music, trips to YMCA, arts and crafts. Has a beautician that comes in monthly.

What we like the most about The Waterford at Mansfield is that they are close-knit and caring. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the food at Independence Village of East Lansing. Not only is it nutritious, but it's also well-presented and tasty! What has truly surprised me, however, is the cooperation and care of the staff members. They put in an incredible amount of effort and dedication into their work, and it shows. Since moving here, I have become even more independent and have been more independent than when I lived at home. The staff and residents have made me feel welcome and included, and I truly feel like I belong here. Within the first couple of days of my arrival, everyone knew my name!

I came a long way from Iowa and I never thought I would leave Iowa. I moved to be closer to my son and his family. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming here! I am slowly but surely learning names, slower than I would like but I am getting there! I love my tablemates and they have helped me get involved. I have only been locked out of my apartment 3x so far, but the front desk was kind enough to help each time.

The complex is warm and welcoming. The apartments are beautifully layer out and maintained. The staff is very kind and helpful. The meals are delicious and I love the way that they wait on the residents like a restaurant!

The Lodge is clean and the grounds are beautiful! The other residents are friendly and kind. Staff is great and always willing to help. The amenities here are generous. Food is good. Lots of great entertainment with activities that are fun and interesting.

Willow Grove surpasses anything that I have ever seen. Staff is great. Food is great. Likes the fact of having a private room.

I arrived unannounced to visit my mom in the memory care wing. That particular day, one of the residents was having a hard time emotionally (as is typical with memory care). Calmly and gently the caring staff stood with the resident and reassured them. They were so patient and kind! None of the staff was stressed or anxious. They very kindly re-directed the resident. When I walked, no one was embarrassed, just kindness, like it was a normal thing to be kind to all people. I knew I had my mother at the right place.

My mother moved here from out of state. She has had a very positive experience. The people and staff are very friends and have made her feel at home. She loves her new apartment.

I am enjoying my apartment! It is set up for me perfectly for me. I have a beautiful view! I am happy with this location. Convenient to everything I need. Plenty of activities for me to participate in. Lots of fun! The staff here is great and so friendly!

Staff is very helpful residents are easy to know. Great activities. Rides to cafes, grocery store. Retail shops and special events.
