A very fun evening with staff and some of the residents dressed up in costumes. There was much interacting between residents, friends, family, and staff. Good food. Fun games. Good times were had by all.

Everyone is so kind and truly cares about the wellbeing of each and every resident. I would consider the staff and environment top tier. Always welcomed in with open arms and unlimited smiles. Definitely would recommend to people.

Like activity always something going on love going for fish fry and events music movies.

Room is clean people are very friendly meals are good, but taste buds are changing. Activities seems like there doing a lot.

I did a lot of research and visited numerous facilities throughout the Orlando metro to find the best place with the kindest , friendliest most experienced and compassionate care for my mother . The Addison of Oviedo is by far the best care with the best staff in central Florida. My mother loves the staff and the facility and she is a very particular lady .

I toured this place looking for somewhere for my mother. The staff were great, and the building has a wonderful home like experience. It doesn't remind you of a typical nursing facility. The rooms are spacious, and the building is very clean.

Beautiful community with wonderful and caring staff. This community feels more like a home than a facility. Great place for my grandmother to be. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, home like atmosphere.

Wow…… wow is all I can say. I went in to see about possibly getting my dad placed at the Waterford and the service and attention to detail that Dawn possesses is out of this world. She had my dad feeling so warm and welcomed that he wanted to move in that day. The Waterford is lucky to have Dawn working in their community. Thank you for the best experience ever [name removed]. Oh and the receptionist up front was fantastic, very warm and welcoming when we arrived.

Everything was explained well. This facility is welcoming and will be a great place for love ones. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. The facility has activities to keep residents busy with fun and entertainment.

Caregivers take the time to keep me informed about my wife. She is very happy with the care that she received here.

Every time I come here, the atmosphere is always warm and inviting! The staff is always friendly and the residents sing their praises. It’s always a good time here and the love is obvious. The events are fun too!

Every time I visit my friend, there is always music playing and people smiling. This place has great energy. It’s beautiful inside and out. I hope to live somewhere as nice when the time comes for me.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have found the staff very friendly . The food has been better than expected and the facility very clean . New management has taken initiative to make outdoor environment and indoor setting more pleasant and attractive

Southern Meadows has become home for some of our family. The stress of finding a place for loved ones is all too often overwhelming. From the first phone call to move in day, our entire family has been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. All of the amenities make it the perfect place for our loved ones to settle!

My dad passed away unexpectantly and I needed to relocate my mom from Colorado to Texas in a short amount of time. We were able to do a tour via zoom and send a friend to look at the facility. I was consistently given such respect and treated so friendly by the staff. When I moved my mom there, she was really struggling emotionally. The staff took such genuine interest in her even checking in on her if they didn't see her out and about. I can now move my mom home with me now that we have a space remodeled that will accommodate her needs. I don't know what I would have done without Waterford having the space for her and being so incredibly kind to her. Whether it's the director, administration staff, cleaning staff, kitchen staff or maintenance, they are all willing to help and go above and beyond their regular day to day duties. My anxiety level was lessoned knowing she was in a safe place where people actually cared. I just can't say enough about this place!

My husband says he loves the place and is pleased with the care and home for his grandmother. They have good communication. Very clean and seems to have great security/safety protocols. We would recommend The Waterford at Baytown to other families based on the experience we have had.
