I just moved in about a month ago and everyone has been so nice and friendly! I was going to move in June when it got warmer, but I decided to move in early and I'm so glad that I didn't wait any longer. My neighbors have all been so wonderful to me and everyone is so nice. The staff are so helpful and nice too.

Mom was in the Alzheimer's unit so her diet and activities were limited due to her mental health and mobility. The cost of health care and senior needs is out of line with the economy. We had no issues after moms spend down to Medicaid and appreciate all that the woodlands did for mom and her care.

I moved in not too long ago and my experience has been great. I love it here! I am meeting new friends, and everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. The staff is so nice and caring and this has quickly become home for me. I'm so happy I made the move!

Everyone is very nice and helpful. Lots of activities but the only issue is that they "say" they are Out of many food items, like milk...which should be available at every meal. Not sure if it's because wait staff won't go back to Kitchen to get what is asked.

Everything is good here, food, activities, music, everyone are friends.

It has been 14 years since I moved into an Independent Living apartment at the Heritage. I was still driving then shopping and going to doctor appointments alone. Now I am in Assisted Living. I feel the staff not only cares for me, they also care about me. I join many of the activities- exercise, bingo, trivia, conversations and sing-alongs. Our activities director tries to make this a happy place for all residents. My privacy is also respected and I have specials projects. I am nearing 97 years old. Life is good at the Heritage.

I've known about Heritage for some years ever since a committee from the sponsoring organization ventured to Oneonta to introduce themselves and describe the inspiration behind it. The group met with representatives of the various arts and cultural organizations in our area and explained their vision and intentions to take advantage of what our area had to offer the residents who would hopefully be interested in making their home in Oneonta in a group residence which could offer several levels of living for senior in habitants.

Rosemont treated my mother with dignity! They made her time there pleasant! [name removed] and her staff treated my mother, like their own mother! I could not be happier with choosing Rosemont to care for my dearly loved one!

Everything was excellent, the only problem is an occasional miscommunication. Based on the experience we have had so far, we have already recommend West Shores to other families.

[name removed] is great in his position and made everything easy. He's a great communicator and gets the job done. Seeing as my mother was there only one month the people in the memory unit did a great job of taking care and keeping me informed of her condition.

I visited Georgetowne Place for my brother and liked the options available. He will require transportation assistance for dialysis three times a week and would benefit from the three meals and snacks they provide.

My Mother has really adjusted well to her apartment. There are a lot of great and helpful amenities, as well! The staff is wonderful too! I don’t worry about her living there at all! I highly recommend this facility!

My dad has been in four communities and this one has been his best experience. The residents are very kind and welcoming, the management does a good job, and there are plenty of activities to keep him busy.

This is an amazing place. Everyone is so nice.

I really wanted to provide names but I wont. Your sale and marketing direction could not been made helpful accommodating responsive etc. I left an email, voice mailing, always returned properly. Caring & friendly staff who communicates & works well with families. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained

Our mom has recently passed, and in the last month as our family has been preparing for her Celebration of Life, we can't help but look back and be grateful to the Waterford for helping to make Mom's last years so happy. This was Mom's home and the residents and staff here were family to her. The staff always looked out for her and were always so easy to talk to and really cared. Something you don't always find in retirement communities. A special thank you to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and the entire staff for all the kindness and love you showed Mom over the years.

I rate my overall experience a truly positive one for the following reasons. First, I have found that the staff really listens to my concerns. I have made new friends during activity times. Having activities and meals all under one roof makes life much easier, especially during the wintertime. Cleanliness is well maintained in all areas of the buildings.
