All 5s are hard to come by in this industry, but we have been pleased with the staff, their understanding and eagerness to help. Overall genuinely nice people who do care for their residents. Food and activities are good. We do not have any real complaints and when we do have issues, the staff is more than open and concerned about hearing us and working to resolve them We have no regrets whatsoever about placing our loved ones at Pavilion

THE LOCATION OF THE OAKS IS VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED IN AN AREA THAT HAS ALOT ACCESSIBLE STORES AND MAINLY DIRECTLY RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM KROGER

My dad has settled in very nicely. He had several people that he knew from church. He also complained that his shirts are getting tight as he is eating well. Nursing staff is very kind and everything is very clean. I'm very thankful that "a place for mom" did all the leg work for us and found 3 good places for us and dad had a choice.

This was my mother's best case scenario! Heck, I'd live there. Definitely would recommend. [name removed] in Waterville would be my second choice but it's in the middle of nowhere. Love the shops and restaurants being near by.

The staff are all fantastic and do a great job. The grounds are well maintained, and the cleanliness is superb. Our activities director runs the programs like a well-oiled machine. That being said, the food could use some improvement. There could be less processed and high sodium foods. There could be more condiments on the tables. Aside from that, I am very happy and satisfied here!

Needed a home like environment for Mom to relocate to. It was something we never experienced before and concerning as we needed it to be the right environment for Mom to be happy. We've been at IVEL several months and our needs have been exceeded. Mom treats IVEL like her own home and th residents and staff are our family. IVEL is truly a blessed environment in many ways!! Also very important, Mom loves the food! We don't have enough room to note all the positives so we'll sum it up with a sincere; Thank God for IVEL!!!

Our experience at The Waterford was positive from our first meeting seeking information through moving my brother into the memory care unit. The entire staff is friendly and always ready to help in any way they can. I facility is clean well lit and inviting. I feel I have found a safe place for my brother where he will be safe and well cared for.

Love the activities meals and it feels like home here!

I’ve gained so much weight since I got here. There’s so much food all the time and it’s so good! The other thing I like is people care and check on you for meals and other things. You’re never alone and it’s a real personal touch here. The caregivers have been great and makes me feel secure and safe compared to being home alone. After being home alone and falling and trying to fend for myself I love living here and feeling safe and being able to function better.

It’s a nice place to live. Very friendly staff. And not to mention the free drinks! Lots of activities but I don’t participate which is my own fault. But there’s lots to do. I really like it here. Would recommend.

I really don't have much of anything negative to day. I've really enjoyed my time here. The only thing I can think of is that some of the meals weren't my favorite, but nothing is perfect and you can't please everyone. I've made some good friends here and I'm very thankful for the staff. [name removed] , [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]- they are all excellent. Not a single staff member here dislikes their job. I'm very thankful for The Lodge and their vision to truly make everyone feel welcomed and valued. This is the place to be. I'd rate this place 5/5 all the way around.

I can speak only about the Arlington location since there are several other locations in the DFW area. Arlington's location is a campus of four homes, each with a maximum of 20 residents, with at least 5 aides per home plus a medication nurse and cook staff. A regular schedule of meals, toileting, snacks, activities is covered each day, with regular bedtimes and waking times observed. Since there are about four residents to each aide, there is lots of personal attention. [name removed] room is always immaculate, he is always clean and shaved. I drop in a few times a week unannounced and things are always running smoothly. The aides are compassionate, good senses of humor and efficient.

I really enjoy living here. There are many activities to do e eryday. The staff is very helpful especially [name removed]. I Love the food choices. I make plenty of friends. Everybody is like family. Facility is very clean. I like the servers in the dining room

Our family’s experience with Tranquillity of Fredericktowne has been very positive. From the beginning, the staff demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for my stepfather’s well-being. They treated him with dignity and respect, while also keeping us well-informed and involved in his care. The facility itself is consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. This attention to cleanliness gave us peace of mind, knowing he was in a safe and hygienic space. Most importantly, the care he received was attentive and personalized. The staff took time to understand his needs and made every effort to ensure he felt supported, both medically and emotionally. Their professionalism combined with their warmth made all the difference in his transition and daily life. The only drawback from his perspective has been the meals. While each meal is nourishing and well-prepared, the offerings tend to be basic and somewhat bland. As a foodie, he misses a bit of creativity in the menu. Additionally, the largest meal is served at lunch rather than dinner, which feels out of step with his personal preferences. Overall, Tranquillity of Fredericktowne provides excellent care, a high standard of cleanliness, and outstanding staff support. Despite some limitations in the dining experience, we remain confident and grateful for the choice of this community.

My grandmother loved being around people her own age. She loved the activities they provided and trips to the stores. I could not think of a better place for her to be.

My stay here has been a good experience. The staff is helpful and good to us. I love the activities Zumba and bingo.

I am happy and pleased with senior and independent living. I had visited friends at Waterford at Thousand Oaks, so at 97when I came, all handled smoothly. All staff are compassionate. I feel comfortable talking to them. transmarine, house keeping. Activities director fantastic provides so much for our enjoyment.
