Everyone in the facility knew my mom and dad by name. When my mom passed away, everyone in the facility knew that she had passed away. The responsiveness anytime there is a question is extremely efficient. This place has been fabulous.

The type of people here are great conversationalist. I have a perfect unit to sit on my patio and see the deer! I love I can see all the way from my kitchen out to the woods. The open concept units are what I was looking for.

Pacifica in Pinehurst is a very clean inviting community. The staff truly care about and love their residents!

Great place for the money with good food. Staff is helpful. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Can you stand one more compliment. Well done! My second month here and so very pleased with everything. The staff here are annoying this has been a wise move for me. Now, home new friends, a new chapter in my life.

I’ve been starting to explore communities for my mother and recently visited the Waterford. I had a great tour and was very impressed. The residents seemed to be engaged and the staff were very nice. [name removed], the sales director, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It’s definitely at the top of my list.

The Waterford of Huebner is a facility that I would highly recommend for others looking for retirement living.

Staff is wonderful. Love the bus that drives her around. Weekly cleaning is so nice. Rachael has been so helpful. She is a great person! Louis maintenance man is so great as well! Place always is so nice.

5 on all of these. No facility is perfect all the time, but Courtyards tries really hard. I have no complaints.

Staff have always been very helpful when needed. My mother loves it there. This is the only we toured with her. When we took her she said this is the one and did not look at others. She loves her apartment and the staff are all very helpful when she needs anything.

Having been a long term Guardian for family members at this facility (through three ownerships) I am finding that this latest change is proving to be probably the most beneficial to my family. They are very swiftly responsive to questions and concerns. The facility is undergoing updates, and the staff still has many of the original caregivers (and since I have been through a few, I would say they have kept the very best). I look forward to a very good partnership with this new company.

I can not express enough how thankful I am for the exceptional care my loved one received at The Waterford at Westover Hills. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like part of their family. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The caregivers are incredibly attentive and compassionate, always going above and beyond to ensure the residents are comfortable and happy. They take the time to get to know each resident personally, which truly makes a difference in their overall well-being. The activities offered are engaging and varied, providing plenty of opportunities for social interaction and enjoyment. Overall, I highly recommend The Waterford at Westover Hills to anyone seeking a nurturing and supportive environment for their loved ones. It has been a relief knowing that they are in such capable hands.

They have been very helpful about trying to accommodate my father, who is a severe fall risk. There seemed to be more resident activity and happiness than at other places.

Staff is wonderful, caring, and helpful. I have made many friends with staff and residence. We are like a big family.

I have been a Lodge resident for just a bit over a year. While unsure at the beginning, I have found that time has allowed me to be comfortable in my one-bedroom apartment and to find ways to make the best of my space. This effort was supported by my wonderful housekeepers and my resulting satisfaction has enabled me to appreciate all of the fine staff throughout the residence. The dining staff are always fast and meals served are hot and tasty. If needed, they are happy to provide a meal to go or to be delivered. General staff provide a variety of activities that one may participate in or not and there is always something to rouse your interest. Access to transportation to activities outside of The Lodge simplifies doctors' appointments and ensures that I can be active in the community.

Had lunch with my grandma at The Wellington dinning room. Staff was friendly & attentive, food was awesome, dinning room was clean & smelled great! Every time we visit we are greeted by someone with a smile & a pleasant attitude.

My 1st visit was amazing. I did not get info the door and a few people where standing there with their hands out saying welcome The Waterford one woman shook my hand and told me her name. I was welcome by many people besides, I was given a tour and was show a room. I was even offer to eat lunch. I came around lunch time. I was impress with the large beautiful library. And the size of the room I could have if I stayed. I'm happy.
