North pointe was wonderful to my mom and family. The director was amazing and most of all the staff were friendly and ready to help anytime we needed anything! I really am glad they were there for us! Value based on others I saw and have been in is great as well.

My mom moved into Independence Village of East Lansing a couple months ago, and she’s honestly thriving. She’s made friends, stays busy with activities, and even gets involved in stuff going on outside the building. She just seems more like herself—independent, confident, and happy. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen her this active and fulfilled. Really glad we made the move.

My mom moved into Independence Village of East Lansing not too long ago, and overall, it's been a really positive experience. She enjoys the concerts and crafts the most—even if she doesn’t always follow along (she can be a little stubborn sometimes!). One of the best things is the group of friends she’s made. She’s kind of the “mother hen” of the bunch, and they all look out for each other—making sure no one misses a meal, an outing, or an appointment. That gives me a lot of peace of mind. The community itself is clean, friendly, and active. Her tablemates were especially helpful in introducing her to everything, and I like that there’s so much she can pick and choose from when it comes to activities. There’s always something going on, and it’s been great to see her involved and social. I’m really glad we chose this place—Mom seems happy, and that means everything.

We recently toured this facility & the Sales Director was so kind & compassionate. We were greeting with a nice “Welcome” to the community sign. Nice touch! This is all very new to us & we had a lot of questions. [name removed] more than answered everything we asked. We felt very welcomed & comfortable. Not pressured in any way. Thank you!

I was recently in the hospital and inpatient physical therapy. While I was away from The Waterford, [name removed], the Executive Director, took the extra time to check in on my health and even came to visit me at rehab. You will not find this happening in most assisted living communities. When I returned home after rehab, I was amazed at all the friends I had made that missed me while I was gone. I felt so loved. Great place to live where people really care.

Moving my mom to The Waterford at Shavano Park, [date removed], was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Believe me, we checked out so many places that I would not want to leave my mom. The Waterford is such a warm and welcoming community which you notice the second you walk in the door! [name removed], the Executive Director, and the staff are very knowledgeable and you can tell they love their residents. Right off, I noticed the great smell of the place and that the caring staff knew the residents’ names. My mom’s room is so big, roomy, and cheerful. She loves the good food which is served restaurant style in the dining room. Activities are plentiful, creative, and appeal to the many interests of the residents. I’m not sure what she loves most: being taken on the bus to shop and eat, bingo with prizes, or Friday happy hour. Plus there is a wonderful entertaining event for every holiday and occasion. Folks are friendly here! It’s a great place to be!

After touring several places, even looking at places on our own, this was the best place by far. It had everything plus some that my Grandma was looking for and she absolutely loves living there. She wishes she would have done it sooner.

Mom is happy. She is still on the lowest level of care. She likes to help take care of others!! Although Mom is not on the memory care side of the facility, it definitely rated above others. We also like that this is not a very large residential living facility and the memory care side is very similar to the residential living side. This way once she is accustomed to the residential side And inevitably moves to the memory care side, we hope there is recognition. Everyone is super nice and really seems to enjoy Mom. This is a big blessing for us too.

Family member really likes it there. She enjoys all of the activities and the little parties they have for them to celebrate the holidays. Most of staff is great. A few could use a little work on their attitude but overall everyone is great.

I highly recommend this assisted living facility for my friend, and when we tour, she fell in love with this community from my experience the staff are friendliness, and the staff is amazing, and she enjoyed live there. and the customer service is great.

The Staff and Management team is awesome, the place is clean and smell amazing. I would recommend 100% The care and passion shown by the staff every day is inspiring. I am grateful my family member was there

My mother was living independently in an apartment, but gradually her ability to perform daily activities declined. She was hospitalized briefly, and we were fortunate to have a lady help us with finding a living facility. She functioned almost like a helpful realtor, matching us with a location that matched our needs. After we toured four different facilities, we decided on the Waterford. They were nice enough to give us a tour, and also a return visit where we were able to have lunch with the residents. The grounds are very well kept, the location is very peaceful. The building itself is bright and the lobby is open and airy. Overall, we’ve been very happy with the entire staff, including the leadership, activities director, and all of the technicians. They try their best to get to know all of the residents on a very personal level, and can accommodate their specific needs, whether they be physical or emotional. It feels very safe, and very welcoming.

Other residents and their families have reported that they like the facility. There is always help available and it is kept clean.

One of the most important aspects of The Waterford at Mesquite is the friendliness of the people here, staff and residents. There are residents who act as ambassadors for new residents to help them get settled in and be available for help and questions. This is initiated and activated by the staff. This is above and beyond the Residents' Council. It brings that much needed one-on-one contact for new residents. The staff is always helpful, but I think instituting things like this is of the utmost importance.

My sister-in-law has been quite happy there. No complaints. Yes, based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend The Wellington at North Bend Crossing to other families.

You get a big bang for your buck at Amberleigh. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and the staff goes the extra mile every time. Very happy with my choice! I am very comfortable knowing my mom is safe.

Great staff and place to live. I have only been here for two months and have enjoyed my stay. There are various activities scheduled, so there is something for everyone to enjoy. Most of the residents are friendly an easy to get along with.

Very nice experience. Staff is very friendly and the environment very welcoming. My father is very happy to stay at the Wellington in Springfield. The location is very convenient. The activities are interesting and fun.

My mom was in another memory care, and we felt that she wasn’t getting the care she needed. We went to the Waterford all of the staff seemed friendly, happy to see us, as did the residents. We moved my mom there a week later. She has been at the Waterford around 8-12 weeks and we couldn’t be happier with the treatment my mom has had. She had been non verbal since the original place and she is now saying Thank You to people, and saying actual words. She is always well dressed and clean. She does give them a little trouble in the mornings when they are bathing and dressing her, but after she is done she is happy and smiley. She communicates with her eyes and facial expressions. She has a roommate at this facility, which we were a little Leary of, but actually it is nice that she is not alone too often. They are both happy people and it works. We always feel she is getting checked on 2x. They have music time, game time, art time and my mom participates. So glad we made the change!!

Rosemont has nice rooms, pleasant staff and they are well cared for. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
